Treatment progress of acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock／ / 心血管康复医学杂志

ABSTRACT

Cardiogenic shock (CS) is the main cause for acute myocardial infarction (AMI ) patients death .Al‐though percutaneous coronary intervention and mechanical assisted circulation devices are widely used in clinic ,in‐hospital mortality of AMI patients with CS is still up to 40% －50% .It is a challenge for reduce mortality of AMI patients with CS in treatment process .The present article made a review on treatment progress of AMI with CS .
