RESUMO

Optimizing the strategic and tactical decisions regarding sustainability and resilience is important because they affect the performance of the supply chain over a long period. This study proposes a new multi-objective model for resilient, sustainable, and responsive forward/reverse logistics network design considering cost, social responsibility, CO2 emission, water consumption, responsiveness time, and collaboration risk. The most significant impacts on costs are identified using the design of experiments, and a robust optimization method is applied to deal with operational risk. In addition, horizontal collaboration for the first time as a quantitative model is suggested to deal with the disruption risk. Also, a multi-objective solving algorithm with a new aggregation model is developed, and the efficiency of the proposed solution method is shown. The analysis of results based on the iron and steel industries shows the efficiency of resilience strategies and the improvement of costs, sustainability and responsiveness indicators. Also, the findings demonstrate that collaboration has a higher performance than fortification. Finally, managers and supply chain decision-makers are provided with managerial implications to make more effective decisions about the supply chain network design, technology selection, supply chain sustainability, and collaborators selection, using the presented results.

RESUMO

The data was obtained from fluoride ion concentrations determined in groundwater sources of Gonabad. A number of 144 samples from 12 drinking groundwater wells located in different regions at the mid of spring, summer, autumn and winter from each regions, were collected from spring 2016 to spring of 2017. The fluoride ions in the samples were determined through the SPADNS colorimetric method at a wavelength of 580 nm. Dispersion of fluoride ions in terms of concentration in groundwater resources of Gonabad was planned using geographic information system (GIS) base on inverse distance weighted (IDW) method. The data showed that lowest and highest concentration of fluoride ions were determined 0.46 in winter and 1.56 mg/l in summer season, respectively. The average, max and min amount of fluoride concentration in groundwater resources of Gonabad were 0.67 ± 0.03, 1.56 and 0.46 mg/L, respectively. The average chemical parameters concentration of Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphate, Nitrate, Bicarbonate, Sulfate and Chloride were 6.61 ± 1.2, 281.17 ± 3.08, 26.75 ± 2.55, 68.14 ± 3.89, 0.2 ± 0.04, 10 ± 1.83, 275.02 ± 7.20, 282.08 ± 5.04 and 235 ± 5.83 mg/L, respectively.

RESUMO

The aim of the collection of the present dataset is to show the antibacterial effects of the hydro-alcoholic extract of Ferula assafoetida plant on Listeria monocytogenes. Firstly, the Ferula assafoetida herb was collected from investigated hills in Gonabad, Khorasan province, Iran. After botanical and pharmocognosy investigation, the hydro-alcoholic extract of this herb was produced using percolation method. Then, its antimicrobial effects, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC), were investigated using Disc Diffusion Method and Macro Dilution Method vs. Listeria Monocytogenes, serotypes 4a and 4b, respectively. Also, Ampicillin (10 µg/disc) was used as a reference antimicrobial material. The data showed that MIC and MBC of the Ferula assafoetida extract on Listeria monocytogenes was 7.25 µg/ml and 12.50 µg/ml, respectively. Moreover, the average diameter of the inhibitory zone of extracted hydrolcoholic from Ferula Alliacea plant over Listeria monocytogenes 4a and 4b (30 g/ml) were 16.35 2.5 and 15.87 3.1 mm, respectively, and in order for ampicillin was 24.31 2.45 and 24.31 2.45 mm. The hydro-alcoholic extract produced from Ferula assafoetida can be used as the antibacterial for Listeria Monocytogenes.

RESUMO

Air pollution sources in indoor area are one of the main factors for reducing indoor air quality of locations. In the current research, factors affecting indoor air quality and its symptoms are evaluate as case study in an office building in Mashhad (Iran). In order to conduct this descriptive-analytical study, gas pollutants affecting indoor air quality were determined using portable analysis systems. Alberta Indoor Air Quality Toolkit was used in order to study sick building syndrome. Findings indicated that 21% of staffs viewed labor environment conditions as inappropriate and they were mostly compliant about feeling of dusty air, fatigue and headache. In addition, findings showed that O3, VOC, PM10, PM2.5, CO, CO2 parameters, Formaldehyde, temperature, sound and humidity were at standard level. Indicators of indoor air quality, in addition to the stress and depression interference on employee performance and satisfaction were at acceptable level.

RESUMO

Fixed drug eruption (FDE) is a drug reaction involving skin and less commonly mucosal membranes. The common manifestation is localized well-demarcated patches or plaques appeared following receiving of a culprit drug. When re-exposure occurs, the rashes will appear at areas involved in previous episodes. Limited reports on bullous FDE due to ibuprofen have been documented before. Herein, we described an elderly man who experienced multifocal lesions in his oral mucosa, penis, and multiple sites of skin following ibuprofen ingestion confirmed as FDE by pathological studies. The culprit drug had been discontinued. Systemic and topical glucocorticoids as well as supportive care had been instituted. The patient's outcome was favorable and his lesions had been recovered within the next weeks. Patient's follow-up showed that he had received ibuprofen again sometime later resulting in anal mucosal lesion and similar penile involvement. In routine clinical practice, mucocutaneous adverse drug reactions should be considered. A high index of suspicion, the detailed medication history, the course of the symptoms, and distributing pattern of the lesions are essential clues for the diagnosis. However, judicious and prompt pathological studies can help to differentiate multifocal bullous FDE from major skin drug reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis.
