ABSTRACT
"Homeopatia" é uma palavra de origem grega, introduzida por Hahnemann, onde homóis significa "semelhante" e pathos significa "sofrimento, doença". Considerado modelo terapêutico voltado ao indivíduo e não à doença. A relevância clínica da doença e o sucesso terapêutico motiva a realização do trabalho que relata um caso de paciente com distúrbio de pele raro, tratado com Sulphur e Petroleum. Os sintomas relatados pela paciente foram transformados em linguagem repertorial, elegendo-se as rubricas e respeitando as leis de hierarquização. O processo de repertorização ocorre de forma digital e com análise comparativa à matéria médica respeitando os processos de similitude. O sucesso da terapêutica pode ser observado pela evolução positiva da lesão descrita na queixa principal, e o reequilíbrio de sua homeostase, melhorando os aspectos emocional, físico e social.

The clinical relevance of the disease and the therapeutic success motivated the work that reports a case of a patient with a rare skin disorder, treated with Sulfur and Petroleum. The symptoms reported by the patient were transformed into repertory language, choosing the rubrics and respecting the hierarchical laws. The repertorization process takes place digitally and with comparative analysis to the materia medica respecting the similarity processes. The success of the therapy can be observed by the positive evolution of the lesion described in the main complaint, and the rebalancing of her vital energy, improving her emotional, physical and social aspects.

O tema abandonado despertou o interesse pela necessidade de conhecer sua relação com rubricas constantes em compêndios homeopáticos (Matérias Médicas, Repertórios). Após a seleção dos medicamentos, realizou-se estudo das respectivas patogenesias, acompanhado de comparações entre a manifestação de sintomas semelhantes em medicamentos diversos. O presente trabalho ressalta a Homeopatia como proposta terapêutica, tornando-se importante ferramenta no tratamento de pacientes com a queixa de abandono em situações emergenciais, o que permite a retirada mais precoce de medicação psicotrópica, com consequente melhora da qualidade de suas vidas.(AU)
The abandoned theme aroused interest in the need to know its relationship with constant rubrics in homeopathic textbooks (Medical articles, Repertoires). After the selection of medicinal products, a study of the respective pathogeneses was carried out, accompanied by comparisons between the manifestation of similar symptoms in different medications. The present work emphasizes Homeopathy as a therapeutic proposal, becoming an important tool in the treatment of patients with complaints of ABANDONMENT, in emergency situations, thus allowing the earlier withdrawal of psychotropic medication, improving the quality if their lives.(AU)

Um dos fundamentos tradicionais da homeopatia é a experimentação no indivíduo sadio. Isto é, antes de ser utilizados na clínica através da lei dos semelhantes, as substâncias ou drogas são testadas em sujeitos sadios a fim de se identificar com precisão os sinais e sintomas que provocam. Os medicamentos homeopáticos produzidos a partir de toxinas ofídicas apresentam relevante utilização terapêutica, sobretudo Lachesis muta. O objetivo do presente estudo foi comparar a sintomatologia de quatro medicamentos homeopáticos de origem ofídica, Elaps corallinus, Bothrops lanceolatus, Crotalus horridus e Lach, obtida através de experimentação patogenética, visando relacionar as ações comuns e discutir as diferenças bioquímicas que justificam as especificidades de cada um. A relação entre as descrições patogenéticas dos medicamentos Lach, Elaps, Crot-h e Both-l apresentam muitas características comuns com os acidentes ofídicos provocados por Lachesis muta, Micrurus corallinus, Crotalus horridus e Bothrops jararaca, respectivamente, fato que justifica a utilização de informações toxicológicas como contribuição para a matéria médica homeopática. Conclui-se que os medicamentos estudados apresentam características patogenéticas comuns com eventos hemorrágicos, inflamatórios e neurotóxicos, porém, separadamente, guardam detalhes individuais e clinicamente específicos, sendo impossível a descrição de uma patogenesia única para os medicamentos elaborados a partir das diferentes espécies de serpentes. A composição de cada toxina justifica a maioria das ações patogenéticas dos respectivos medicamentos, bem como suas semelhanças com os relatos dos acidentes ofídicos.
One of the traditional foundations of homeopathy is the proving of medicines in healthy individuals. This to say, before used in clinical practice by means of the law of similarity, substances or drugs are tested in healthy volunteers to establish the signs and symptoms they cause with full precision. Homeopathic medicines prepared from snake venoms are used quite often in clinical practice, Lachesis muta in particular. The aim of the present study was to compare the set of pathogenetic symptoms of four homeopathic medicines derived from snakes, i.e., Elaps corallinus, Bothrops lanceolatus, Crotalus horridus, and Lach to correlate common actions, and discuss the biochemical differences that account for each ones specificities. The pathogenetic descriptions of Lach, Elaps, Crot-h and Both-l exhibit many traits in common with the effects of the venoms of Lachesis muta, Micrurus corallinus, Crotalus horridus and Bothrops jararaca, respectively, which justifies the inclusion of toxicological data in the homeopathic materia medica. We conclude that the investigated homeopathic medicines exhibit pathogenetic traits corresponding to hemorrhagic, inflammatory, and neurotoxic events, however, they also exhibit individual and clinically specific actions that hinder the elaboration of a single pathogenetic picture. The composition of each snake venom accounts for the pathogenetic action of the corresponding homeopathic medicines, as well as their similarity with snake bites.

Neste trabalho a autora aborda as qualidades de Mandragora officinarum a fim de despertar o interesse da Homeopatia para este medicamento pelo seu vasto potencial a ser explorado.Mandragora officinarum é um medicamento homeopático de poucos sintomas conhecidos. Seu primeiro estudo foi descrito em Species plantarum em 1753. É um medicamento incluso na Matéria Médica Pura de Allen (1874). A patogenesia foi feita por Mezger, segundo Soares (2000). As características e o histórico do emprego da planta são ressaltados, bem como a importância como medicamento homeopático e suas perspectivas para pesquisa. Entre as dificuldades em estudar o medicamento estão: a escassa descrição dos sintomas da patogenesia e as diferentes formas de obtenção da tintura mãe utilizada na experimentação que dificultam a comparação entre os resultados obtidos por diferentes autores.(AU)

The most commom is cystitis, an infection of the bladder, but infection may occur in any part of the urinary system, including the kidneys. Infection is caused by the growth of the gut bacteria within the urinary system, but in many cases bacteria are not found on urine culture, despite obvious symptoms of bladder discomfort.
