Quantitative Determination of Sarsasapogenin in "Antivirotic Oral Liquid" by Duble-Wavelength TLC Scanner / 中草药

ABSTRACT

Sarsasapogenin in "antivirotic oral liquid" made by different factories was determined quantitatively by duble-wavelength TLC scanner. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive,and reproducible. The average recovery was 102. 8%, coefficient of variation was 3. 7%, andcoefficient of correlation was 0. 9997. Results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of "antivirotic oral liquid ".
