RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Postoperative neurocognitive disorder (PND) is a common central nervous system complication after undergoing surgery and anesthesia especially in elderly patients, while the therapeutic options are very limited. This study was carried out to investigate the beneficial effects of transcranial near infrared light (NIRL) which was employed to the treatment of PND and propose the involved mechanisms. METHODS: The PND mice were established through left carotid artery exposure under isoflurane anesthesia and received transcranial NIRL treatment. Behavioral testing was performed to evaluate the cognitive function of PND mice after transcranial NIRL therapy. Changes in the transcriptomic profiles of prefrontal cortex (PFC) and hippocampus (HP) were identified by next generation sequencing (NGS), and the molecular mechanisms involved were examined by both in vivo mouse model and in vitro cell culture studies. RESULTS: We found that transcranial NIRL therapy effectively ameliorated learning and memory deficit induced by anesthesia and surgery in aged mice. Specifically, we identified down-regulation of interferon regulatory factor 7 (IRF7) in the brains of PND mice that was mechanistically associated with increased pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype of microglia and elevated neuroinflammatory. NIRL treatment produced protective effects through the upregulation of IRF7 expression and reversing microglial phenotypes from pro-inflammatory to neuroprotective, resulting in reduced brain damage and improved cognitive function in PND mice. CONCLUSION: Our results indicate that transcranial NIRL is an effective and safe therapy for PND via alleviating neuroinflammation, and IRF7 plays a key transcription factor in regulating the M1-to-M2 switch of microglia.

RESUMO

Applying machine learning methods to resolve the cadmium (Cd) uptake characteristics of regional soil-wheat systems can contribute to the accuracy and rationality of risk decisions. Based on a regional survey, we constructed a Freundlich-type transfer equation, random forest (RF) model, and neural network (BPNN) model to predict wheat Cd enrichment factor (BCF-Cd); verified the prediction accuracy; and assessed the uncertainty of different models. The results showed that both RF (R2=0.583) and BPNN (R2=0.490) were better than the Freundlich transfer equation (R2=0.410). The RF and BPNN were further trained repeatedly, and the results showed that the mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean square error (RMSE) of RF and BPNN were close to each other. Additionally, the accuracy and stability of RF (R2=0.527-0.601) was higher than that of BPNN (R2=0.432-0.661). Feature importance analysis showed that multiple factors led to the heterogeneity of wheat BCF-Cd, in which soil phosphorus (P) and zinc (Zn) were the key variables affecting the change in wheat BCF-Cd. Parameter optimization can further improve the accuracy, stability, and generalization ability of the model.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effects of acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy on the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). METHODS: The medical records of 75 patients with CSU treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 10, 2021 to January 10, 2022 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 35 patients treated with traditional therapy were assigned to a control group, and 40 patients treated with acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy to an observation group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared after therapy. The two groups were also compared in terms of the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig)-E, interleukin (IL)-4 and interferon-γ (INF-γ) before and after therapy. In addition, the visual analogue scale (VAS) for pruritus was adopted for recording the pruritus degree of patients before and after therapy. The Dermatology Quality of Life Index (DLQI) was adopted to compare the quality of life between the two groups before and after therapy. The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) were adopted for comparison of the anxiety and depression between the two groups before and after therapy. Moreover, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was used to compare sleep quality between the two groups before and after therapy. RESULTS: The control group showed a significantly lower total response rate than the observation group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly lower levels of IgE and IL-4, and a higher IFN-γ level and had significantly lower pruritus-VAS, DLQI, HAMA, HAMD and PSQI scores (P<0.05). Additionally, the two groups were not greatly different in adverse reactions (nausea, sleepiness, ecchymosis and dizziness) (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy is highly effective in CSU, because it can significantly alleviate the symptoms as well as negative emotions, and improve the quality of life, sleep quality and the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokine in patients.

RESUMO

Heavy metal pollution is becoming a serious problem in wetland and often co-occurs with nutrient availability and light conditions variation. We hypothesized that nutrient availability and light condition can affect the growth of wetland plants under heavy metal stress. To test this hypothesis, single ramets of a common, clonal wetland plant Hydrocotyle vulgaris were grown for four weeks at three levels of cadmium with three levels of nutrient availability under 30% or 100% light conditions. High level of nutrient availability and high light condition overall promoted growth of H. vulgaris under Cd stress. Under the two light conditions, responses of H. vulgaris to Cd treatments differed among three nutrient levels. Under 30% light condition, 2 mg L-1 Cd2+ treatment decreased total mass at the low nutrient level and decreased ramet number at the medium nutrient level; 0.5 and 2 mg L-1 Cd2+ treatments decreased leaf mass ratio at the low and the medium nutrient levels. Under 100% light condition, 2 mg L-1 Cd2+ treatments significantly decreased total mass at the high level of nutrients; 2 mg L-1 Cd2+ treatment decreased ramet number at the medium and the high nutrient levels and decreased leaf mass ratio at the medium nutrient levels. Our results suggested that Cd stress can interact with nutrient availability and light condition to affect the performance of wetland plants such as H. vulgaris.

RESUMO

The increasing cancer morbidity and mortality requires the development of high-efficiency and low-toxicity anticancer approaches. In recent years, photodynamic therapy (PDT) has attracted much attention in cancer therapy due to its non-invasive features and low side effects. Photosensitizer (PS) is one of the key factors of PDT, and its successful delivery largely determines the outcome of PDT. Although a few PS molecules have been approved for clinical use, PDT is still limited by the low stability and poor tumor targeting capacity of PSs. Various nanomaterial systems have shown great potentials in improving PDT, such as metal nanoparticles, graphene-based nanomaterials, liposomes, ROS-sensitive nanocarriers and supramolecular nanomaterials. The small molecular PSs can be loaded in functional nanomaterials to enhance the PS stability and tumor targeted delivery, and some functionalized nanomaterials themselves can be directly used as PSs. Herein, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of PDT, and summarize the recent progress of nanomaterials-based PSs and delivery systems in anticancer PDT. In addition, the concerns of nanomaterials-based PDT including low tumor targeting capacity, limited light penetration, hypoxia and nonspecific protein corona formation are discussed. The possible solutions to these concerns are also discussed.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Acute lung injury (ALI) is a serious respiratory dysfunction caused by pathogen or physical invasion. The strong induced inflammation often causes death. Tanshinone IIA (Tan-IIA) is the major constituent of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and has been shown to display anti-inflammatory effects. The aim of the current study was to investigate the effects of Tan-IIA on ALI. METHODS: A murine model of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced ALI was used. The lungs and serum samples of mice were extracted at 3 days after treatment. ALI-induced inflammatory damages were confirmed from cytokine detections and histomorphology observations. Effects of Tan-IIA were investigated using in vivo and in vitro ALI models. Tan-IIA mechanisms were investigated by performing Western blot and flow cytometry experiments. A wound-healing assay was performed to confirm the Tan-IIA function. RESULTS: The cytokine storm induced by LPS treatment was detected at 3 days after LPS treatment, and alveolar epithelial damage and lymphocyte aggregation were observed. Tan-IIA treatment attenuated the LPS-induced inflammation and reduced the levels of inflammatory cytokines released not only by inhibiting neutrophils, but also by macrophage. Moreover, we found that macrophage activation and polarization after LPS treatment were abrogated after applying the Tan-IIA treatment. An in vitro assay also confirmed that including the Tan-IIA supplement increased the relative amount of the M2 subtype and decreased that of M1. Rebalanced macrophages and Tan-IIA inhibited activations of the nuclear factor-κB and hypoxia-inducible factor pathways. Including Tan-IIA and macrophages also improved alveolar epithelial repair by regulating macrophage polarization. CONCLUSION: This study found that while an LPS-induced cytokine storm exacerbated ALI, including Tan-IIA could prevent ALI-induced inflammation and improve the alveolar epithelial repair, and do so by regulating macrophage polarization.

RESUMO

Bronchial asthma is a common chronic airway disease, and long-term management of asthma is the focus and challenge of clinical treatment. Glucocorticoids are often used as the first choice for the treatment of asthma. However, the occurrence of hormone dependence, hormone resistance, and local and systemic adverse reactions caused by hormone application also creates problems for the treatment of asthma. Finding new, safe, and effective therapeutic drugs is an important research direction at present. Icariin is an effective ingredient of the traditional Chinese medicine, Epimedium. It has various biological attributes such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidative activities, and immune regulation. It has high safety and a wide range of clinical applications. Icariin has the characteristics of multitargeted intervention in the treatment of asthma. Here, we review the specific mechanisms of icariin in treating asthma, and icariin is considered a novel therapy in controlling asthma; however, the mechanism is still worth further investigation.

RESUMO

METHODS: Screen the biologically active components and potential targets of SNFYT through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP), Traditional Chinese Medicines Integrated Database (TCMID), and related literature. In addition, DrugBank, OMIM, DisGeNET, and the Therapeutic Target Database were searched to explore the therapeutic targets of IS. The cross-targets of SNFYT potential targets and IS treatment targets were taken as candidate gene targets, and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed on the candidate targets. On this basis, the SNFYT-component-target network and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network were constructed using Cytoscape 3.7.2. Finally, AutoDock was used to verify the molecular docking of core components and core targets. RESULTS: We screened out 95 potentially active components and 143 candidate targets. SNFYT-component-target network, PPI network, and Cytoscape analysis identified four core active ingredients and 14 core targets. GO enrichment analyzed 2333 biological processes, 79 cell components, and 149 molecular functions. There are 170 KEGG-related signal pathways (P < 0.05), including the IL-17 signal pathway, TNF signal pathway, and HIF-1 signal pathway. The molecular docking results of the core components and the core targets showed good binding power. CONCLUSIONS: SNFYT may achieve the effect of treating ischemic stroke through its anti-inflammatory effect through a signal pathway with core targets as the core.

RESUMO

To analyze the research hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for neurogenesis with use of CiteSpace 5.7.R3 software. The bibliometrics analysis on the literatures of TCM for neurogenesis from 1987 to 2020 included in the CNKI database was conducted to visualize the number of papers, authors, institutions and keywords. Totally 736 literatures were included and the volume of annual publications showed an upward in volatility. At present, several stable research teams have been formed, which were represented by DING Fei, ZHOU Chong-jian and ZHOU Yong-hong, but the cooperation was not close among the teams. According to the analysis of research institutions, Institute of Diagnostics of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Research Center of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine produced largest number of literatures. The cooperation among institutions, with universities of TCM and affiliated hospitals as the main research force, was characterized by dominant cooperation among regional institutions and less cross-regional cooperation. Keywords analysis showed that in the field of TCM for neurogenesis, a lot of studies mainly focused on the disease field, treatment and medication, TCM therapy and molecular mechanism. The research on TCM therapy and molecular mechanism for neurogenesis of central nervous system will be the research hotspots in future.

RESUMO

Lung cancer remains the most common cancer worldwide. Although significant advances in screening have been made and early diagnosis strategies and therapeutic regimens have been developed, the overall survival rate remains bleak. Curcumin is extracted from the rhizomes of turmeric and exhibits a wide range of biological activities. In lung cancer, evidence has shown that curcumin can markedly inhibit tumor growth, invasion and metastasis, overcome resistance to therapy, and even eliminate cancer stem cells (CSCs). Herein, the underlying molecular mechanisms of curcumin were summarized by distinct biological processes. To solve the limiting factors that curtail the clinical applications of curcumin, nanoformulations encapsulating curcumin were surveyed in detail. Nanoparticles, including liposomes, micelles, carbon nanotubes (CNTs), solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs), nanosuspensions, and nanoemulsions, were explored as proper carriers of curcumin. Moreover, it was firmly verified that curcumin has the ability to sensitize lung cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, such as cisplatin and docetaxel, and to various targeted therapies. Regarding the advantages and drawbacks of curcumin, we concluded that combination therapy based on nanoparticles would be the optimal approach to broaden the application of curcumin in the clinic in the near future.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: To evaluate prevention and control strategies for children with Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) in China through a systematic review and meta-analysis. METHODS: We conducted literature searches of articles indexed in Web of Knowledge, PubMed, Springerlink, Elsevier, the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang data until February 2019. Search terms included "Kashin-Beck disease" or "KBD," and "improvement of water" or "change of grain" or "salt-rich selenium" or "comprehensive measures." Eligible studies were prospective trials of interventions in endemic area. Data extraction was performed by 2 independent authors using predefined data fields that also included quality evaluation. RESULTS: We screened 1183 potentially relevant articles, and included 22 studies that reported 24 trials, with data from 3700 healthy children and 2961 children KBD. The pooled odds ratios (ORs) and confidence intervals (95% CIs) for primary prevention new incidence in healthy children following interventions to comprehensive measures, change of grain, salt-rich selenium, and improvements of water were 0.15 (0.02, 0.95), 0.15 (0.03, 0.70), 0.19 (0.09, 0.38), and 0.20 (0.09, 0.42), respectively. The OR (95% CI) for clinical improvement in children KBD following interventions to improvement of water, salt-rich selenium, comprehensive measures, and change of grain were 5.03 (3.21, 7.89), 4.39 (3.15, 6.11), 2.98 (1.61, 5.52), and 2.35 (1.59, 3.47), respectively. All interventions showed significant differences and were effective (P < .05). CONCLUSION: Comprehensive measures and change of grain were the most effective measures in preventing new case, whereas improvement of water and salt-rich selenium resulted in clinical improvements in children KBD.

RESUMO

Kai Xin San (KXS, containing ginseng, hoelen, polygala, and acorus), a traditional Chinese herbal compound, has been found to regulate cognitive dysfunction; however, its mechanism of action is still unclear. In this study, 72 specific-pathogen-free male Kunming mice aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into a vehicle control group, scopolamine group, low-dose KXS group, moderate-dose KXS group, high-dose KXS group, and positive control group. Except for the vehicle control group and scopolamine groups (which received physiological saline), the doses of KXS (0.7, 1.4 and 2.8 g/kg per day) and donepezil (3 mg/kg per day) were gastrointestinally administered once daily for 2 weeks. On day 8 after intragastric treatment, the behavioral tests were carried out. Scopolamine group and intervention groups received scopolamine 3 mg/kg per day through intraperitoneal injection. The effects of KXS on spatial learning and memory, pathological changes of brain tissue, expression of apoptosis factors, oxidative stress injury factors, synapse-associated protein, and cholinergic neurotransmitter were measured. The results confirmed the following. (1) KXS shortened the escape latency and increased residence time in the target quadrant and the number of platform crossings in the Morris water maze. (2) KXS increased the percentage of alternations between the labyrinth arms in the mice of KXS groups in the Y-maze. (3) Nissl and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling staining revealed that KXS promoted the production of Nissl bodies and inhibited the formation of apoptotic bodies. (4) Western blot assay showed that KXS up-regulated the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 and inhibited the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax. KXS up-regulated the expression of postsynaptic density 95, synaptophysin, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus. (5) KXS increased the level and activity of choline acetyltransferase, acetylcholine, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase, and reduced the level and activity of acetyl cholinesterase, reactive oxygen species, and malondialdehyde through acting on the cholinergic system and reducing oxidative stress damage. These results indicate that KXS plays a neuroprotective role and improves cognitive function through reducing apoptosis and oxidative stress, and regulating synapse-associated protein and cholinergic neurotransmitters.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Xingnaojing injection (XNJ) sharpen the mind and induce consciousness and are widely used in acute phases of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Naloxone hydrochloride injection (NX) performs equally well and replace the effects of morphine-like substances to promote conscious awareness. The applications of XNJ combined with NX for ICH show some advantages compared with NX applied individually. The aim of this systematic review is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of XNJ combined with NX for ICH. METHODS: Comprehensive searches were conducted in 8 medical databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang database) from inceptions to October 2017 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that compared the applications of XNJ and NX with NX applied individually in ICH. Literature screening, assessing risk of bias and data extraction were conducted by 2 reviewers independently. According to the Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan5.3 software to perform the data analysis. RESULTS: 32 RCTs (3068 cases) were selected and the quality of studies were low. All trials compared XNJ and NX with NX applied individually. The overall meta-analysis results showed that XNJ combined with NX have significant effect on clinical efficacy (OR 3.78, 95% CI: 3.03-4.73; P < .00001), GCS score (MD 3.86, 95% CI: 3.46-4.25; P < .00001), coma duration (MD -5.59, 95% CI: -6.96 to -4.22; P < .00001), NIHSS score (MD -6.24, 95% CI: -8.05 to -4.42; P < .00001), Barthel Index score (MD 14.12, 95% CI: 6.7-21.54; P < .0002), cerebral hematoma volume (MD -6.05, 95% CI: -6.85 to -5.24; P < .00001) than NX applied individually. Adverse events reported in 4 studies and included mild discomfort symptoms. CONCLUSION: The effectiveness and safety of XNJ combined with NX for ICH cannot be determined due to the low quality of literature, publication bias and heterogeneity. More rigorous RCTs are necessary to verify the role of XNJ combined with NX in the treatment of ICH.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of electromyography (EMG) guided point injection at Renying (ST 9) for post-stroke dysphagia caused by bulbar paralysis, and explore effective treatments for improving swallowing function on the basis of conventional medicine and rehabilitation training. METHODS: A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. The conventional drugs combined with rehabilitation training were given in the control group, the treatment was given once every day. Based on the treatment in the control group, the EMG guided point injection at Renying (ST 9) was added in the observation group, three times a week. All the treatment was given for 2 weeks. WaTian drinking test score and Toshima Ichiro swallow test score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the effects were assessed. RESULTS: Toshima Ichiro swallow test score increased after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment, and WaTian drinking test score decreased compared with that before treatment (all P<0.05), and the change rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (both P<0.05). The total effective rate of swallowing efficacy in the observation group was 93.3% (28/30), and the cured rate was 46.7% (14/30), which were better than 26.7% (8/30) and 3.3% (1/30) in the control group (both P<0.05). CONCLUSION: On the basis of conventional drugs and rehabilitation training, the EMG guided point injection at Renying (ST 9) can effectively increase the swallowing function of patients with post-stroke dysphagia caused by bulbar paralysis .

RESUMO

Curcumin is the main active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine, turmeric, which acts against non-small cell lung cancer cell (NSCLC), lowers blood pressure, is anti-inflammatory, choleretic, and exerts antioxidant effects, without any obvious toxicity in the long term. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether the anticancer effect of curcumin inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis of human NSCLC through the upregulation of microRNA192-5p (miR-192-5p) and suppression of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. In the present study, treatment with curcumin inhibited cell proliferation, induced cell apoptosis and increased the caspase-3 activity of A549 cells. The results also showed that, miR-192-5p relative expression of NCL-H460 cells was relatively lower than that of A549 cells, which was higher, with that of BEAS-2E cells being the highest. miR-192-5p mimics suppressed cell proliferation and increased cell apoptosis of A549 cells. However, anti-miR-192-5p mimics increased cell proliferation and inhibited cell apoptosis of A549 cells. Curcumin treatment effectively increased the relative miR192-5p expression and suppressed the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. miR-192-5p mimics enhanced the effect of curcumin on cell viability and apoptosis and suppressed the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in A549 cells. Anti-miR-192-5p mimics reversed the effect of curcumin on A549 cells and PI3K/Akt expression. Collectively, our findings suggested that curcumin inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis of human non-small cell lung cancer cells through the upregulation of miR-192-5p and suppression of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

RESUMO

Metabolic profiles of broiler chickens were examined after the ingestion of green tea, tea polyphenols, and (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Solid-phase extraction of serum and litters yielded free catechins and their metabolites, which were then identified and quantified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. In plasma samples, (-)-gallocatechin, (+)-catechin, and EGCG were detected in the green tea group; pyrogallol acid, (epi)catechin-O-sulfate, 4'-O-methyl-(epi)gallocatechin-O-glucuronide, and (epi)catechin-3'-O-glucuronide were detected in the tea polyphenols group; and EGCG, (-)-gallocatechin gallate (GCG), and 4'-O-methyl-(epi)gallocatechin-O-glucuronides were detected in the EGCG group. In litters, gallic acid, EGCG, GCG, and ECG were detected in the green tea and tea polyphenols groups; EGCG and ECG were detected in the EGCG group. The conjugated metabolites, 4'-O-methyl-(epi)gallocatechin-O-glucuronide, (epi)catechin-3'-glucuronide, and 4'-O-methyl-(epi)catechin-O-sulfate, were identified in the green tea group; 4'-O-methyl-(epi)catechin-O-sulfate and 4'-O-methyl-(epi)gallocatechin-O-sulfate were identified in the tea polyphenols group; only 4'-O-methyl-(epi)gallocatechin-O-sulfate was detected in the EGCG group. The excretion of tea catechins was 95.8, 87.7, and 97.7% for the green tea, tea polyphenols, and EGCG groups, respectively.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point on perimenopausal syndrome, and provide a new thought of therapy for perimenopausal syndrome. METHODS: Eighty cases of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into a combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point group and a routine acupuncture group, 40 cases in each group. The combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point group was treated with acupuncture at Taixi (KI 3), Taichong (LR 3), Taibai (SP 3), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Shenshu (BL 23), Ganshu (BL 18), Pishu (BL 20), Guanyuan (CV 4); and the routine acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at Baihui (GV 20), Guanyuan (CV 4), Shenshu (BL 23), Taixi (KI 3), San-yinjiao (SP 6). The Kupperman score and the changes of serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. RESULTS: The total effective rate of 92.5% in the combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point group was superior to 80.0% in the routine acupuncture group, with a significant difference (P < 0. 05); the Kupperman score of 24. 85 +/- 8.35 in the combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point group was significantly decreased as compared with 35.38 +/- 9.83 in the routine acupuncture group (P < 0.05) after treatment; the contents of E2, FSH and LH in the combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point group were significantly improved after treatment, and with a significant difference compared to the routine acupuncture group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Combination of Source Point and Back-Shu Point has a benign regulation function for E2, FSH and LH, and can significantly improve the Kupperman score, is superior to routine acupuncture for perimenopausal syndrome.
