A Case of Primary Lymphoma Involving the Heart

ABSTRACT

Primary cardiac lymphoma is a rare extranodal malignant lymphoma that involves only the heart and pericardium without dissemination. The prognosis of primary cardiac lymphoma is poor. But, recent advances in imaging diagnosis and chemotherapy have improved survival. We report histologically diagnosed diffuse large B cell lymphoma involving the heart with computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging images.
