Most lung cancer patients felt remittent in chest pain in some extend. Follow-up CT scan in 20 patients revealed retraction of the treated region 3 months later after radio-frequency ablation. Out of the 20 patients, 1 had complete response, 12 had partial response, 4 had minor response, and 3 had stable diseases.

CONCLUSIONSRadio-frequency ablation guided by CT is a promising minimally invasive technique in the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer.
