Abstract: This is a report of a 66-year-old patient with a pleomorphic adenoma involving the nasolacrimal duct and lacrimal sac, which is an unusual location for these tumors. To our knowledge, there are scarce publications in the current literature of similar cases.

NUT midline carcinomas are rare, aggressive, and poorly differentiated tumors that must be considered in the differential diagnosis of midline head and neck tumors. Despite the scarce data, proton therapy could be an option for some patients.
