The growth level and the impact factor analysis of the enter ostoma / 中国实用护理杂志

ABSTRACT
Objective@#To understand the status of post-traumatic growth of colostomy patients and its influencing factors, to provide reference for the measures to improve the post-traumatic growth level of patients.@*Methods@#A total of 400 cases of colostomy patients were investigated with questionnaire consist of the self-made general questionnaire, the posttraumatic growth inventory, the event related rumination inventory and the social support rating scale.@*Results@#The total score of post-traumatic growth of colostomy patients was (63.76±17.26), which was at a moderate level. Multiple linear regression results shows that subjective support, social support utilization, purposeful rumination, family relations and preoperative knowledge about colostomy into the regression equation, which could explain the total variance of 29.4% posttraumatic growth.@*Conclusion@#Patients with enterostoma have grown at medium level after trauma, subjective support, social support utilization, purposeful rumination, family relations and preoperative knowledge about colostomy are the factors that influence the posttraumatic growth level of patients with enterostoma.
