RESUMO

Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a common disorder of the central nervous system. The Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale or UPDRS is commonly used to track PD symptom progression because it displays the presence and severity of symptoms. To model the relationship between speech signal properties and UPDRS scores, this study develops a new method using Neuro-Fuzzy (ANFIS) and Optimized Learning Rate Learning Vector Quantization (OLVQ1). ANFIS is developed for different Membership Functions (MFs). The method is evaluated using Parkinson's telemonitoring dataset which includes a total of 5875 voice recordings from 42 individuals in the early stages of PD which comprises 28 men and 14 women. The dataset is comprised of 16 vocal features and Motor-UPDRS, and Total-UPDRS. The method is compared with other learning techniques. The results show that OLVQ1 combined with the ANFIS has provided the best results in predicting Motor-UPDRS and Total-UPDRS. The lowest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values (UPDRS (Total)=0.5732; UPDRS (Motor)=0.5645) and highest R-squared values (UPDRS (Total)=0.9876; UPDRS (Motor)=0.9911) are obtained by this method. The results are discussed and directions for future studies are presented.i.ANFIS and OLVQ1 are combined to predict UPDRS.ii.OLVQ1 is used for PD data segmentation.iii.ANFIS is developed for different MFs to predict Motor-UPDRS and Total-UPDRS.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a method of management that aims to establish, develop, and improve relationships with targeted customers in order to maximize corporate profitability and customer value. There have been many CRM systems in the market. These systems are developed based on the combination of business requirements, customer needs, and industry best practices. The impact of CRM systems on the customers' satisfaction and competitive advantages as well as tangible and intangible benefits are widely investigated in the previous studies. However, there is a lack of studies to assess the quality dimensions of these systems to meet an organization's CRM strategy. This study aims to investigate customers' satisfaction with CRM systems through online reviews. We collected 5172 online customers' reviews from 8 CRM systems in the Google play store platform. The satisfaction factors were extracted using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and grouped into three dimensions; information quality, system quality, and service quality. Data segmentation is performed using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). In addition, feature selection is performed by the entropy-weight approach. We then used the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), the hybrid of fuzzy logic and neural networks, to assess the relationship between these dimensions and customer satisfaction. The results are discussed and research implications are provided.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by difficulties in social communication and repetitive behaviors. The exact causes of ASD remain elusive and likely involve a combination of genetic, environmental, and neurobiological factors. Doctors often face challenges in accurately identifying ASD early due to its complex and diverse presentation. Early detection and intervention are crucial for improving outcomes for individuals with ASD. Early diagnosis allows for timely access to appropriate interventions, leading to better social and communication skills development. Artificial intelligence techniques, particularly facial feature extraction using machine learning algorithms, display promise in aiding the early detection of ASD. By analyzing facial expressions and subtle cues, AI models identify patterns associated with ASD features. This study developed various hybrid systems to diagnose facial feature images for an ASD dataset by combining convolutional neural network (CNN) features. The first approach utilized pre-trained VGG16, ResNet101, and MobileNet models. The second approach employed a hybrid technique that combined CNN models (VGG16, ResNet101, and MobileNet) with XGBoost and RF algorithms. The third strategy involved diagnosing ASD using XGBoost and an RF based on features of VGG-16-ResNet101, ResNet101-MobileNet, and VGG16-MobileNet models. Notably, the hybrid RF algorithm that utilized features from the VGG16-MobileNet models demonstrated superior performance, reached an AUC of 99.25%, an accuracy of 98.8%, a precision of 98.9%, a sensitivity of 99%, and a specificity of 99.1%.

During coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) the number of fraudulent transactions is expanding at a rate of alarming (7,352,421 online transaction records). Additionally, the Master Card (MC) usage is increasing. To avoid massive losses, companies of finance must constantly improve their management information systems for discovering fraud in MC. In this paper, an approach of advancement management information system for discovering of MC fraud was developed using sequential modeling of data depend on intelligent forecasting methods such as deep Learning and intelligent supervised machine learning (ISML). The Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM), Logistic Regression (LR), and Random Forest (RF) were used. The dataset is separated into two parts: the training and testing data, with a ratio of 8:2. Also, the advancement of management information system has been evaluated using 10-fold cross validation depend on recall, f1-score, precision, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Receiver Operating Curve (ROC), and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Finally various techniques of resampling used to forecast if a transaction of MC is genuine/fraudulent. Performance for without re-sampling, with under-sampling, and with over-sampling is measured for each Algorithm. Highest performance of without re-sampling was 0.829 for RF algorithm-F score. While for under-sampling, it was 0.871 for LSTM algorithm-RMSE. Further, for over-sampling, it was 0.921 for both RF algorithm-Precision and LSTM algorithm-F score. The results from running advancement of management information system revealed that using resampling technique with deep learning LSTM generated the best results than intelligent supervised machine learning.

Predicting Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) in Total- UPDRS and Motor-UPDRS clinical scales is an important part of controlling PD. Computational intelligence approaches have been used effectively in the early diagnosis of PD by predicting UPDRS. In this research, we target to present a combined approach for PD diagnosis using an ensemble learning approach with the ability of online learning from clinical large datasets. The method is developed using Deep Belief Network (DBN) and Neuro-Fuzzy approaches. A clustering approach, Expectation-Maximization (EM), is used to handle large datasets. The Principle Component Analysis (PCA) technique is employed for noise removal from the data. The UPDRS prediction models are constructed for PD diagnosis. To handle the missing data, K-NN is used in the proposed method. We use incremental machine learning approaches to improve the efficiency of the proposed method. We assess our approach on a real-world PD dataset and the findings are assessed compared to other PD diagnosis approaches developed by machine learning techniques. The findings revealed that the approach can improve the UPDRS prediction accuracy and the time complexity of previous methods in handling large datasets.

Anomalous driving behavior detection is becoming more popular since it is vital in ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers in vehicles. Road accidents happen for various reasons, including health, mental stress, and fatigue. It is critical to monitor abnormal driving behaviors in real time to improve driving safety, raise driver awareness of their driving patterns, and minimize future road accidents. Many symptoms appear to show this condition in the driver, such as facial expressions or abnormal actions. The abnormal activity was among the most common causes of road accidents, accounting for nearly 20% of all accidents, according to international data on accident causes. To avoid serious consequences, abnormal driving behaviors must be identified and avoided. As it is difficult to monitor anyone continuously, automated detection of this condition is more effective and quicker. To increase drivers' recognition of their driving behaviors and prevent potential accidents, a precise monitoring approach that detects abnormal driving behaviors and identifies abnormal driving behaviors is required. The most common activities performed by the driver while driving is drinking, eating, smoking, and calling. These types of driver activities are considered in this work, along with normal driving. This study proposed deep learning-based detection models for recognizing abnormal driver actions. This system is trained and tested using a newly created dataset, including five classes. The main classes include Driver-smoking, Driver-eating, Driver-drinking, Driver-calling, and Driver-normal. For the analysis of results, pre-trained and fine-tuned CNN models are considered. The proposed CNN-based model and pre-trained models ResNet101, VGG-16, VGG-19, and Inception-v3 are used. The results are compared by using the performance measures. The results are obtained 89%, 93%, 93%, 94% for pre-trained models and 95% by using the proposed CNN-based model. Our analysis and results revealed that our proposed CNN base model performed well and could effectively classify the driver's abnormal behavior.
