Objectives: To evaluate sarcoidosis-induced tear film changes using subjective and objective diagnostic tests, particularly conjunctival impression cytology (IC), and to compare the results with healthy individuals. Materials and Methods: This study evaluated clinical data collected between January 2019 and January 2021 from 57 right eyes of 57 sarcoidosis patients without ocular involvement (Group 1) and 33 right eyes of 33 healthy individuals with similar demographic characteristics (Group 2). The Schirmer I test, tear break-up time (TBUT), fluorescein staining, and conjunctival IC were all performed as part of the conjunctival and corneal examinations following a thorough ophthalmological examination. The Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) was used to assess subjective ocular symptoms. Results: The mean ages in Groups 1 and 2 were 49.26±3.18 and 51.91±2.89 years, respectively (p=0.720). The mean Schirmer I test, TBUT, and OSDI scores differed significantly (p<0.05 for all), with Group 1 having a significantly higher percentage of dry eyes than Group 2. Group 1 had significantly higher Nelson's grading system grades than Group 2 based on conjunctival IC analysis (p=0.001). There were no significant differences in visual acuity (p=0.17) or intraocular pressure (p=0.14) between groups. Conclusion: Sarcoidosis patients had significantly higher Nelson grades in conjunctival IC, as well as significantly higher percentages of dry eye as determined by the Schirmer I test, TBUT, and OSDI. Reduced tear quantity and quality may destabilize the tear film layer, resulting in a variety of ocular symptoms.

AIM: To assess how metastatic lesions with a higher maximum standard uptake value than the primary tumor affect survival in patients with lung cancer. METHODS: The study enrolled 590 stage-IV lung cancer patients treated at Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University Hospital between January 2013 and January 2020. We retrospectively collected data on histopathological diagnosis, tumor size, metastasis site, and maximum standard involvement values of primary metastatic lesions. Lung cancers with the maximum standard uptake value of the primary tumor higher than that of the metastatic lesion were compared with lung cancers with the maximum standard uptake value of the primary tumor lower than that of the metastatic lesion. RESULTS: In 87 (14.7%) patients, the maximum standard uptake value was higher in the metastatic lesion than in the primary lesion. These patients experienced significantly higher mortality risk in both univariate and multivariate survival analyses (adjusted hazard ratio 2.25 [1.77-2.86], <0.001) and had shorter median survival (5.0 [4.2-5.8] vs 11.0 [10.2-11.8] months, P<0.001). CONCLUSIONS: The maximum standard uptake value could be a potential new prognostic factor for survival in lung cancer.

BACKGROUND: To assess retinochoroidal and optic nerve head microcirculation alterations in cryptogenic organizing pneumonia. METHODS: Thirty cryptogenic organizing pneumonia patients in the resolution phase (group 1, 30 right eyes) and 33 healthy subjects (group 2, 33 right eyes) were compared. Patients had 40 mg/day corticosteroids for 8-10 days, and a pulmonary function test, which revealed only minimally restrictive ventilation features. After gathering demographic data, a comprehensive ophthalmological exam and optical coherence tomography angiography were performed three months following maximum disease resolution with corticosteroid therapy RESULTS: Groups 1 and 2 had mean ages of 54.37±14.87 and 49.61±12.36 years, respectively (P = 0.171). Despite the lack of statistical significance, superficial and deep capillary plexus vessel densities in all macular regions were lower in group 1, as were foveal avascular zone parameters (P>0.05). However, the outer retinal and choriocapillaris flows increased significantly in group 1, especially in select areas (P<0.001, for both). There were no significant differences in whole image (P = 0.346), inside disk (P = 0.438), or peripapillary (P = 0.185) optic nerve head vessel densities between the two groups; however, nasal (P<0.001) and inferior quadrant (P = 0.006) vessel densities differed significantly. Global retinal nerve fiber layer thickness did not differ significantly between groups 1 and 2 (112.83±14.71 versus 111.45±12.74 µm, respectively; P = 0.692). Group 1, however, had significantly higher superior, nasal, and inferior quadrant, and significantly lower temporal quadrant retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (P<0.001, for all). CONCLUSIONS: Concerning the impact of probable cryptogenic organizing pneumonia-induced hypoxia on ocular tissues, optical coherence tomography angiography assessments of retinochoroidal and optic nerve head microcirculation could be employed as a biomarker for cerebral microcirculation.

INTRODUCTION: Thirdhand smoke is the toxic remnant, including pollutants and by-products, of tobacco smoke that remains in the environment after the use of tobacco products. This study aimed to evaluate the relationships between the demographic characteristics and the beliefs about thirdhand smoke of medical faculty students. METHODS: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 392 medical faculty students at Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University. All the participants completed the Beliefs About ThirdHand Smoke (BATHS) questionnaire. Demographic data such as age, gender, year of study, family income level, and place of residence were recorded and evaluated together with tobacco product usage status. Factors (demographic data such as gender) affecting the BATHS scale and sub-scales were analyzed using SPSS software. RESULTS: The study included 392 medical students. The students comprised 59.7% females and 40.3% males. The students had never used tobacco products (68.1%), 13% were previous users, and 18.9% were active users. The majority of the students stated that thirdhand smoke was harmful to the health of children (90%) and adults (85%) and that thirdhand smoke could remain in a room for days (79%). When the relationships were evaluated between the BATHS scale overall and the health and permanence subscales, and the demographic characteristics of the students, no statistically significant difference was determined according to gender, place of residence, family income level, and tobacco use status. CONCLUSIONS: This study has provided information for the first time about the beliefs of medical faculty students about thirdhand smoke, and the relationships were investigated between these beliefs and gender, place of residence, family income level, and tobacco use status. The results of the study demonstrated that the students had a strong awareness of the harm of thirdhand smoke and of environmental permanence, and these beliefs did not change according to their own tobacco use status.

OBJECTIVES: Besides the common symptoms of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) including fever, shortness of breath, and cough, a "sudden loss of smell" has recently been added as a diagnostic symptom. The relationship between paranasal sinus computed tomography (PNS CT) and sudden loss of smell in COVID-19 was examined. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two groups were selected for the study, the COVID-19 and the control groups. The control group consisted of 40 patients who applied to our clinic with headache and therefore underwent PNS CT. The other group consisted of 40 patients with COVID-19 who were diagnosed with sudden loss of smell with the Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research Center (CCCRC) olfactory test. Clinical and demographic characteristics, tomography results, and olfactory test scores of patients with COVID-19 loss of smell and control group patients were recorded. The relationship between CT changes in the olfactory cleft and the degree of loss of smell was evaluated. The "Opacification in the olfactory cleft" was accepted as a positive CT finding. RESULTS: Comparison of patients with COVID-19 who had a loss of smell and the control group indicated that a significant difference was observed in terms of CT findings (P = .022). When we evaluated the paranasal CTs obtained from our patients with loss of smell, the CT of 13 patients showed pathological findings (P < .05). As the COVID-19 progressed (pneumonia and respiratory failure), the degree of loss of smell increased (P < .05). A statistically significant relationship was found between the CCCRC score and the presence of PNS CT findings (P = .0012). CONCLUSION: The PNS CT findings are significant in patients with COVID-19 with a loss of smell and were significantly associated with the degree of loss of smell. In patients with olfactory loss due to COVID-19, PNS CT can help in diagnosis. However, for this imaging to be diagnostic, a larger patient series is needed.

BACKGROUND: To assess the impacts of prolonged protective face masks (PFM) wear on ocular surface symptoms among healthcare professionals (HCPs), and how these symptoms affected PFM wear. METHODS: Thirty-question survey forms were distributed via social media platform to 396 HCPs (110 doctors, 164 nurses, and 122 health technicians) between September 8 and 30, 2021. Participants who could not be reached via social media were given a face-to-face questionnaire. Aside from sociodemographic data, the questionnaire inquired about PFM wear, PFM types, ocular surface symptoms, and how PFM wear has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. RESULTS: A total of 74.5% of HCPs reported wearing PFMs, mostly surgical ones (76.8%), for half a day at work but not at home, with redness (29.3%) being the most frequently encountered ocular surface symptom, followed by burning (15.7%), pain (14.1%), tingling (10.9%), and rash (6.6%). The presence of associated restrictions in conjunction with PFM-related ocular symptoms was more likely in dry and hot environments. There was no significant relationship between PFM type, PFM-wearing duration, and HCPs' daily activities (p > 0.05). Despite the lack of a significant relationship between PFM types and ocular surface symptoms (p > 0.05), there was a significant relationship between PFM-wearing duration and ocular pain (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: PFM-related ocular surface symptoms can be alleviated by properly wearing PFMs, reducing wear time, and using long-acting topical lubricants. This could improve PFM wear compliance, prevent disease transmission, and ultimately help with COVID-19 protection.

The Systemic Immune-inflammation Index (SII) is a new biomarker based on the number of neutrophils, platelets, and lymphocytes in the Complete blood count, and is shown as diagnostic and prognostic in many diseases. Mucosal or Squamous COM differentiation is necessary preoperatively in chronic otitis media patients. The purpose of this study was to test the predictive value of inflammation markers to predict the differentiation of Mucosal COM and Squamous COM. Our aim is; using "SII" as a powerful test to differentiate cholesteatoma and active mucosal middle ear disease. In the present study, 300 patients who underwent mastoidectomy ± tympanoplasty between 2010 and 2020 were retrospectively evaluated. The patients were divided into two equal groups as clinical, microscopically, and pathologically Squamosal COM (Cholesteatoma) and Mucosal COM (Suppurative) (n = 150). Routine hemogram tests were performed for both groups. White blood cell, red blood cell, neutrophil, lymphocyte, and platelet numbers were calculated. The SII value was calculated manually according to the formula of "neutrophil × platelet/lymphocyte. There were a total of 300 patients who were aged 20-63 in both groups. A total of 130 of these patients were male (43%), and 170 (57%) were female. In terms of NLR and PLR, Group 2 (Mucosal COM) had higher values at statistically significant levels (p < 0.001, p < 0.001, respectively). In terms of SII, Group 2 (Mucosal COM) had higher values at statistically significant levels (p < 0.001). According to the results of the ROC Analysis in our series, it was found that NLR, PLR, and SII values were above the acceptable level, and were statistically significant (p < 0.001, p < 0.001, p < 0.001, respectively). The cut-off value of SII was 470.29, sensitivity was 65.8, and specificity was 34. According to our study, high SII values in COM differentiation are very important in diagnosing Mucosal COM. SII values can help to the diagnosis in Squamous COM/Mucosal COM differentiation. There is no current practical, inexpensive, and widespread laboratory test used in the Mucosal/Squamous COM differentiation. SII can be diagnostic, and determine the treatment in this differentiation. A great number of studies are needed for SII values to become standard in COM.

BACKGROUND: To investigate retinal microvascular morphological changes in previously COVID-19 infected patients using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA), and compare the findings to age- and gender-matched healthy subjects. METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, OCTA findings (6.0 × 6.0 mm scan size and scan quality index ≥7/10) from previously COVID-19 infected patients (group 1, 32 patients, 64 eyes) with ≥1 month of complete recovery were compared to healthy subjects (group 2, 33 subjects, 66 eyes) with no history of COVID-19 infection. A positive real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction test on a naso-pharyngeal swab sample confirmed the diagnosis. The AngioVueAnalytics, RTVue-XR 2017.1.0.155 software measured and recorded OCTA parameters. RESULTS: Group 1 had significantly lower superficial capillary plexus vessel densities in all foveal regions than group 2 (P<0.05). Foveal deep capillary plexus vessel density in group 1 was also significantly lower than in group 2 (P=0.009); however, no significant differences were found in other regions (P>0.05). All foveal avascular zone (FAZ) parameters were higher in group 1 than in group 2, with significant differences in FAZ area (P=0.019) and foveal vessel density 300 µm area around FAZ (P=0.035), but not FAZ perimeter (P=0.054). The outer retina and choriocapillaris flows were significantly lower in group 1 than in group 2 (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Prior COVID-19 infection seems to be associated with significant changes in retinal microvascular density, as well as FAZ and flow parameters, which may be attributed to different pathogenic mechanisms that lead to SARS-CoV-2 infection, such as thrombotic microangiopathy and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 disruption.

Leg-length discrepancy (LLD) is a common condition that may cause posture changes and clinical consequences. Rasterstereography is a valid and reliable method that analyzes posture without radiation exposure and invasive procedures. This study aimed to assess the immediate effect of artificial LLD on pelvic position and spinal posture in athletes. Twenty-four elite karate athletes (14 men, 10 women) were included in the study. Sagittal imbalance, coronal imbalance, pelvic obliquity, pelvic torsion angle, thoracic kyphosis angle and lumbar lordosis angle were measured at different artificial LLD heights (5 -10 -15 -20 mm). Statistical analysis was performed with One-Way ANOVA with repeated measures or Friedman test. In cases where there were significant differences, pairwise comparisons were performed with least significant differences (LSD) test or Wilcoxon signed rank test. There were statistically significant differences in pelvic obliquity (p = 0.001), pelvic torsion (p = 0.001) and lumbar lordosis (p = 0.001) with varying LLD. However, there was no significant difference in sagittal imbalance, coronal imbalance and thoracic kyphosis angle. It has been observed that even a 5-mm LLD causes pelvic position and spinal posture changes. Future studies detecting these changes in populations with LLD via rastersterography may prevent possible musculoskeletal disorders.

Hypoxia is linked to an inflammatory imbalance in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Circulating soluble tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-like weak inducer of apoptosis (sTWEAK) is a cytokine that regulates inflammation and insulin resistance in adipose tissue. This study first investigated sTWEAK concentrations in patients OSAS and evaluated associations between sTWEAK concentrations and visceral adiposity, metabolic dysfunction, and hypoxia observed in OSAS. Forty age, sex, and body mass index-matched patients with simple habitual snoring (HSS) and 70 patients with OSAS were included. Patients were divided according to OSAS severity: mild-moderate (apnea-hypopnea index, AHI 5-30 events/h) and severe (AHI ≥ 30 events/h). Anthropometric data, glucose metabolism, visceral fat (VF) ratio, and sTWEAK levels were compared. sTWEAK levels were higher in the OSAS group than in the HSS group (931.23 ± 136.48 vs. 735.22 ± 102.84 ng/L, p = 0.001). sTWEAK levels were higher in severe OSAS than in mild-moderate OSAS (1031.83 ± 146.69 vs. 891.01 ± 110.01 ng/L, p = 0.002. When we evaluated the sTWEAK value and AHI, VF ratio, total cholesterol, blood pressure, homeostasis model of assessment-insulin resistance, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein using multiple regression analysis, a significant correlation was found between sTWEAK levels and AHI (p < 0.001). It was found that sTWEAK levels were not correlated with glucose metabolism and VF ratio. Increased circulating sTWEAK levels were associated with the severity of OSAS. High sTWEAK levels were correlated with increased AHI. sTWEAK concentrations are linked to severe OSAS.

INTRODUCTION: This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between different densitometric parameters on chest computed tomography (CT) and pulmonary function tests (PFT) of patients with emphysema-predominant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospective evaluation was made of 56 patients with COPD. The lungs were segmented into nine sections. Normal and emphysematous parenchyma were measured using low attenuation area percentage (%LAA), percentile density (PD), and mean lung density (MLD) parameters. The effects of emphysema distribution on PFT were evaluated using %LAA, PD, MLD, kurtosis and skewness methods. RESULT: Fifty-six patients, all diagnosed with COPD, were evaluated. The %LAA-910 method showed significant correlation with forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) compared to other densitometric parameters (p= <0.001, r= -0.556). Other densitometric parameters differed between segments in terms of sensitivity for FEV1. It was determined that right lung mid-zone segment involvement affected FEV1 more than other segments when the %LAA -910 method was used (p= <0.001, r= -0.569). %LAA -950 had the largest area under the curve in ROC curve analysis and was determined to have 2.2% diagnostic property for predicting Global Initiative for Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) AB-CD staging (sensitivity 81%, specificity 74%). CONCLUSIONS: Quantitative analysis is an objective method for determining the distribution and severity of emphysema. There was a significant correlation between densitometry and PFT values. Quantitative analysis may be considered suitable for use in evaluating the severity of emphysema and predicting the clinical findings of patients.

INTRODUCTION: Among bronchoscopic procedures, transbronchial biopsy (TBB) is considered a high-risk procedure. In this study, we aimed to investigate the indications, diagnostic efficacy and complications of TBB in the elderly, which is accepted as a sensitive group. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study was designed as a multicenter retrospective observational study. Data of 4226 patients who underwent diagnostic bronchoscopy were scanned for this study. 791 patients who underwent transbronchial biopsy were included in this study. All patients were evaluated in terms of lung regions, diagnosis, and complications. RESULT: A total of 791 patients, 329 (41.6%) female patients, who underwent TBB were included in the study. Mean age of the patients was 54.54 ± 14.94 years. The most common indications were ILD (45.6%), malignancy (24.0%) and sarcoidosis (9.9%). Mean age of the elderly patients (n= 263) was 69.89 ± 4.83 years, and mean age of the young patients (n= 528) was 46.90 ± 11.28 years (p<0.001). In both age groups, the most common indication was ILD. Complications developed during and after the procedure in 51 of the young patients (9.7%) and in 21 of the elderly (8.0%) (p= 0.441). The most common complication was pneumothorax with 4.6% in the elderly, and pneumothorax with 5.9% in the young (p= 0.441). The most common diagnosis was malignancy (12.2%) in the elderly, as the most common diagnosis was malignancy (7.2%) in the young (p = 0.020). While anthracosis, ILD and organized pneumonia were the other common diagnoses in the elderly, sarcoidosis, anthracosis and organized pneumonia were the other common diagnoses in the young. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis was achieved more frequently in the young (6.6%) than in the elderly (0.8%) (p<0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Transbronchial biopsy can be performed safely in elderly patients, with similar diagnostic success and complication rates to younger patients.

Goalball is a unique sport for only blind and visually disabled people to prevent physical inactivity and its harmful consequences. Determining the profile of physical fitness parameters and their relationship is crucial for all sports discipline. The purpose of the study is to determine the characteristics and the relationship between isometric muscle strength and respiratory functions. A total of 14 (10 female, four male athletes) goalball athletes were included in the study. Upper-extremity, lower-extremity and trunk isometric muscle strength and pulmonary function tests measurements were performed to the athletes on two different days. The relationship between parameters was evaluated by Spearman correlation test. Strength and pulmonary function parameters were higher in male athletes (P<0.05). A medium/strong/very strong correlation was found between respiratory function and upper extremity isometric muscle strength (r=0.529-0.917, P<0.05). A moderate/strong correlation was found between lower extremity isometric muscle strength and respiratory function (r=0.534-0.867, P<0.05). A moderate correlation was found between trunk isometric muscle strength and respiratory function (r=0.538-0.640, P<0.05). It was seen that respiratory functions were associated with upper-lower extremity and trunk muscle strength. With this result, the idea arises that strength exercises can affect the improvement of respiratory function in individuals with disabilities, which is very important for both overall health and sports performance.

Predictive resting metabolic rate (RMR) equations are widely used to determine athletes' resting energy expenditure (REE). However, it remains unclear whether these predictive RMR equations accurately predict REE in the athletic populations. The purpose of the study was to compare 12 prediction equations (Harris-Benedict, Mifflin, Schofield, Cunningham, Owen, Liu's, De Lorenzo) with measured RMR in Turkish national team athletes and sedentary controls. A total of 97 participants, 49 athletes (24 females, 25 males), and 48 sedentary (28 females, 20 males), were recruited from Turkey National Olympic Teams at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. RMR was measured using a Fitmate GS (Cosmed, Italy). The results of each 12 prediction formulas were compared with the measured RMR using paired t-test. The Bland-Altman plot was performed to determine the mean bias and limits of agreement between measured and predicted RMRs. Stratification according to sex, the measured RMR was greater in athletes compared to controls. The closest equation to the RMR measured by Fitmate GS was the Harris-Benedict equation in male athletes (mean difference -8.9 (SD 257.5) kcal/day), and Liu's equation [mean difference -16.7 (SD 195.0) kcal/day] in female athletes. However, the intra-class coefficient (ICC) results indicated that all equations, including Harris-Benedict for male athletes (ICC = 0.524) and Liu's for female athletes (ICC = 0.575), had a moderate reliability compared to the measured RMR. In sedentary subjects, the closest equation to the measured RMR is the Nelson equation in males, with the lowest RMSE value of 118 kcal/day [mean difference: 10.1 (SD 117.2) kJ/day], whereas, in females, all equations differ significantly from the measured RMR. While Nelson (ICC = 0.790) had good and Owen (ICC = 0.722) and Mifflin (calculated using fat-free mass) (ICC = 0.700) had moderate reliability in males, all predictive equations showed poor reliability in females. The results indicate that the predictive RMR equations failed to accurately predict RMR levels in the participants. Therefore, it may not suitable to use them in determining total energy expenditure.

RESUMO

Reexpansion pulmonary edema is a rare but fatal clinical condition that develops during the treatment of pneumothorax, pleural effusion and collapsed lung after atelectasis. A 31-year-old male patient was referred to our clinic with the complaint of stinging back pain that started 3 days ago and dyspnea developed during the last 24 hours. Physical examination and radiologic examinations revealed total pneumothorax in the right hemithorax. After tube thoracostomy, his general condition deteriorated and bilateral reexpension edema developed in the lungs. The patient was admitted to the intensive care unit and was discharged on the 5th day after medical treatment. Our case is the first case of bilateral reexpansion pulmonary edema seen after unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax when literature review is performed. In order to emphasize the importance of rapid diagnosis and treatment, it is presented in the light of the literature.

INTRODUCTION: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a fatal and pandemic disease discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, with lots of asymptomatic cases and a long incubation period. The researchers suggested that high d-dimer levels could predict disease severity, lung complications, and thromboembolic events before they occur. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We searched in PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science using the keywords "D-dimer" and "coronavirus" or "D-dimer" and "COVID-19." We used Standardized Mean Differences (SMD) to build forest plots of continuous data and assess differences in serum D-dimer concentrations between severe and non-severe patients with COVID-19 disease. We evaluated p-value < 0.05 as statistically significant and preferred 95% confidence intervals (CIs). RESULT: The pooled results of all studies revealed that the D-dimer concentrations were significantly higher in patients with more severe COVID-19 (SMD: 2.32 µg/mL; 95% CI, 0.72 3.92 µg/mL, p< 0.001). We evaluated severe patients with total D-dimer levels. D-dimer concentrations were significantly higher in severe patients against total COVID-19 patients (SMD: 2.01 µg/mL; 95% CI, 0.25 to 3.77 µg/mL, p= 0.08). CONCLUSIONS: We do not know the D-dimer increment mechanism in severe patients yet, but we think that these findings will be useful in the early diagnosis of severe disease and the first treatment.

This study aimed to compare the short-term effects of sciatic nerve neural sliding and neural stretching exercises on hamstring muscle length and functional flexibility in wrestlers. The study participants included 74 wrestlers. The athletes were randomly divided into two groups: neural sliding and neural stretching groups. The hamstring flexibility and the functional flexibility were assessed using the active knee extension limitation (AKEL) angle and the sit and reach (SR) test one day before and immediately after the neural mobilization exercises, respectively. A three-way repeated measures analysis of variance was conducted that examined the effect of mobilization type, time, and gender on interest in AKEL right leg, AKEL left leg, and SR test. There is not a significant difference between the effect of two different mobilizations on AKEL right and left leg, and SR test (P>0.05). It was determined there is statistically significant differences between premobilization and post-mobilization outcome measures for AKEL right leg (F=59.886, P=0.001), AKEL left leg (F=31.896, P=0.001), and SR test (F=22.630, P=0.001). There is not a statistically significant difference between males and females by these three measures neural sliding and neural stretching exercises to the sciatic nerve in wrestlers were effective in increasing hamstring flexibility and functional flexibility and not superior to each other.
