ABSTRACT

Estrogen receptor binding assay is to assess the estrogenic activity of chemicals by determining the ability of competing with 17?-estradiol to bind with estrogen receptor.It has the strengths of simplicity,speediness with good reproducibility.This literature reviewed mainly the mechanism,the research progress,test method,influencing factors of this assay as well as its application.
