RESUMO
We report a case of hypothenar hammer syndrome. The case presents necessary diagnostic measures and discusses the etiology of this syndrome. Additionally, the case reviews treatments, which culminated in the eventual use of ulnar artery bypass with autogenous basilica vein to treat and resolve the ischemic fingers of the patient.

Sarcoidosis is an uncommon disorder characterized by a multi-systemic granulomatous disease of undetermined etiology and pathogenesis. The diagnosis is established by the presence of a compatible clinical illness and by histologic demonstration of noncaseating epithelioid cell granulomas in the affected organs. Accurate diagnosis requires a thorough evaluation to exclude infectious and neoplastic diseases that can mimic sarcoidosis. Although all organs and systems can be affected, the lungs and intrathoracic lymph glands are the most common sites of involvement. We describe an unusual case of extrapulmonary sarcoidosis presenting as obstructive jaundice.

A case of Melanotic neuroectodermal tumour of infancy (melanotic progonoma, melanoameloblastoma, retinal anlarge tumour) presenting as tumour of maxilla in a female infant is reported. Clinically a teratoma was suspected but ultrasound shoved it a solid mass. At exploration, characteristic melanotic pigmentation clinched the diagnosis which was later confirmed by histopathological examination.
