The changes of electrocardiogram were recorded with the standard II, the serum levels of cardiac troponin I were studied by automated chemiluminescence assay.@*RESULTS@#The ST segment elevated considerably after crush injury and lasted 24 h, the levels of serum cTnI were much higher than those of the control groupes after 6 h of injury.@*CONCLUSION@#Cardiomyocyte injury was induced in the early phase of crush injury.
