RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic communication in the interaction between health professionals and hypertensive patients in the Family Health Strategy. METHODS Descriptive study with qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 14 hypertensive patients and two health professionals of the Family Health Strategy (ESF - "Estratégia Saúde Família") in a city of the state of Ceará, Brazil, in 2016. In the data collection, a checklist was used for non-participant systematic observation containing the strategies of therapeutic communication, namely: expression, clarity, validation, and a field diary, being these subjected to content analysis. RESULTS It was noted that ESF professionals do not adequately use therapeutic communication, indicating the need of investment in this device, which acts as a bridge for users, enhances care practices and opens paths that instrumentalize interpersonal relationships. CONCLUSIONS It was realized that health professionals are not fully exploring therapeutic communication strategies, therefore being necessary to develop skills to use these techniques correctly when caring for hypertensive patients.

RESUMEN

Violence against women is defined as any act resulting from gender relations that cause death or physical, sexual, psychological, property and moral harm. Comprehensive care requires professionals understanding the support network to guide and refer women victims of violence to services and to value complaints/anxieties. The objective of this study was to identify the scientific production of comprehensive care for women victims of violence. This is an integrative literature review. Data collection was performed via a paired and independent search by two researchers in the Scopus, PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, LILACS, BDENF and SciELO databases between January and February 2023. After applying the eligibility criteria and descriptors in health sciences and medical subject headings, ten articles were retrieved. IRAMUTEQ software was used for data analyses. There are great challenges in implementing comprehensive care, and violence against women, as a serious social problem, demands health, education, social assistance and public security policies. The comprehensive actions taken in the care of women victims of violence demonstrate a strong link with the practices of reception and humanization, in addition to an interdisciplinary and intersectoral scope.


A violência direcionada à mulher é definida como todo ato resultante das relações de gênero que cause morte, dano físico, sexual, psicológico, patrimonial e moral. O cuidado integral possibilita que o profissional conheça a rede de apoio, a fim de orientá-las e encaminhá-las aos serviços, e valorize queixas/anseios. Objetivou-se identificar a produção científica acerca do cuidado integral às mulheres vítimas de violência. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A coleta de dados ocorreu com busca pareada e independente de duas pesquisadoras, nos bancos Scopus, PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, LILACS, BDENF e SciELO, no período de janeiro e fevereiro de 2023. Foram utilizados critérios de elegibilidade, Descritores em Ciências da Saúde e Medical Subject Headings, totalizando dez artigos. Na análise dos dados, utilizou-se o software Iramuteq. Verificou-se grandes desafios para o cuidado integral, e que a violência contra a mulher, por ser uma problemática social grave, demanda políticas de saúde, educação, assistência social e segurança pública. Conclui-se que as ações integrais no cuidado à mulher vítima de violência demonstram forte vínculo com as práticas de acolhimento, humanização, além de perpassarem o âmbito interdisciplinar e intersetorial.

RESUMEN

We aimed to analyze the practices of receiving, bonding, and shared responsibility in producing care in the Family Health Strategy. This qualitative, exploratory study in the dimension of hermeneutics-dialectics was conducted from August and November 2021 in Iguatu, Ceará, with 25 professional coordinators of the Family Health Strategy teams. A semi-structured interview was adopted to collect data. We identified different conceptions among the coordinators about reception and bonding. We shared responsibility: conceptual aspects linked to the experimental care practice mode the team experienced, the aspects that intervened in these processes, and the relationships built through care management and production. We evidenced contributions to evaluating and improving care management and production in the Family Health Strategy and the Unified Health System (SUS). Reception, bonding, and shared responsibility were proven potential tools in qualifying care management in the Family Health Strategy. Improving professional skills and investing in relational technologies are required for humanized health practice.


Objetivou-se analisar as práticas de acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização na produção do cuidado da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Estudo exploratório de natureza qualitativa, na dimensão da hermenêutica-dialética, realizado entre agosto e novembro de 2021, em Iguatu, Ceará. Participaram 25 profissionais coordenadores das equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Utilizou-se entrevista semiestruturada para coleta de dados. Identificaram-se diferentes concepções entre os coordenadores sobre acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização, sendo eles: aspectos conceituais ligados ao modo de experienciação das práticas de cuidado vivenciadas pela equipe, e os aspectos intervenientes nesses processos e nas relações construídas na gestão e produção do cuidado. Evidenciaram-se contribuições para a avaliação e o aprimoramento da gestão e produção do cuidado na Estratégia Saúde da Família e no Sistema Único de Saúde. As práticas de acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização mostraram-se como ferramentas potenciais na qualificação da gestão do cuidado na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Considera-se que o aperfeiçoamento das habilidades profissionais e o investimento nas tecnologias relacionais são exigências para a prática humanizada em saúde.

OBJECTIVES: to identify how nurses are trained to manage care. METHODS: an integrative review, guided by the research question: "How does the training of nurses for care management occur?" The studied performed the search on LILACS, BDENF, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, BVS, and SciELO, using combined strategies to select publications indexed in databases and electronic libraries. The analysis involved bibliometric aspects and the evidence on nursing education contained in the articles. The final sample consisted of eight articles. RESULTS: three thematic categories emerged: conceptions and senses; fragmentation of care; and training practices. They showed essential aspects about the nurse training process for care management. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: research needs to address conceptions inherent to teaching processes focusing on concepts, significance, and application, engaging the development of macro skills to transpose care beyond theory.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the contributions of educational technologies used during the guidelines for sputum collection from pulmonary tuberculosis. METHOD: Systematic review guided by Preferred Reporting items for Systematic Reviews with protocol registered in the database International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews, with number CRD42020208162. The search was performed in the Cinahl, Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Lilacs, CENTRAL, CAPES, Proquest, OpenGrey databases and manual search in the reference list. The search, selection of studies, data extraction, and methodological evaluation using the Cochrane Risk-of-Bias tool were performed by two independent reviewers. RESULTS: A total of 2,488 studies were evidenced, with seven being selected and analyzed, of which four used structured lectures; three, educational booklet; and one, an educational video, used alone or together, impacting the bacteriological confirmation of tuberculosis. The studies had a low risk of bias. CONCLUSION: Scientific evidence has shown that educational technologies contribute to increasing the quality, volume, and appearance of the sputum sample, which improves the bacteriological confirmation of the disease.

OBJECTIVE: to develop and validate an educational folder for pulmonary tuberculosis sputum collection. METHOD: a methodological study, developed in four phases: project design, bibliographic survey, development, and content and appearance validity. For validity, the Content Validity Index greater than or equal to 0.80, the Kappa Coefficient and the Suitability Assessment of Materials were adopted. RESULTS: an educational folder was developed containing the recommended steps for quality sputum collection. It was validated by 19 expert judges in the first validity cycle, obtaining an overall Content Validity Index of 0.90, perfect agreement among judges, with a total Kappa of 0.83 and superior suitability. CONCLUSION: the material is valid, as it contains suitable, simple and attractive language, illustrations and layout, indicating perfect agreement and reliability. Thus, it has the potential to assist in carrying out the recommended steps for correct sputum collection and enable the correct diagnosis.

It aims to identify how the phenomenon of violence is themed in the curricular components of undergraduate nursing courses of public and private higher education institutions in Northeastern of Brazil.This is a descriptive and exploratory study, with documentary design and qualitative approach, based on the identification of the terms violence/aggression/abuse/aggressive/abusive in discipline menus available online from higher education institutions in northeastern Brazil. The data were organized and processed by the IraMuTeQ software and analyzed in the light of the relevant literature.In total, 412 nursing graduate institutions were found, in which 49 had documents available online, and, of these, 21 had the term violence. The processing of the syllabuses in the program resulted in significant use (79.37%) originating from the Descending Hierarchical Classification, seven classes that reveal the highlight of the approach of violence directed at the female public and in this context, the approach to violence against women was associated with sexual and reproductive aspects, and in a secondary way, it integrated the perspective of female vulnerabilities, power relations, consequences of violence and nursing care to cope with the phenomenon. Violence against children and adolescents and the discussion of violence in the contexts of collective health and health promotion were also approached in a less intense way.There was a predominance of the approach to violence aimed at women's health, under a biological approach, with a deficit in the transversality of the contents. However, it is important to highlight potentialities associated with the approach and teaching of contents that stimulate the critical thinking of the student before female vulnerabilities and power relations between the sexes, which can contribute to the reformulation and reorientation of nursing curricula, restraining deficits, and optimizing the potentialities.

OBJECTIVES: to identify the outlining of therapeutic itineraries of families of children with disabilities in the professional health care subsystem. METHODS: qualitative research carried out in two specialized services in the state of Ceará, with 41 family members interviewed using the life path technique and reports submitted to descending hierarchical classification and similitude analysis, with the help of the IRaMuTeQ software and the theoretical framework of health care systems. RESULTS: the classes described the families' itineraries in five paths, related to faith, support structures, medical behaviors, professionals, and health services. The professional subsystem stood out as deficient in outlining the therapeutic itinerary for access to health care for children with disabilities, without promoting integration between services in the Care Network. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: the families' therapeutic itineraries showed homogeneous discourse with themes related to the care of professionals and spiritual aspects.

OBJECTIVE: to analyze nurses' training, knowledge and practices in the religiosity/spirituality interface in the context of Psychosocial Care Centers. METHODS: a descriptive, exploratory, qualitative study, carried out in a metropolitan region of Ceará. Four nurses were interviewed, and the data were examined using the content analysis technique. RESULTS: four categories emerged from analysis: Deficit in teaching religious and spiritual practices in higher education in nursing; View of the concept of religiosity and spirituality; Religiousness and spirituality as an integral part of the person; Reception of religious and spiritual practices as an aid to treatment. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: a deficit in nursing undergraduate teaching was identified concerning religiosity and spirituality. However, the interviewed professionals understand the importance of religious and spiritual dimensions in the therapeutic process, even though they do not accurately differentiate the concepts.

OBJECTIVE: to analyze the facilities and difficulties in the use by nurses of the care flow for patients with chest pain. METHODS: descriptive analytical study, with a qualitative approach, conducted with 17 nurses from an emergency care unit in a municipality of the State of Ceara, in 2018. Data collected through documents and interviews, analyzed in a descriptive manner, in absolute and relative frequencies and through content analysis thematic. RESULTS: the use of assistance flow streamlines the process of transferring to referral units, reducing serious and lethal complications in the patient. It considers teamwork and communication as facilitating points in the care of patients with chest pain. The lack of permanent education, physical structure, equipment, transport delay and patient regulation as factors that hamper. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: investments in physical structure and equipment, in the reorganization of the care network and in permanent education to enable benefits to the service of excellence in health care.

OBJECTIVE: to identify the domains developed by Community Health Agents in health promotion skill towards adolescents. METHOD: qualitative study conducted with 16 Community Health Agents, based on the methodological framework of professional skills. RESULTS: two categories and nine domains of health promotion skills emerged: Knowledge (Concept; Health determinants and conditioning factors; Main population health problems and coping; Intersectoriality); and Skill (Identifying the relationship between health problems; Conducting educational activities; Organizing discussion groups; Proposing and implementing intersectoral actions and establishing articulation with social facilities; Supporting social literacy actions). FINAL CONSIDERATION: it was noted that there were some domains of skills in health promotion of Community Health Agents among adolescents, but there is a need for continuing education regarding the approach, for these professionals, in relation to knowledge and skills of health promotion.

OBJECTIVE: To describe organ donations and transplants in Ceará state, Brazil, following the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic. METHODS: This was a descriptive study using data from the Brazilian Organ Transplantation Association. The number of donors and transplants from April to June 2020 was compared to the same period in 2019 and to the first quarter of 2020. RESULTS: In the first half of 2020, the state registered 72 effective donors, just 17 (23.6%) of whom related to the second quarter. Of the 352 transplants in the first half of 2020, 37 (10.7%) were performed in the second quarter. Compared with the period from April to June 2019, there was a reduction of 67.9% and 89.3% in the number of donors and transplants, respectively, in the same period of 2020. CONCLUSION: The number of donors and transplants in Ceará showed an important fall in the three months following the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for kidney, heart and cornea transplants.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the understanding of the professionals working on the Family Health Support by about permanent education and matrix support in the daily routine of primary health care. METHODS: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the participation of 19 professionals from different backgrounds. The results were organized based on Thematic Content Analysis. RESULTS: Thematic categories emerged from the analysis: Permanent Health Education: knowledge and daily activities; Matrix support as a premise of Permanent Health Education; The principle of integrality as the foundation of the supporting teams; Conditions of praxis in the promotion of Permanent Health Education. Final Considerations: The study evidenced that professionals experience their routines within the service and that the sharing of knowledge to transform the reality of users and the territory is based on matrix support and integrality. However, they face structural difficulties in carrying out actions.

RESUMEN

Resumo Objetivo Discutir sobre a promoção da saúde da pessoa idosa por meio da intergeracionalidade, com ênfase na educação intergeracional nos Programas Intergeracionais, como uma proposta de educação para o protagonismo da pessoa idosa e o envelhecimento bem-sucedido. Método Ensaio teórico, de cunho reflexivo com abordagem qualitativa. Embasando-se na leitura de documentos que reforçam o aumento da longevidade e a preocupação com a promoção da saúde para a pessoa idosa no Brasil, a fim de refletir sobre a intergeracionalidade na promoção da saúde e a utilização da educação intergeracional para promover o envelhecimento bem-sucedido, por meio dos Programas Intergeracionais. Resultados Organizaram-se em três tópicos: Promoção da saúde da pessoa idosa: desafios para o seu protagonismo; Compreensão sobre envelhecimento para a aprendizagem intergeracional; Programa intergeracional: protagonismo para a promoção da saúde da pessoa idosa. Conclusão Experiências exitosas na saúde, especificamente nos espaços ocupados pela Atenção Primária à Saúde ainda se mostram restritas ou pouco visualizadas para a construção de uma educação transformadora para a promoção da saúde da pessoa idosa. O desafio é fomentar pesquisas científicas, para que os profissionais, a partir da educação permanente, possam potencializar os momentos de educação em saúde a partir da educação intergeracional, sendo assim, a construção e implementação de Programas Intergeracionais podem representar essa possibilidade.


Abstract Objective To discuss the promotion of health for older adults through intergenerationality, with an emphasis on intergenerational education within Intergenerational Programs, as a proposal for education fostering the protagonism of older adults and successful aging. Method Theoretical essay, reflective in nature with a qualitative approach. Grounded in the examination of documents emphasizing the increase in longevity and the concern for health promotion among older adults in Brazil, the aim is to contemplate intergenerationality in health promotion and the utilization of intergenerational education to foster successful aging through Intergenerational Programs. Results Organized into three topics: Health promotion for older adults: challenges for their protagonism; Understanding aging for intergenerational learning; Intergenerational program: protagonism for the health promotion of older adults. Conclusion Successful experiences in health, specifically within the realms of Primary Health Care, still appear to be limited or insufficiently recognized for the development of transformative education in health promotion for older adults. The challenge lies in fostering scientific research so that professionals, through continuous education, can enhance health education moments through intergenerational education. Thus, the establishment and implementation of Intergenerational Programs may represent this promising possibility.

Objetivo: conhecer as representações sociais sobre o planejamento reprodutivo entre mulheres em gravidez não planejada na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Método: estudo qualitativo, orientado pela Teoria das Representações Sociais, realizado com 15 gestantes, entre abril e maio de 2019. Utilizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram organizados por meio do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, com auxílio do software DSCsoft©. Protocolo de pesquisa aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Resultados: as representações sociais das mulheres em gravidez não planejada evidenciadas pelo Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo foram representadas por oito ideias centrais, a saber: "eu não me preveni, nem ele", "nós nos prevenimos", "eu comprava", "pegava no posto", "construir uma família", "ter esse acesso", "estou por fora" e "eu sei que é disponível". Conclusão: as representações sociais nos discursos das mulheres em gravidez não planejada estavam pautadas no desconhecimento acerca do planejamento reprodutivo, dos anticoncepcionais disponíveis e seu uso correto.


Objective: to understand the social representations of reproductive planning among women with unplanned pregnancies in the Family Health Strategy. Method: qualitative study, guided by the Theory of Social Representations, carried out with 15 pregnant women between April and May 2019. Semi-structured interviews were used. The data was organized using the Discourse of the Collective Subject, with the aid of DSCsoft© software. Research protocol approved by the Research Ethics Committee. Results: the social representations of women with unplanned pregnancies as evidenced by the Collective Subject Discourse were represented by eight central ideas, namely: "I didn't prevent myself, nor did he", "we prevented ourselves", "I would buy it", "I would get it at the health center", "build a family", "have this access", "I am not aware" and "I know it is available". Conclusion: the social representations in the women's speeches about unplanned pregnancies were based on a lack of knowledge about reproductive planning, the contraceptives available and their correct use.


Objetivo: conocer las representaciones sociales sobre la planificación reproductiva de las mujeres con embarazo no planificado en la Estrategia Salud de la Familia. Método: estudio cualitativo, basado en la Teoría de las Representaciones Sociales, realizado con 15 mujeres embarazadas, entre abril y mayo de 2019. Se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los datos fueron organizados mediante el Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo, con ayuda del software DSCsoft©. El protocolo de investigación fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética en Investigación. Resultados: las representaciones sociales de las mujeres con embarazo no planificado reveladas por el Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo fueron representadas por ocho ideas centrales, a saber: "yo no me cuidé y él tampoco", "nos cuidamos", "yo los compraba", "los buscaba en el centro de salud", "construir una familia", "tener acceso", "no participo" y "sé que está disponible". Conclusión: las representaciones sociales en los discursos de las mujeres con embarazo no planificado se basaron en la falta de conocimiento sobre la planificación reproductiva, en los anticonceptivos disponibles y su uso correcto.

RESUMO: Objetivo: analisar a abordagem dos conteúdos relacionados ao empreendedorismo nas dimensões ético-políticas em documentos curriculares dos cursos de graduação em Enfermagem. Método: pesquisa documental, com abordagem mista e natureza descritiva, de junho de 2021 a agosto de 2022, com verificação no site do Ministério da Educação, das instituições que ofertam cursos em Enfermagem na região Nordeste do Brasil. Avaliação de conteúdo e quantitativa pelo teste-T. Resultados: a maioria das IES oferecia cursos presenciais (94,1%) e pertencia a instituições privadas (64,7%). As disciplinas abordavam principalmente temas teóricos (94,1%), destacando a importância do empreendedorismo na formação de enfermeiros. A análise lexicográfica e de similitude destacou a forte ligação entre as palavras "Empreendedor" e "Saúde", evidenciando a relevância desses conceitos na formação dos enfermeiros. Conclusão: os documentos curriculares destacam a importância de formar enfermeiros em seu papel profissional e empreendedor com competência, levando em consideração os princípios da Bioética, Moral, Ciência e Filosofia.


ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the approach to content related to entrepreneurship in the ethical-political dimensions in curricular documents of undergraduate nursing courses. Method: documentary research, with a mixed approach and descriptive nature, from June 2021 to August 2022, with inspection of the Ministry of Education's website, of the institutions offering Nursing courses in the Northeast region of Brazil. Content and quantitative evaluation using the T-test. Results: the majority of HEIs offered face-to-face courses (94.1%) and belonged to private institutions (64.7%). The subjects mainly covered theoretical topics (94.1%), highlighting the importance of entrepreneurship in the training of nurses. The lexicographic and similarity analysis highlighted the strong link between the words "Entrepreneur" and "Health", highlighting the relevance of these concepts in the training of nurses. Conclusion: The curriculum documents highlight the importance of training nurses in their professional and entrepreneurial roles with competence, taking into account the principles of Bioethics, Morals, Science, and Philosophy.

Evaluación de contenidos y cuantitativa mediante la prueba T. Resultados: la mayoría de las IES ofrecían carreras presenciales (94,1%) y pertenecían a instituciones privadas (64,7%). Los temas abordaron principalmente temas teóricos (94,1%), destacando la importancia del emprendimiento en la formación del enfermero. El análisis lexicográfico y de similitud destacó la fuerte conexión entre las palabras "Emprendedor" y "Salud", destacando la relevancia de esos conceptos en la formación de enfermeros. Conclusión: los documentos curriculares resaltan la importancia de formar enfermeros en su rol profesional y empresarial con competencia, teniendo en cuenta los principios de la Bioética, la Moral, la Ciencia y la Filosofía.

Introducción: Among the systems most affected by COVID-19, the renal system stands out, which leads to challenges in the management of nursing care for these patients. Objetives: To describe the scientific evidence on nursing care management in patients diagnosed with COVID-19 undergoing Renal Replacement Therapy. Methodology: Articles were searched in PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, LILACS, BDENF, EMBASE, IBECS, CINAHL, COCHRANE LIBRARY, and Scielo databases, using the following cross-references: “renal therapy” AND “nursing care” AND “covid-19”. To systematize the searches, the Boolean operator “AND” was used. Initially, 167 primary references were identified in the selected databases/virtual library, and as a final sample, 14 articles were included. Results: It was found that among the contributions to nursing care management in hemodialysis patient care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of health technologies (examples: use of telehealth and the development of new protocols), development of new methods in nursing care management and continuing education are described in the literature. These tools were essential for the continuity of nursing care. Conclusion: Among the tools used for nursing care management in the context of the pandemic of COVID-19 in hemodialysis patients, health technologies and continuing education in health are included, enabling qualified care management. Introducción: Entre los sistemas más afectados por la pandemia COVID-19, destaca el sistema renal, circunstancia que conlleva desafíos en la gestión de cuidados de enfermería en los pacientes. Objetivo: Describir la evidencia científica sobre la gestión de cuidados de enfermería en pacientes diagnosticados con COVID-19 sometidos a terapia renal sustitutiva. Metodología: Se buscaron artículos en las bases de datos PubMed, SCOPUS, Web Of Science, LILACS, BDENF, EMBASE, IBECS, CINAHL, COCHRANE LIBRARY y Scielo, utilizando las siguientes palabras clave cruzadas: “renal therapy” AND “nursing care” AND “covid-19”. Para sistematizar las búsquedas, se utilizó el operador booleano “AND”. Inicialmente, se identificaron 167 referencias primarias en las bases de datos seleccionadas, y como muestra final, se incluyeron 14 artículos. Resultados: Se encontró que entre las contribuciones a la gestión de cuidados de enfermería en la atención de pacientes en hemodiálisis en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID-19, se describen el uso de tecnologías de la salud (ejemplos: el uso de telemedicina y el desarrollo de nuevos protocolos), el desarrollo de nuevos métodos en la gestión de cuidados de enfermería y la educación continua. Estas herramientas fueron esenciales para la continuidad de los cuidados de enfermería. Conclusión: Entre las herramientas utilizadas para la gestión de cuidados de enfermería en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID-19 en pacientes en hemodiálisis, se incluyen las tecnologías de la salud y la educación continua en salud, lo que permite una gestión de cuidados calificada. RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: to reflect on the medicalization process of childbirth and birth and its consequences based on a Brazilian audiovisual media artifact. METHOD: reflective and interpretive analysis of the documentary O Renascimento do Parto (The Rebirth of Childbirth) based on Critical Discourse Analysis. RESULTS: c-section emerges as an alternative to adverse conditions of pregnancy. However, it has become a routine and abusive practice of a medicalized obstetric care, thus becoming a social problem. In order to the incidence of c-sections decrease, women's protagonism must be restored, in addition to considering psychological, affective, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and contextual aspects in childbirth. CONCLUSION: childbirth is established as a material element and a mental phenomenon of social practices. We must interrupt the predominant model, allowing the body to express itself through the release of oxytocin, and decrease the segregation that c-section causes, thus enabling affective bonds.

Resumo Objetivou-se analisar as práticas de acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização na produção do cuidado da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Estudo exploratório de natureza qualitativa, na dimensão da hermenêutica-dialética, realizado entre agosto e novembro de 2021, em Iguatu, Ceará. Participaram 25 profissionais coordenadores das equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Utilizou-se entrevista semiestruturada para coleta de dados. Identificaram-se diferentes concepções entre os coordenadores sobre acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização, sendo eles: aspectos conceituais ligados ao modo de experienciação das práticas de cuidado vivenciadas pela equipe, e os aspectos intervenientes nesses processos e nas relações construídas na gestão e produção do cuidado. Evidenciaram-se contribuições para a avaliação e o aprimoramento da gestão e produção do cuidado na Estratégia Saúde da Família e no Sistema Único de Saúde. As práticas de acolhimento, vínculo e corresponsabilização mostraram-se como ferramentas potenciais na qualificação da gestão do cuidado na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Considera-se que o aperfeiçoamento das habilidades profissionais e o investimento nas tecnologias relacionais são exigências para a prática humanizada em saúde.


Abstract We aimed to analyze the practices of receiving, bonding, and shared responsibility in producing care in the Family Health Strategy. This qualitative, exploratory study in the dimension of hermeneutics-dialectics was conducted from August and November 2021 in Iguatu, Ceará, with 25 professional coordinators of the Family Health Strategy teams. A semi-structured interview was adopted to collect data. We identified different conceptions among the coordinators about reception and bonding. We shared responsibility: conceptual aspects linked to the experimental care practice mode the team experienced, the aspects that intervened in these processes, and the relationships built through care management and production. We evidenced contributions to evaluating and improving care management and production in the Family Health Strategy and the Unified Health System (SUS). Reception, bonding, and shared responsibility were proven potential tools in qualifying care management in the Family Health Strategy. Improving professional skills and investing in relational technologies are required for humanized health practice.
