ABSTRACT
This article reports 10 cases of malignant lymphoma of the breast including 7 of primary and 3 of secondary. According to the stardard of classification which was revised at the meeting in Chendu in 1985, there were 5 cases of cleaved-noncleaved cell lymphoma, 1 of cleaved, 2 of lympho - plasmacytic and 2 of noncleaved. Monoclonal antibody marker study was performed in 2 cases, and as a result, one was K positive and ? negative, but in another case, K and ? were all negative. A differential diagnosis was discussed between noncleaved lymphoma and medullary carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma and lympho-plasmcytic lymphoma, undifferentiated carcinoma and lymphoplasmcytic lymphoma, and cleaved cell lymphoma, malignant lymphoma and pseudolymphoma of the breast. We consider that multiple sourses of combined chemotherapy after operation and irradiation might improve the prognosis and increase the survival rate.
