RESUMEN

Gene expression is regulated at multiple levels, including RNA processing and DNA methylation/demethylation. How these regulations are controlled remains unclear. Here, through analysis of a suppressor for the OsEIN2 over-expressor, we identified an RNA recognition motif protein SUPPRESSOR OF EIN2 (SOE). SOE is localized in nuclear speckles and interacts with several components of the spliceosome. We find SOE associates with hundreds of targets and directly binds to a DNA glycosylase gene DNG701 pre-mRNA for efficient splicing and stabilization, allowing for subsequent DNG701-mediated DNA demethylation of the transgene promoter for proper gene expression. The V81M substitution in the suppressor mutant protein mSOE impaired its protein stability and binding activity to DNG701 pre-mRNA, leading to transgene silencing. SOE mutation enhances grain size and yield. Haplotype analysis in c. 3000 rice accessions reveals that the haplotype 1 (Hap 1) promoter is associated with high 1000-grain weight, and most of the japonica accessions, but not indica ones, have the Hap 1 elite allele. Our study discovers a novel mechanism for the regulation of gene expression and provides an elite allele for the promotion of yield potentials in rice.

RESUMEN

Spondylocostal dysostosis (SCDO) encompasses a group of skeletal disorders characterized by multiple segmentation defects in the vertebrae and ribs. SCDO has a complex genetic etiology. This study aimed to analyze and identify pathogenic variants in a fetus with SCDO. Copy number variant sequencing and whole exome sequencing were performed on a Chinese fetus with SCDO, followed by bioinformatics analyses, in vitro functional assays and a systematic review on the reported SCDO cases with LFNG pathogenic variants. Ultrasound examinations in utero exhibited that the fetus had vertebral malformation, scoliosis and tethered cord, but rib malformation was not evident. We found a novel homozygous variant (c.1078 C > T, p.R360C) within the last exon of LFNG. The variant was predicted to cause loss of function of LFNG by in silico prediction tools, which was confirmed by an in vitro assay of LFNG enzyme activity. The systematic review listed a total of 20 variants of LFNG in SCDO. The mutational spectrum spans across all exons of LFNG except the last one. This study reported the first Chinese case of LFNG-related SCDO, revealing the prenatal phenotypes and expanding the mutational spectrum of the disorder.

RESUMEN

In this paper, we introduce a novel technique that utilizes randomly rotated elements (RREs) for the cross-polarization and axial ratio (AR) control of a circularly polarized programmable metasurface (CPPMS). We evaluate the CPPMS performance by comparing RREs layout with uniform elements (UEs) layout, and analyze far-field radiation parameters for 50 groups of CPPMS with different RREs layouts. Simulation results demonstrate consistent and improved performance across various RREs layouts, showcasing reduced cross-polarization and enhanced AR beamwidth. To validate these findings, we design a 1-bit CPPMS in Ku-band comprising 20 × 20 elements with the optimal RREs layout, and conduct measurements in an anechoic chamber. The CPPMS prototype achieves high gain (22.34 dBi), low cross-polarization (-20.5 dB), and a narrow 3 dB AR beamwidth (8.93°). Notably, it offers wide-angle beam scanning capabilities of up to ±60°. The gain bandwidth at -3 dB ranges from 14.54 to 16.65 GHz, with a relative bandwidth of 7.3%, while the 3 dB AR bandwidth extends from 14.24 to 16.07 GHz. Consequently, the proposed 1-bit CPPMS exhibits high-performance two-dimensional AR beam scanning, presenting promising applications in satellite communications.

RESUMEN

RATIONALE: The application of infliximab (IFX) to immune-mediated disease is limited by the significant individual variability and associated clinical nonresponse, emphasizing the importance of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM). Because of the cross-reactivity, limited linear range, and high costs, the clinical application of the previous reported methods was limited. Here, an improved high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed to address the issues. METHODS: This study developed an improved bioanalytical HPLC-MS/MS method coupling nanosurface and molecular-orientation limited proteolysis technology. The commercially available compound P14R was selected as the internal standard. This method was developed with fewer volume of reagents and was thoroughly validated. The validated method was applied to TDM in pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). RESULTS: Chromatography was performed using a Shim-pack GISS-HP C18 metal-free column (3 µm, 2.1 × 100 mm) with a gradient elution of 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile at 0.4 mL/min. Detection and quantitation were performed using electrospray ionization (ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring in the positive ion mode. The method was validated to demonstrate its selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effect, and stability. The method exhibited a linear dynamic range of 0.3-100 µg/mL, with intra- and inter-day precision and relative errors below 15%. The recovery and matrix effect were measured as 87.28%-89.72% and 41.98%-67.17%, respectively, which were effectively compensated by the internal standard. A total of 32 samples collected from 24 pediatric patients with IBD were analyzed using the validated method, and only 46.9% achieved the reported targeted trough level. CONCLUSION: This study developed an improved HPLC-MS/MS method for the quantitative determination of IFX concentration in human plasma. The accurate, reliable, and cost-effective method was validated and utilized in the analysis of clinical samples. The results confirmed the importance of TDM on IFX and the clinical application prospects of the improved method.

RESUMEN

Adequate intake of live probiotics is beneficial to human health and wellbeing because they can help treat or prevent a variety of health conditions. However, the viability of probiotics is reduced by the harsh environments they experience during passage through the human gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Consequently, the oral delivery of viable probiotics is a significant challenge. Probiotic encapsulation provides a potential solution to this problem. However, the production methods used to create conventional encapsulation technologies often damage probiotics. Moreover, the delivery systems produced often do not have the required physicochemical attributes or robustness for food applications. Single-cell encapsulation is based on forming a protective coating around a single probiotic cell. These coatings may be biofilms or biopolymer layers designed to protect the probiotic from the harsh gastrointestinal environment, enhance their colonization, and introduce additional beneficial functions. This article reviews the factors affecting the oral delivery of probiotics, analyses the shortcomings of existing encapsulation technologies, and highlights the potential advantages of single-cell encapsulation. It also reviews the various approaches available for single-cell encapsulation of probiotics, including their implementation and the characteristics of the delivery systems they produce. In addition, the mechanisms by which single-cell encapsulation can improve the oral bioavailability and health benefits of probiotics are described. Moreover, the benefits, limitations, and safety issues of probiotic single-cell encapsulation technology for applications in food and beverages are analyzed. Finally, future directions and potential challenges to the widespread adoption of single-cell encapsulation of probiotics are highlighted.

RESUMEN

Photoelectric memristor has attracted many attentions thanks to their promising potential in optical communication chips and artificial vision systems. However, the implementation of an artificial visual system based on memristive devices remains a considerable challenge because most photoelectric memristors cannot recognize color. Herein, multi-wavelength recognizable memristive devices based on silver(Ag) nanoparticles (NPs) and porous silicon oxide (SiOx ) nanocomposites are presented. Rely on the effects of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and optical excitation of Ag NPs in SiOx , the set voltage of the device can be gradually reduced. Moreover, the current overshoot problem is alleviated to suppress conducting filament overgrowth after visible light irradiation with different wavelengths, resulting in diverse low resistance states (LRS). Taking advantage of the characteristics of controlled switching voltage and LRS resistance distribution, color image recognition is finally realized in the present work. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and conductive atomic force microscopy (C-AFM) show that the light irradiation plays an important role on resistive switching (RS) process: the photo-assisted Ag ionization leads to a significant reduction of set voltage and overshoot current. This work provides an effective method toward the development of multi-wavelength-recognizable memristive devices for future artificial color vision system.

RESUMEN

The spatial planning and sustainable management of peri-urban cultivated land are key aspects of national development in many countries because of the continuing expansion of urban areas and deterioration of agro-ecosystem services. Detailed geo-informational investigation of cultivated land multifunctionality and the spatial interactions and dependencies of these multiple functions is required to inform the currently weak theoretical framework of multifunctionality at the peri-urban scale. Accordingly, the objective of this study was to construct a comprehensive methodology to identify and evaluate cultivated land multifunctionality in a spatial context. Geochemical data were used to measure cultivated land multifunctionality. We evaluated two main functions-the productive function and the ecological function-of an undeveloped peri-urban agriculture (PUA) area in the northern fringe of Changchun City in the black-soil region of northeastern China. For the ecological utilization of PUA areas, tradeoff and synergy analyses of cultivated land multifunctionality and coordinated development under complex land-use patterns were measured using a bivariate local Moran's I method. Results reveal considerable spatial heterogeneity in the two functions, with hotspots or coldspots being found in the PUA area. The productive function presents a less pronounced decreasing trend along the rural-to-urban gradient compared with the ecological function. Tradeoffs and synergies between the productive function and the ecological function occur mainly in the northern (more rural) part of the PUA area, where the spatial spillover effect of urbanization is relatively low. Cultivated land functions are strongly affected by urbanization-induced land-use types, and the coordinated areas of the productive function are generally consistent with those of the ecological function. According to these results, we delineate nine zones of multifunctionality in the studied PUA area. Given the importance of harmonizing cultivated land multifunctionality to manage limited land resources in a sustainable way, application of the GIS- and geochemistry-based multifunctionality evaluation scheme proposed in this study should be used to guide peri-urban spatial planning and land-use management and inform the policy arena concerning the transition of land use in urban peripheries.

RESUMEN

Kudzu root (Pueraria lobate (Willd.) Ohwi, KR) is an edible plant with rich nutritional and medicinal values. Over the past few decades, an ample variety of biological effects of Pueraria isoflavone have been evaluated. Evidence has shown that Pueraria isoflavone can play an active role in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, neuroprotection, and cardiovascular protection. Over 50 isoflavones in kudzu root have been identified, including puerarin, daidzein, daidzin, 3'-hydroxy puerarin, and genistein, each with unambiguous structures. However, the application of these isoflavones in the development of functional food and health food still depends on the extraction, purification and identification technology of Pueraria isoflavone. In recent years, many green and novel extraction, purification, and identification techniques have been developed for the preparation of Pueraria isoflavone. This review provides an updated overview of these techniques, specifically for isoflavones in KR since 2018, and also discusses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques in depth. The intention is to provide a research basis for the green and efficient extraction, purification, and identification of Pueraria isoflavone and offers investigators a valuable reference for future studies on the KR.

RESUMEN

Abiotic stress is one of the most important factors reducing soybean yield. It is essential to identify regulatory factors contributing to stress responses. A previous study found that the tandem CCCH zinc-finger protein GmZF351 is an oil level regulator. In this study, we discovered that the GmZF351 gene is induced by stress and that the overexpression of GmZF351 confers stress tolerance to transgenic soybean. GmZF351 directly regulates the expression of GmCIPK9 and GmSnRK, leading to stomata closing, by binding to their promoter regions, which carry two CT(G/C)(T/A)AA elements. Stress induction of GmZF351 is mediated through reduction in the H3K27me3 level at the GmZF351 locus. Two JMJ30-demethylase-like genes, GmJMJ30-1 and GmJMJ30-2, are involved in this demethylation process. Overexpression of GmJMJ30-1/2 in transgenic hairy roots enhances GmZF351 expression mediated by histone demethylation and confers stress tolerance to soybean. Yield-related agronomic traits were evaluated in stable GmZF351-transgenic plants under mild drought stress conditions. Our study reveals a new mode of GmJMJ30-GmZF351 action in stress tolerance, in addition to that of GmZF351 in oil accumulation. Manipulation of the components in this pathway is expected to improve soybean traits and adaptation under unfavorable environments.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: Although clinical trials have demonstrated that cathodal transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is effective for seizure reduction, its long-term efficacy is unknown. This study aimed to determine the long-term effects of repeated cathodal long tDCS sessions on seizure suppression in patients with refractory epilepsy. METHODS: Patients were recruited to participate in an extended phase of a previous randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled, three-arm, parallel, multicenter study on tDCS. The patients were divided into an active tDCS group (20 min of tDCS per day) and an intensified tDCS group (2 × 20 min of tDCS per day). Each tDCS session lasted 2 weeks and the patients underwent repeated sessions at intervals of 2 to 6 months. The cathode was placed over the epileptogenic focus with the current intensity set as 2 mA. Seizure frequency reduction from baseline was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for two related samples. A generalized estimating equation model was used to estimate group, time, and interaction effects. RESULTS: Among the 19 patients who participated in the extended phase, 11 were in the active tDCS group and underwent 2-16 active tDCS sessions, and eight were in the intensified tDCS group and underwent 3-11 intensified tDCS sessions. Seizure reduction was significant from the first to the seventh follow-up, with a median seizure frequency reduction of 41.7%-83.3% (p < 0.05). Compared to the regular tDCS protocol, each intensified tDCS session substantially decreased seizure frequency by 0.3680 (p < 0.05). One patient experienced an increase of 8.5%-232.8% in the total number of seizures during three treatment sessions and follow-ups. CONCLUSION: Repeated long cathodal tDCS sessions yielded significant and progressive long-term seizure reductions in patients with refractory focal epilepsy.

RESUMEN

MAIN CONCLUSION: 46 monocot chimeric jacalins (MCJs) were mined from wheat genome. They were divided into three subfamilies with the activity of mannose-specific lectins and had effects on dehydration tolerance or disease resistance. Monocot chimeric jacalin (MCJ) is a newly identified subfamily of plant lectins that exclusively exists in Poaceae. The MCJs are modular proteins consisting of a dirigent domain and a jacalin-related lectin domain. Their unique evolution and various functions are not fully understood as only few members of MCJ have so for been investigated. From wheat, 46 MCJs were identified and phylogenetically classified into three subfamilies, in which subfamily I represented the early evolutionary cluster. MCJ genes are evenly distributed among three subgenomes of wheat, indicating that MCJ might be an ancient gene in Poaceae. qRT-PCR analysis showed that TaMCJ1 and TaMCJ2 were mainly expressed in leaves while TaMCJ3 in root tissues. All these TaMCJ genes are JA or ABA inducible. All three proteins exhibited agglutinating activity but different preference to mannose-binding. The overexpression of TaMCJ3 in tobacco increased dehydration tolerance, while TaMCJ1 enhanced wildfire disease resistance. The lignin biosynthetic genes were temporarily induced after pathogen inoculation in transgenic tobacco overexpressing TaMCJ, but the specific association with TaMCJ was not established. This evidence argued against the notion that the dirigent domain in TaMCJ is directly linked with lignin metabolism. Taken together, these results pave the way for a better understanding of the manifold functionality of MCJs and offer important insights to the evolutionary history of MCJ.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: The high misdiagnosis rate of asymptomatic neurosyphilis (ANS) has long challenged infectious disease clinicians. We aim to develop a model for diagnosing ANS in asymptomatic syphilis (AS) patients without CSF indicators. RESULTS: 277 AS patients with HIV-negative and underwent lumbar puncture were enrolled in this horizontal study. The area under the curve for predicting ANS by CSF leukocytes and protein was 0.643 and 0.675 [95% CI, 0.583-0.699VS.0.616-0.729]. Through LRM, the AUC increased to 0.806 [95% CI, 0.732-0.832], and the Youden's index was 0.430. If the score is ≤ 0.159, ANS can be excluded with a predictive value of 92.9%; we can identify ANS while the score is over 0.819, with a predictive value of 91.7% and a specificity of 99.25%. This study showed that the LRM can diagnose ANS in AS patients effectively. CONCLUSION: Given a large number of misdiagnosis ANS patients and CSF results' insufficiency, the model is more practical. Our research will help clinicians track suspected syphilis, especially those who cannot accept the CSF test.

RESUMEN

Soybean (Glycine max) production is severely affected in unfavorable environments. Identification of the regulatory factors conferring stress tolerance would facilitate soybean breeding. In this study, through coexpression network analysis of salt-tolerant wild soybeans, together with molecular and genetic approaches, we revealed a previously unidentified function of a class B heat shock factor, HSFB2b, in soybean salt stress response. We showed that HSFB2b improves salt tolerance through the promotion of flavonoid accumulation by activating one subset of flavonoid biosynthesis-related genes and by inhibiting the repressor gene GmNAC2 to release another subset of genes in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway. Moreover, four promoter haplotypes of HSFB2b were identified from wild and cultivated soybeans. Promoter haplotype II from salt-tolerant wild soybean Y20, with high promoter activity under salt stress, is probably selected for during domestication. Another promoter haplotype, III, from salt-tolerant wild soybean Y55, had the highest promoter activity under salt stress, had a low distribution frequency and may be subjected to the next wave of selection. Together, our results revealed the mechanism of HSFB2b in soybean salt stress tolerance. Its promoter variations were identified, and the haplotype with high activity may be adopted for breeding better soybean cultivars that are adapted to stress conditions.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: The FIRE-3 phase III clinical trial demonstrated the marked advantage of prolonging the median overall survival of patients with final RAS wild-type (WT) left-sided metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) by 38.3 months after treatment with irinotecan, fluorouracil, and leucovorin (FOLFIRI) plus cetuximab and by 28.0 months after treatment with FOLFIRI plus bevacizumab. However, the substantial cost increase and economic impact of using cetuximab imposes a considerable burden on patients and society. METHODS: A Markov model based on the data collected in the FIRE-3 trial was developed to investigate the cost-effectiveness of treating patients with FOLFIRI plus either cetuximab or bevacizumab from the perspective of the Chinese health-care system. Costs, quality-adjusted life years (QALYs), and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs) were calculated over a lifetime horizon. One-way and probabilistic sensitivity analyses were performed by varying potentially modifiable parameters. RESULTS: In our analysis, the total treatment costs in the bevacizumab and cetuximab groups were $92 549.31 and $94 987.31, respectively, and the QALYs gained were 1.58 and 2.05. In the base-case analysis, compared with bevacizumab, left-sided RAS WT patients receiving cetuximab gained 0.47 more QALYs at an ICER of $5187.23/QALY ($3166.23/LY). The 1-way sensitivity analysis showed that the most influential parameter was the cost of cetuximab. Probabilistic sensitivity analysis indicated that the cost-effective probability of cetuximab group was 92.8% under the willingness-to-pay threshold of $24 081. CONCLUSIONS: Treatment with FOLFIRI plus cetuximab in Chinese patients with left-sided RAS WT mCRC may improve health outcomes and use financial resources more efficiently than FOLFIRI plus bevacizumab.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Frail older people are more likely to develop negative health outcomes. Previous studies have indicated that the Groningen Frailty Indicator is a practical frailty screening instrument with good psychometric properties; however, it has never been implemented in Chinese nursing homes. AIMS: To cross-culturally adapt and validate the Groningen Frailty Indicator in Chinese nursing home residents. METHODS: The participants were 192 residents from nursing homes. Reliability was analyzed by internal consistency and test-retest methods. Convergent validity was assessed using Spearman rank correlations between the GFI domains and activities of daily living, the mini nutritional assessment, the Mini-mental state examination, the Social Support Rating Scale, the 20-item Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale and the Short Form 36 mental component summary. Criterion validity was investigated by performing a receiver operating characteristics curve analysis. RESULTS: The Chinese GFI achieved semantic, idiomatic, and experiential equivalence. It had a high response rate among nursing home elders. It also showed good internal consistency (ICC = 0.712) and excellent test-retest reliability. Regarding construct validity, it presented good known-group divergent validity based on age. The correlations between the GFI domains and their corresponding measures were consistent as hypothesized, demonstrating convergent validity of the GFI. Using the Fried frailty phenotypes as reference criteria, the Chinese GFI showed satisfactory diagnostic accuracy for frailty (AUC = 0.823) and prefrailty (AUC = 0.791). The optimal cutoff point was 4 for frailty and 3 for prefrailty. CONCLUSIONS: The GFI was successfully adapted for Chinese nursing home residents and presented acceptable validity and reliability.

RESUMEN

We aimed at exploring the function of microRNA-324/cytokine signaling 3 (miR-324/SOCS3) axis in hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) -induced cardiomyocyte injury and its underlying mechanism. The differential expression genes were analyzed based on the GSE83500 and GSE48060 datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Then, to conduct the function enrichment analysis, Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) databases were used. The upstream regulatory microRNAs (miRNAs) of the identified genes were predicted by miRanda, miRWalk, and TargetScan websites. MiR-324 expression was measured with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The target binding of miR-324 and SOCS3 was established by dual-luciferase reporter assay. Cardiomyocyte proliferation was analyzed by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, whereas the apoptosis was investigated via flow cytometry. The expression of TNF pathway-related proteins was detected by western blot analysis. SOCS3 was upregulated in patients with myocardial infarction (MI), and function enrichment analyses proved that SOCS3 was enriched in TNF signaling pathway. Moreover, we found that miR-324 was the upstream regulatory miRNA of SOCS3 and negatively regulated SOCS3 expression. MiR-324 was downregulated in cardiomyocytes with H/R-induced injury, inhibiting cell proliferation. In the H/R model, SOCS3 suppresses cardiomyocyte proliferation, which was recovered by miR-324, and induces cell apoptosis, which was repressed by miR-324 via regulating the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and p P38-MAPK. MiR-324 upregulation decreased the protein levels of TNF-α, p-P65, and p-IκBα in cardiomyocytes that suffered from H/R, which was reversed with SOCS3 overexpression. MiR-324/SOCS3 axis could improve the H/R-induced injury of cardiomyocytes via regulating TNF/NF-κB signaling pathway, and this might provide a new therapy strategy for myocardial ischemia.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: This study aims to describe the associations between genetic polymorphisms and therapeutic effect of valproic acid (VPA) in children with focal seizures. METHODS: Eighty-nine children with focal seizures on VPA therapy were enrolled. Patients' basic information, dosage regimens, and plasma concentrations were recorded. A 1-year follow-up was performed to evaluate the treatment response. Sixty-six single nucleotide polymorphisms involved in the metabolism, transport, and target receptor of VPA were identified, and their associations with VPA response were analyzed using logistic regression adjusted by various influence factors. Selected polymorphisms involved in the metabolism, transport, and target receptor of VPA were not associated with treatment effect in children with focal seizures. RESULTS: Three variants, rs9313892 (GABRA6, G > A, OR = 2.73, 95% CI 1.00 to 7.48, P = 0.051), rs4921195 (GABRA6, T > C, OR = 2.71, 95% CI 0.99 to 7.42, P = 0.053), and rs424740 (GABRG2, A > T, OR = 0.39, 95% CI 0.15 to 1.01, P = 0.053) had the potential to be associated with the VPA response. CONCLUSION: Selected genetic polymorphisms were not significantly associated with VPA response in children with focal seizures. However, three GABR variants showed potential to be associated with the response to VPA. Further and larger studies are warranted to confirm the results.

RESUMEN

Under the radiation of a nanosecond pulse laser, the types of damage and damage profile of fused silica optics are closely related to the surface and subsurface defects of the component. Using the raster-scanning mode to measure the laser-induced damage threshold of fused silica optics, three different types and sizes of damage patterns are found, of which shell damage is the intermediate state and is a bridge connecting submicrometer-size damage and catastrophic damage. This paper mainly studies the mechanism and damage growth law of shell damage, analyzes the model of laser-induced shell damage, and discusses the probability and cause of shell-damage growth.

RESUMEN

Reversible multicolor displays on solid media created from single-molecule pigments are a long-awaited goal. Herein, a new and simple molecular dyad, which can undergo switchable cyan (C), magenta (M), and yellow (Y) color changes in both solution and the solid state upon exposure to light, water/acid, and nucleophiles, has been designed and synthesized. The stimuli used herein can be applied independent of each other, which is beneficial for color changes without mutual interference. For comparison, mixtures of the two molecular switching motifs that form the basis of the dyad were also studied. The dyad greatly outperforms the corresponding mixed system with respect to reversible color switching on the paper substrate. Its potential for full-color rewritable paper with excellent reversibility has been demonstrated. Legible multicolor prints, that is, high color contrast and resolution, good dispersion, and excellent reversibility, were achieved by using common water-jet and light-based printers. This work provides a very promising approach for the further development of full-color switchable molecules, materials, and displays.
