RESUMEN

Dietary intake and nutrient composition regulate animal growth and development; however, the underlying mechanisms remain elusive. Our previous study has shown that either the mammalian deafness homolog gene tmc-1 or its downstream acetylcholine receptor gene eat-2 attenuates Caenorhabditis elegans development in a chemically defined food CeMM (C. elegans maintenance medium) environment, but the underpinning mechanisms are not well-understood. Here, we found that, in CeMM food environment, for both eat-2 and tmc-1 fast-growing mutants, several fatty acid synthesis and elongation genes were highly expressed, while many fatty acid ß-oxidation genes were repressed. Accordingly, dietary supplementation of individual fatty acids, such as monomethyl branch chain fatty acid C17ISO, palmitic acid and stearic acid significantly promoted wild-type animal development on CeMM, and mutations in either C17ISO synthesis gene elo-5 or elo-6 slowed the rapid growth of eat-2 mutant. Tissue-specific rescue experiments showed that elo-6 promoted animal development mainly in the intestine. Furthermore, transcriptome and metabolome analyses revealed that elo-6/C17ISO regulation of C. elegans development may be correlated with up-regulating expression of cuticle synthetic and hedgehog signaling genes, as well as promoting biosynthesis of amino acids, amino acid derivatives and vitamins. Correspondingly, we found that amino acid derivative S-adenosylmethionine and its upstream metabolite methionine sulfoxide significantly promoted C. elegans development on CeMM. This study demonstrated that C17ISO, palmitic acid, stearic acid, S-adenosylmethionine and methionine sulfoxide inhibited or bypassed the TMC-1 and EAT-2-mediated attenuation of development via metabolic remodeling, and allowed the animals to adapt to the new nutritional niche.

RESUMEN

With rapid development of liver transplantation technology, the demand for transplants have reached beyond the supply of organs, and thus development of effective strategies to reduce cold ischemia injury in fatty liver is important. Here, we explored the potential effect of SGLT-2 inhibitor in cold ischemia injury, fatty livers from 2 weeks methionine and choline deficient diet (MCD) rats were administered. After one week of intragastric administration of Sodium-dependent glucose transporters (SGLT-2) inhibitor empagliflozin (EMPA) or NaCI, liver were stored for 24 h. The results showed that EMPA could significantly reduce the cold ischemic injury in the mitochondria of fatty liver. To explore the mechanism, signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(STAT3) inhibitor AG490 group was used in a similar manner. We detected the changes in p-signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (P-STAT3), alcohol-dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) and degree of apoptosis in three distinct groups. The results suggested that the protein expression of P-STAT3 and ALDH2 was higher in the EMPA group than in other two groups, whereas extent of apoptosis in the EMPA group was lower than other two groups. The data suggested that SGLT2 inhibitors could alleviate cold ischemia damage of mitochondria in fatty liver, which may be related to the inhibition of apoptosis and the activation of P-STAT3 and ALDH2.

RESUMEN

In brief: Early embryonic development in goats is a complex and an important process. This study identified a novel long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), lncRNA3720, that appears to affect early embryonic development in goats through histone variants. Abstract: Although abundant lncRNAs have been found to be highly expressed in early embryos, the functions and mechanisms of most lncRNAs in regulating embryonic development remain unclear. This study was conducted to identify the key lncRNAs during embryonic genome activation (EGA) for promoting embryonic development after somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) in goats. We screened and characterized lncRNAs from transcriptome data of in vitro-fertilized, two-cell (IVF-2c) and eight-cell embryos (IVF-8c) and eight-cell SCNT embryos (SCNT-8c). We obtained 12 differentially expressed lncRNAs that were highly expressed in IVF-8c embryos compared to IVF-2c and less expressed in SCNT-8c embryos. After target gene prediction, expression verification, and functional deletion experiments, we found that the expression level of lncRNA3720 affected the early embryonic development in goats. We cloned full-length lncRNA3720 and over-expressed it in goat fetal fibroblasts (GFFs). We identified histone variants by analyzing the transcriptome data from both GFFs and embryos. Gene annotation of the gene library and the literature search revealed that histone variants may have important roles in early embryo development, so we selected them as the potential target genes for lncRNA3720. Lastly, we compensated for the low expression of lncRNA3720 in SCNT embryos by microinjection and showed that the development rate and quality of SCNT embryos were significantly improved. We speculate that lncRNA3720 is a key promoter of embryonic development in goats by interacting with histone variants.

RESUMEN

Porcine circovirus type 3 is a newly emerging pathogen of porcine circovirus associated disease (PCVAD). Currently, there is no commercially available vaccine, resulting in huge economic losses to the pig industry. Porcine circovirus type 3 capsid protein (Cap) can self-assemble into virus-like particles (VLPs). Therefore, the expression of the recombinant Cap protein is of great significance for the prevention, diagnosis and control of porcine circovirus type 3 associated diseases. In this study, the recombinant Cap protein was successfully expressed in Escherichia coli by deleting the nuclear localization sequence (NLS). The VLPs were observed by transmission electron microscopy. To evaluate the immunogenicity of the recombinant Cap protein, mice were immunized. As a result, the recombinant Cap protein can induce higher levels of humoral and cellular immune responses. A VLP-based ELISA method was developed for the detection of antibodies. The established ELISA method has good sensitivity, specificity, repeatability and clinical applicability. These results demonstrate the successful expression of the PCV3 recombinant Cap protein and the preparation of recombinant Cap protein VLPs, which can be used for the preparation of subunit vaccines. Meanwhile, the established I-ELISA method lays a foundation for the development of the commercial PCV3 serological antibody detection kit.

RESUMEN

Serious loss of organic substances and notable release of refractory intracellular organics and cell-free antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) caused by cell lysis are found when quick lime, FeCl3, and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) were used as sludge conditioners, which is not feasible to sludge separate incineration and increases ecological risks. Therefore, persulfate oxidation through ferrous (Fe2+-Na2S2O8) activation was applied for the upgradation of sludge conditioner in China, the specific resistance to filtration (SRF) and capillary suction time (CST) significantly decreased and the removed water increased from 40% to 54%, implying that the persulfate activated by ferrous (PAF) conditioner presents good performance in sludge dewatering. Organic matter content and heating value of sludge merely decreased, and Cl- content in sludge simultaneously decreased with the use of the PAF conditioner, thereby effectively reducing the corrosion risk to the incinerator and showing good compatibility with sludge separate incineration. In accordance with ferrous activation, sulfate radical plays an important role in sludge dewatering process because remarkable decrease in polysaccharides and protein contents from tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances (TB-EPS) was discovered. Based on flow cytometry analysis, slight cell lysis presented better filtrate quality by the use of PAF conditioner, 49.3% of refractory intracellular organics was removed and the respective ermB, tetW and blaTEM decreased by factors of 37.3%, 54.5% and 63.6% due to the strong oxidizing property of sulfate radical. The intensive decrease in refractory intracellular organics and cell-free ARGs will reduce the ecological risks. The total carbon emission significantly decreases to 1771.1 kgCO2/tDS when PAF conditioner was employed, which is beneficial to the upgradation of sludge deep dewatering conditioners.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Internet medical care has been advancing steadily, especially during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, the development momentum of Internet medical care in China is more vigorous. This study aimed to explore the factors associated with using the Internet for medical information, to examine the popularisation and implementation of Internet medical treatment and feasible strategies, and promote the further development of Internet medical treatment. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 408 medical patients who had used online medical services. The one-way analysis of variance or independent samples t-test was used to compare the differences in the influence of demographic characteristics on behavioural intentions of different people seeking medical care. Pearson's correlation was used to evaluate the correlation between different measurement variables. A mediation regression analysis was used to explore the mediating role of trust in Internet medical care. RESULTS: The difference in the influence of Internet medical use frequency on the behavioural intention of different participants was statistically significant (F = 3.311, P = 0.038). Among the influencing factors, personal trust propensity (r = 0.387, P < 0.01), website credibility (r = 0.662, P < 0.01), hospital credibility (r = 0.629, P < 0.01), doctor's credibility (r = 0.746, P < 0.01), and online patient trust (r = 0.874, P < 0.01) were positively correlated with patients' behavioural intentions. In the analysis of intermediary factors, the total effect of the credibility of the diagnosis and treatment website on the behavioural intention of patients was 0.344. The total effect of the credibility of the diagnosis and treatment hospital on the behavioural intention of patients was 0.312; the total effect of the service doctor's credibility on the patient's behavioural intention was 0.385; the total effect of the personal trust tendency on the patient's behavioural intention was 0.296. CONCLUSIONS: This study found defects in various factors that produce distrust in Internet medical treatment. It also reveals the positive effect of trust factors on the development and implementation of Internet medical treatment and provides some ideas for improving the use of Internet medical treatment by the masses.

RESUMEN

A questionnaire survey of 1 000 clinicians having experience in treating uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections from different levels of hospitals was conducted to mainly evaluate the applicability and effectiveness of clinical application of clinical practice guideline on traditional Chinese medicine therapy alone or combined with antibiotics for uncomplicated lower urinary tract infection(hereinafter referred to as Guideline). The research was conducted with the three-level quality control strictly throughout the process, and the data was real and reliable. The survey's results showed that: most clinicians considered that the Guideline had good clinical applicability. The availability and price of the recommended medicine were moderate. Traditional Chinese medicine had obvious features and advantages in treating lower urinary tract infection for it could reduce the usage of antibiotics and shorten the course of antibiotic application. In the recommendation section, clinicians proposed increasing medication guidance, updating the Guideline timely, as well as increasing treating methods and techniques, strengthen propaganda and promotion, and improve the use of evidence-based methods. In the evaluation of effectiveness, the majority of clinicians agreed that the definition in both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine and differential diagnosis in the Guideline were accurately described and the basic principle of treatment as well as the treating method of TCM were recommended appropriately. The TCM formulas and Chinese patent medicine had good effect. Some clinicians suggested refining the syndrome differentiation of stranguria. Some clinicians considered that the formulas and herbs recommended in Guideline didn't have obvious effect and some had doubts about the manipulation of fumigation and washing in the part of other methods recommended in Guideline. Moreover, specification and procedure of manipulation of fumigation and washing using herbs and the acupuncture included in characteristic TCM therapy treating uncomplicated lower urinary tract infection remained to be developed.

RESUMEN

The marine nematode Litoditis marina is widely distributed in intertidal zones around the globe, yet the mechanisms underlying its broad adaptation to salinity remain elusive. In this study, we applied ONT long-read sequencing technology to unravel the transcriptome responses to different salinity conditions in L. marina. Through ONT sequencing under 3‱, 30‱ and 60‱ salinity environments, we obtained 131.78 G clean data and 26,647 non-redundant long-read transcripts, including 6464 novel transcripts. The DEGs obtained from the current ONT lrRNA-seq were highly correlated with those identified in our previously reported Illumina short-read RNA sequencing data. When we compared the 30‱ to the 3‱ salinity condition, we found that GO terms such as oxidoreductase activity, cation transmembrane transport and ion transmembrane transport were shared between the ONT lrRNA-seq and Illumina data. Similarly, GO terms including extracellular space, structural constituents of cuticle, substrate-specific channel activity, ion transport and substrate-specific transmembrane transporter activity were shared between the ONT and Illumina data under 60‱ compared to 30‱ salinity. In addition, we found that 79 genes significantly increased, while 119 genes significantly decreased, as the salinity increased. Furthermore, through the GO enrichment analysis of 214 genes containing DAS, in 30‱ compared to 3‱ salinity, we found that GO terms such as cellular component assembly and coenzyme biosynthetic process were enriched. Additionally, we observed that GO terms such as cellular component assembly and coenzyme biosynthetic process were also enriched in 60‱ compared to 30‱ salinity. Moreover, we found that 86, 125, and 81 genes that contained DAS were also DEGs, in comparisons between 30‱ and 3‱, 60‱ and 30‱, and 60‱ and 3‱ salinity, respectively. In addition, we demonstrated the landscape of alternative polyadenylation in marine nematode under different salinity conditions This report provides several novel insights for the further study of the mechanisms by which euryhalinity formed and evolved, and it might also contribute to the investigation of salinity dynamics induced by global climate change.

RESUMEN

Background: Secretory leukocyte protease inhibitor (SLPI) is a multifunctional protein involved in the chronic inflammatory process, implicated in the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). However, its potential as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker of DKD has yet to be evaluated. This study explored the clinical utility of SLPI in the diagnosis and prognosis of renal endpoint events in patients with DKD. Methods: A multi-center cross-sectional study comprised of 266 patients with DKD and a predictive cohort study comprised of 120 patients with stage IV DKD conducted between December 2016 and January 2022. The clinical parameters were collected for statistical analysis, a multivariate Cox proportional hazards model was used to evaluate the independent risk factors for renal endpoints. Results: Serum SLPI levels gradually increased with DKD progression (p<0.01). A significant correlation was observed between serum SLPI levels and renal function in patients with DKD. The mean follow-up duration in this cohort study was 2.32 ± 1.30 years. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed SLPI levels≥51.61ng/mL (HR=2.95, 95% CI[1.55, 5.60], p<0.01), 24h urinary protein levels≥3500 mg/24h (HR=3.02, 95% CI[1.66, 5.52], p<0.01), Alb levels<30g/l (HR=2.19, 95% CI[1.12, 4.28], p<0.05), HGB levels<13g/dl (HR=3.18, 95% CI[1.49, 6.80], p<0.01), and urea levels≥7.1 mmol/L (HR=8.27, 95% CI[1.96, 34.93], p<0.01) were the independent risk factors for renal endpoint events in DKD patients. Conclusions: Serum SLPI levels increased with DKD progression and were associated with clinical parameters of DKD. Moreover, elevated SLPI levels showed potential prognostic value for renal endpoint events in individuals with DKD. These findings validate the results of previous studies on SLPI in patients with DKD and provide new insights into the role of SLPI as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of DKD that require validation.

RESUMEN

Ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is a common complication of surgery, which can cause rapid deterioration of the liver function, increase the risk of graft rejection, and seriously affect the prognosis of patients. The signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) protein has been implicated in pathogenesis of IRI. STAT3 influences the mitochondria through multiple pathways and is also involved in apoptosis and other forms of programmed cell death. STAT3 is associated with Janus kinase (JAK), phosphoinositide-3 kinase (PI3K), and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in liver IRI. The STAT3 pathway plays a dual role in IRI as it can also regulate lipid metabolism which may have potential for treating IRI fatty liver. In this review, we summarize research on the function of STAT3 in liver IRI to provide references for its application in the clinic.

RESUMEN

Magnetic fluid shock absorbers (MFSAs) have been successfully utilized to eliminate microvibrations of flexible spacecraft structures. The method of enhancing the damping efficiency of MFSAs has always been a critical issue. To address this, we drew inspiration from the tree frog's toe pads, which exhibit strong friction due to their unique surface structure. Using 3D printing, we integrated bionic textures copied from tree frog's toe pad surfaces onto MFSAs, which is the first time to combine bionic design and MFSAs. Additionally, this is also the first time that surface textures have been applied to MFSAs. However, we also had to consider practical engineering applications and manufacturing convenience, so we modified the shape of bionic textures. To do so, we used an edge extraction algorithm for image processing and obtained recognition results. After thorough consideration, we chose hexagon as the shape of surface textures instead of bionic textures. For theoretical analysis, a magnetic field-flow field coupling dynamic model for MFSAs was built for the first time to simulate the magnetic fluid (MF) flow in one oscillation cycle. Using this model, the flow rate contours of the MF were obtained. It was observed that textures cause vortexes to form in the MF layer, which produced an additional velocity field. This increased the shear rate, ultimately leading to an increase in flow resistance. Finally, we conducted vibration reduction experiments and estimated damping characteristics of the proposed MFSAs to prove the effectiveness of both bionic texture and hexagon surface textures. Fortunately, we concluded that hexagon surface textures not only improve the damping efficiency of MFSAs but also require less MF mass.

RESUMEN

Distinguishing between heavy water and regular water has been a continuing challenge since these isotopologues of water have very similar physical and chemical properties. We report the development and evaluation of a simple, inexpensive sensor capable of detecting liquid D2O and other isotopologues of liquid water through the measurement of electrical signals generated from a nanoporous alumina film. This electrical output, consisting of a sharp voltage pulse followed by a separate broad voltage pulse, is present during the application of microliter volumes of liquid. The amplitude and temporal characteristics of these pulses have been combined to enable four diagnostic parameters for sensing D2O and H218O. The sensing mechanism is based on different modification effects on the alumina surface by H2O and D2O, spatially localized variations in the surface potential of alumina induced by isotopically substituted water molecules, combined with the effect of isotopic composition on charge transfer. As a proof-of-concept demonstration, a sensing system has been developed that provides real-time detection of liquid D2O in a stand-alone system.

RESUMEN

Osseointegration between biomaterial and bone is critical for the clinical success of many orthopaedic and dental implants. However, the mechanisms of in vivo interfacial bonding formation and the role of immune cells in this process remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the bone-scaffold material interfaces in two different 3D printed porous scaffolds (polymer/hydroxyapatite and sintered hydroxyapatite) that elicited different levels of foreign body response (FBR). The polymer/hydroxyapatite composite scaffolds elicited more intensive FBR, which was evidenced by more FBR components, such as macrophages/foreign body giant cells and fibrous tissue, surrounding the material surface. Sintered hydroxyapatite scaffolds showed less intensive FBR compared to the composite scaffolds. The interfacial bonding appeared to form via new bone first forming within the pores of the scaffolds followed by growing towards strut surfaces. In contrast, it was previously thought that bone regeneration starts at biomaterial surfaces via osteogenic stem/progenitor cells first attaching to them. The material-bone interface of the less immunogenic hydroxyapatite scaffolds was heterogenous across all samples, evidenced by the coexistence of osseointegration and FBR components. The presence of FBR components appeared to inhibit osseointegration. Where FBR components were present there was no osseointegration. Our results offer new insight on the in vivo formation of bone-material interface, which highlights the importance of minimizing FBR to facilitate osseointegration for the development of better orthopaedic and dental biomaterials.

RESUMEN

Cryopreservation of semen renders artificial insemination easier and cheaper compared to use of fresh semen. However, the cellular oxidative stress, toxicity of cryoprotectants, and osmotic imbalance may lead to a decline in semen quality and fertilization ability during the process of cryopreservation. L-carnitine and L-proline have been demonstrated to possess effective antioxidant properties in cryopreservation, with the latter also exhibiting excellent permeability and thus being utilized as a permeable cryoprotectant in the field. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of LC and LP on cryopreservation of semen of dairy goats. After thawing, sperm motility, membrane integrity, and acrosome integrity rate of cryopreserved semen treated with LC (50 mM) were significantly higher compared to the untreated control samples. Based on this premise, we conducted experiments to assess the cryoprotective efficacy of different concentrations of LP. The findings demonstrated that the inclusion of 50 mM LP resulted in improved sperm motility compared to other concentrations. Furthermore, the levels of damaging reactive oxygen species and the malonyldialdehyde marker for oxidative stress were significantly lower in goat semen treated with these concentrations of LC and LP compared to semen exposed to other treatments. Semen treated with LC and LP also exhibited good fertilization ability during both in vitro fertilization and artificial insemination. Thus, LC (50 mM) and LP (50 mM) improve cryoprotection of dairy goat sperm which suggests that addition of these compounds will be highly beneficial to the development of dairy goat breeding.

RESUMEN

The clinical treatments of bone defects remain a challenge. Hydrogels containing bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are extensively used to bone regeneration because of excellent biocompatibility and hydrophilicity. However, the insufficient osteo-induction capacity of the BMSC-loaded hydrogels limits their clinical applications. In this study, bio-active glass (BG) and BMSCs were combined with gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) to fabricate composite hydrogels via photo-crosslinking, and the regulation of bone regeneration was investigated. In vitro experiments showed that the BG/BMSCs@GelMA hydrogel had excellent cytocompatibility and promoted osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs. Furthermore, the BG/BMSCs@GelMA hydrogel was injected into critical-sized calvarial defects, and the results further confirmed its excellent angiogenetic and bone regeneration capacity. In addition, BG/BMSCs@GelMA promoted the polarization of macrophages towards the M2 phenotype. In summary, this novel composite hydrogel demonstrated remarkable potential for application in bone regeneration due to its immunomodulatory, excellent angiogenetic as well as osteo-induction capacity.

RESUMEN

The features or actuation behaviors of nature's creatures provide concepts for the development of biomimetic soft bioactuators/robots with stimuli-responsive capabilities, design convenience, and environmental adaptivity in various fields. Mimosa pudica is a mechanically responsive plant that can convert pressure to the motion of leaves. When the leaves receive pressure, the occurrence of asymmetric turgor in the extensor and flexor sides of the pulvinus from redistributing the water in the pulvinus causes the bending of the pulvinus. Inspired by the actuation of Mimosa pudica, designing soft bioactuators can convert external stimulations to driving forces for the actuation of constructs which has been receiving increased attention and has potential applications in many fields. 4D printing technology has emerged as a new strategy for creating versatile soft bioactuators/robots by integrating printing technologies with stimuli-responsive materials. In this study, we developed a hybrid ink by combining gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) polymers with iron oxide nanoparticles (IONs). This hybrid ION-GelMA ink exhibits tunable rheology, controllable mechanical properties, magnetic-responsive behaviors, and printability by integrating the internal metal ion-polymeric chain interactions and photo-crosslinking chemistries. This design offers the inks a dual crosslink mechanism combining the advantages of photocrosslinking and ionic crosslinking to rapidly form the construct within 60 s of UV exposure time. In addition, the magnetic-responsive actuation of ION-GelMA constructs can be regulated by different ION concentrations (0-10%). Furthermore, we used the ION-GelMA inks to fabricate a Mimosa pudica-like soft bioactuator through a mold casting method and a direct-ink-writing (DIW) printing technology. Obviously, the pinnule leaf structure of printed constructs presents a continuous reversible shape transformation in an air phase without any liquid as a medium, which can mimic the motion characteristics of natural creatures. At the same time, compared to the model casting process, the DIW printed bioactuators show a more refined and biomimetic transformation shape that closely resembles the movement of the pinnule leaf of Mimosa pudica in response to stimulation. Overall, this study indicates the proof of concept and the potential prospect of magnetic-responsive ION-GelMA inks for the rapid prototyping of biomimetic soft bioactuators/robots with untethered non-contact magneto-actuations.

RESUMEN

The treatment of implant-associated bone infection remains a significant clinical challenge. However, bone scaffolds with antimicrobial activity and osteoinductive properties can prevent these infections and improve clinical outcomes. In this study, borosilicate bioglass and chitosan composite scaffolds were prepared, and then the surface was modified with nano-zinc oxide. In vitroandin vivoexperiments showed that the chitosan/borosilicate bioglass scaffolds have good degradation and osteogenic properties, while the oxidized Zinc scaffolds have better antibacterial properties.

RESUMEN

Refractory organic pollutant effluent has led to severe water pollution. In this study, magnetic Co-N-doped carbon hybrid catalysts (Co-NC-x) were fabricated using a facile cation exchange combined pyrolysis and self-reduction technique to activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) for rehabilitation of the water environment. Factors affecting the catalytic activity of the Co-NC-850 were comprehensively examined. 100% of RhB degradation efficiency within 20 min was achieved in the Co-NC-850/PMS system at the optimum conditions (C0 = 80 mg L-1, catalyst loading 0.025 g L-1, PMS concentration 0.8 mM, native pH and 25 °C). The electron paramagnetic resonance measurements and competitive quenching tests demonstrated that a sulfate radical (SO4•-) and singlet oxygen (1O2) account for RhB degradation in the Co-NC-850/PMS system, and 1O2 contributed ~86.2% to RhB removal. The synergistic effect of Co0 nanoparticles (NPs) and NC on Co-NC-850 might induce a predominant non-radical route to trigger PMS activation for RhB degradation. Direct oxidation of O2•- by a hydroxyl radical (•OH) might be the crucial process for forming 1O2. Magnetic response and successive cycles verified that Co-NC-850 has superior separable performance and reusability. This innovative magnetic Co-NC-850 hybrid catalyst for PMS activation delivered vast potential for disintegration of refractory organic contaminants.
