Studies on Quality Standard of Fufang Dangshen Tablets / 中药新药与临床药理

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the quality control standard of Fufang Dangshen tablets. Methods Radix Codonopsis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Tinosporae in Fufang Dangshen tablets were identified by TLC. The content of tanshinoneⅡ A in Fufang Dangshen tablets was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Codonopsis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Tinosporae could be detected by TLC. TanshinoneⅡ A showed a good linear relationship in the a range of 0.050～ 0.451? g, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 97.48 % and RSD was 0.60 % . Conclusion The established methods are accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Dangshen tablets. 
