ABSTRACT

AIM: To explore the changes of von Willebrand factor (vWF) and soluble vascular-cellular adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), and the correlation of vWF, sVCAM-1 with acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS: By means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the changes of vWF and sVCAM-1 were measured in 73 patients with unstable angina (UA) during angina attack and relief period (24 h after attack) as well as in 50 controls.
