Research progress of regulatory B cells in autoimmune skin diseases / 中国基层医药

ABSTRACT
Regulatory B cells is a subgroup of B cells,they mainly secrete interleukin-10,produce factors, such as transforming growth factor-β and they exert a negative regulatory role in immune tolerance to inhibit the inflammatory response.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of regulatory B cellsphenotypes,classifi-cations and function of related molecules in autoimmune skin diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus,systemic sclerosis,psoriasis and pemphigus.Last but not least,we will discuss the prospect and significance of regulatory B cells targeted therapies.
