[The Organization of Information Support of Prospective Planning of Personnel Maintenance of Health Care System].

The article considers analysis of possibilities of eliminating deficiency of competence in health care system based on of specific models and algorithms. One of the dominating problems in Russian health care is determined the deficiency of medical workers, especially keen in the primary medical care. The systemic view of present modes of solving the given problem considering legislation currently in force and social psychology. Particular attention is paid to development of strategy and tactics of training population in medical sanitary competences preserving principle "Do no harm" because modern technologies permit patients to self-control their health but at that the risks of negative consequences of self-treatment are augmenting. The presented results can support health care specialists in development of strategy of elimination of manpower deficiency.

[The development of stomatological care of adult population of the Northern territories].

The article presents the results of complex study of state of teeth and organs of oral cavity and also quality of life of adult population of the Northern territories. The relation ship is established between state of teeth and organs of oral cavity and quality of life ofpopulation, the most expressed in individuals of youth age. The results of analysis of opinion of population are presented related to issues of organization of stomatological care and also data of expertise, SWOT-analysis combined with expertise values used as basis for development of system of measures concerning its optimization. Five main blocks were singled out: methodology of evaluation of stomatological health of population and organization of stomatological care; normative legal support, including adapted standard of stomatological care rendering; provision of accessibility of stomatological care at the expense of functional alterations of actual system; development of healthy live-style through program of prevention of stomatological diseases in adult population considering regional characteristics; system of training and re-training of manpower.

[Improvement of higher medical education via the system of quality specialist training].

Development of the system of management of quality specialist training in the Kraysnoysrsk State Medical Academy allowed to optimize administration and academic process, create conditions for introduction of innovative technologies in educational, research, and clinico-diagnostic activities for the purpose of their standardization and realization of managerial decisions. The new system promotes organization of administrative and educational work of the Academy in line with leading trends of regional development, stimulates creativity and strategic planning.

[Clinical picture and treatment of bronchial asthma comorbid with cardiovascular diseases].

AIM: To evaluate prevalence of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in bronchial asthma (BA) patients and effects of CVD on BA course. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Register data for 2005 have been analysed for 5104 BA outpatients living in Krasnoyarsk city (pulmonary ventilation, ECG, echocardiography, duration of BA, number of exacerbations for the last 12 months, number of hospitalizations, disability, BA complications, BA and CVD treatment). RESULTS: Combination of BA with CVD was observed in 88.3% patients. Severe and moderate BA was in 55 and 44% patients, respectively. 64% BA patients were invalids. CVD were diagnosed more often in patients with detected BA. CVD were treated without allowances for BA. The latter was treated without consideration of its severity and GYNA recommendations. CONCLUSION. To control BA, it is necessary to check up pulmonary function regularly, to diagnose comorbid cardiovascular diseases early, prescrive adequate treatment and teach patients to comply with recommendations.

[Experience in the undergraduate training of ophthalmologists]. / Opyt podgotovki spetsialistov-oftal'mologov v subordinature.

The authors present their experience gained in the training of ophthalmologists at the Chair of Ocular Diseases of the Krasnoyarsk Medical Institute. In 1991 the interns, instead of traditional state examinations, maintained their diploma research, which was assessed as their skills and knowledge in the field of ocular diseases, social hygiene, and public health organization. The authors prove that such diploma research is an integral part of undergraduate training and one of the types of individual work at higher educational institutions, and enumerate the topics of diploma research.
