Recurrence rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group 6,12,18 months after treat-ments (χ2 =5.84,6.51,all P <0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and west-ern medicine shows confirmed effects to BE.Low recurrence rate in addition makes it become a promising clinical therapy in treatment of BE.
