RESUMEN

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common respiratory disease. This paper observes the effects of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation promotion mode intervention combined with oxygen therapy on cardiopulmonary function and blood gas analysis indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with cor pulmonale. A total of 136 COPD patients with cor pulmonale admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by a simple random method. 136 patients are given oxygen therapy while the traditional group and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation group are given traditional mode and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation promotion mode intervention. Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation promotion mode intervention combined with oxygen therapy can improve the cardiopulmonary function of COPD patients with cor pulmonale, regulate the expression of related serum factors, improve self-care ability, and reduce the number of hospitalizations.

RESUMEN

All-inorganic perovskite materials have emerged as highly promising materials for solar cells and photoelectronic applications. However, the poor stability of perovskites in ambient conditions significantly hampers their practical applications. In this work, we report a three-step synthesis of size tunable CsPbX3 (X = Br, Cl, or I) quantum dots (QDs) embedded in zeolite-Y (CsPbX3-Y), which involves efficient chemical transformation of non-luminescent Cs4PbX6 to highly luminescent CsPbX3 by stripping CsX through an interfacial reaction with water. We show that the size and the emission of CsPbX3 in CsPbX3-Y can be tuned by the amount of water added as well as the halide composition. More importantly, the as-prepared CsPbX3-Y show significantly enhanced stability against moisture upon protection by zeolite-Y. This work not only reports a new pathway for the preparation of highly luminescent CsPbX3 but also provided new insights into the chemical transformation behavior and stabilization mechanism of these emerging perovskites.

RESUMEN

With the popularization of medical knowledge and the development of medical technology, people pay more and more attention to COPD. This paper mainly studies the effect of virtual reality technology combined with comprehensive lung rehabilitation on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected to collect their general information, such as name, gender, and age. They were divided into the experimental group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with virtual reality technology combined with lung rehabilitation, while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation. Patients in both groups needed medication and participated in a 30-minute disease description activity once a week. In addition, patients in the control group should walk for 20 minutes every day to monitor muscle fatigue. Breathing exercises are also carried out regularly. Patients are instructed to use their lips and abdomen for 5 minutes each time. The respiratory rate was 7 beats per minute. In addition to the routine training of the control group, the experimental group will also train the simulated bicycle for 20 minutes, which will be automatically saved on the computer after the training. After the experiment, the muscle function and motor ability of the two groups were evaluated, and the results were statistically analyzed. The total self-efficacy scores of patients before and after telemedicine technical support increased significantly (2.15 ± 0.21 before telemedicine technical support, 2.39 ± 0.20 after telemedicine technical support), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results show that the application of virtual reality technology can improve the rehabilitation belief of patients and strengthen the training effect.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To explore distal Chevron osteotomy of the first metatarsal and soft-tissue release for the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus. METHODS: From June 2015 to June 2017, 32 patients(40 feet) with mild and moderate hallux valgus were treated with distal Chevron osteotomy with soft tissue release. including 3 males(3 feet) and 29 females (37 feet), aged from 22 to 80 years old with an average of 57.57 years old. The courses of disease ranged from 2 to 32 years with an average of 14 years. Among them, 9 feet were mild, 31 feet were moderate. Patients were combined with bunion, pain around the first metatarsal joint, and pain increased during weight-bearing walking before opertaion. AP and lateral X-rays on weight-bearing were performed, hallux valgus angle(HVA) and intermetatarsal angle(IMA) between the first and the second metatarsal were examined before and after operation. AOFAS score was applied to evaluate clinical effects. RESULTS: All patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months with an average of 15.2 months.Fracture wounds were healed well without infection and metatarsal head necrosis occurred. Preoperative HVA (32.08±5.59)° and IMA (11.63±2.24)° decreased to (10.31±4.36)° and (5.02°±2.34)°after operation at 12 months, and had statistical difference before and after operation (P<0.05). AOFAS score increased from 56.75±6.42 before operation to 88.80±3.99 after operation at 12 months(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Distal Chevron osteotomy of the first metatarsal and soft-tissue release for the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus could obtain good effects and provide more options for hallux valgus treatment.

RESUMEN

We report a simple catalyst-free vapor-phase method to fabricate Zn1-xCuxO micro-cross structures. Through a series of controlled experiments by changing the location of the substrate and reaction time, we have realized the continuous evolution of product morphology from nanorods into brush-like structures and micro-cross structures at different positions, together with the epitaxial growth of branched nanorods from the central stem with the time extended. The growth mechanism of the Zn1-xCuxO micro-cross structures has been proposed to involve the synthesis of Cu/Zn square-like core, surface oxidation, and the secondary growth of nanorod arrays. By the detailed structural analysis of the yielded Zn1-xCuxO samples at different locations, we have shown that the CuO phases were gradually formed in Zn1-xCuxO, which is significant to induce the usual ZnO hexagonal structures changing into four-folded symmetrical hierarchical micro-cross structures. Furthermore, the visible luminescence can be greatly enhanced by the introduction of Cu, and the observed inhomogeneous cathode luminescence in an individual micro-cross structure is caused by the different distributions of Cu.

RESUMEN

The quartz/Al-ZnO film/nanostructured Al-ZnO/CdSe/Cu2O extremely thin absorber solar cell has been successfully realized. The Al-doped ZnO one-dimensional nanostructures on quartz templates covered by a sputtering Al-doped ZnO film was used as the n-type electrode. A 19- to 35-nm-thin layer of CdSe absorber was deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering, coating the ZnO nanostructures. The voids between the Al-ZnO/CdSe nanostructures were filled with p-type Cu2O, and therefore, the entire assembly formed a p-i-n junction. The cell shows the energy conversion efficiency as high as 3.16%, which is an interesting option for developing new solar cell devices.PACS: 88.40.jp; 73.40.Lq; 73.50.Pz.
