ABSTRACT
It is discussed a term abdominal pregnancy ended with the fetus alive and weighting more than 2500g, diagnosed during a cesarian section. The authors have reviewed the literature about these cases, enhancing the echografic and radiological details in this desorder and emphasize the importance of a diagnosis before the surgery if the disorder had been previously thought, the staff could be better prepared, with consequent reduction in maternal morbidity
