RESUMO

To clarify the content characteristics of the main active components and mineral elements of Cynomorium songaricum under different habitat conditions, and further explore the relationship between the quality of C. songaricum and habitats, this study took C. songaricum from 25 different habitats in China as the research object, and measured the contents of 8 main active components and 12 mineral elements separately. Diversity analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. The results showed that the genetic diversity of total flavonoids, ursolic acid, ether extract, potassium(K), phosphorus(P) and zinc(Zn) in C. songaricum was high. The coefficient of variation of crude polysaccharide, ether extract, gallic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde, catechin, epicatechin, calcium(Ca), sodium(Na), magnesium(Mg), sulfur(S), iron(Fe), manganese(Mn), selenium(Se) and nickel(Ni) were all over 36%, indicating that the quality of C. songaricum was significantly affected by habitats. There were strong synergistic and weak antagonistic effects among the contents of the 8 active components, and complex antagonistic and synergistic effects among the contents of the 12 mineral elements. Principal component analysis revealed that crude polysaccharide, ursolic acid, catechin, epicatechin and total flavonoids could be used as the characteristic components to evaluate the quality of C. songaricum, and Na, copper(Cu), Mn and Ni were the characteristic elements to evaluate the quality of C. songaricum. In cluster ana-lysis, the second group with the main active components as cluster center had better quality in terms of the content of active substances, and the second group with the mineral elements as cluster center had higher utilization potential in the exploitation of mineral elements. This study could provide a basis for resource evaluation and breeding of excellent varieties of C. songaricum in different habitats, and provide a reference for cultivation and identification of C. songaricum.

RESUMO

To systematically explore and analyze the microbial composition and function of microbial consortium M44 with straw degradation in the process of subculture at low temperature. In this study, straw degradation characteristics of samples in different culture stages were determined. MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the evolution of community structure and its relationship with degradation characteristics of microbial consortium in different culture periods, and the PICRUSt function prediction analysis was performed. The results showed that straw degradation rate, endoglucanase activity, and filter paper enzyme activity of M44 generally decreased with increasing culture algebra. The activities of xylanase, laccase, and lignin peroxidase, as well as VFA content, showing a single-peak curve change with first an increase and then decrease. In the process of subculture, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Firmicutes were dominant in different culture stages. Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Devosia, Brevundimonas, Trichococcus, Acinetobacter, Dysgonomonas, and Rhizobium were functional bacteria in different culture stages. It was found by PICRUSt function prediction that the functions were concentrated in amino acid transport and metabolism, carbohydrate transship and metabolism related genes, which may contain a large number of fibers and lignin degrading enzyme genes. In this study, the microbial community succession and the gene function in different culture periods were clarified and provide a theoretical basis for screening and rational utilization of microbial consortia.

RESUMO

The content of elements in fifteen different regions of Nitraria roborowskii samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), and its elemental characteristics were analyzed by principal component analysis. The results indicated that 18 mineral elements were detected in N. roborowskii of which V cannot be detected. In addition, contents of Na, K and Ca showed high concentration. Ti showed maximum content variance, while K is minimum. Four principal components were gained from the original data. The cumulative variance contribution rate is 81.542% and the variance contribution of the first principal component was 44.997%, indicating that Cr, Fe, P and Ca were the characteristic elements of N. roborowskii. Thus, the established method was simple, precise and can be used for determination of mineral elements in N.roborowskii Kom. fruits. The elemental distribution characteristics among N.roborowskii fruits are related to geographical origins which were clearly revealed by PCA. All the results will provide good basis for comprehensive utilization of N.roborowskii.

RESUMO

AIM: To investigate differences in the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides farinae drops in monosensitized and polysensitized allergic rhinitis patients. METHODS: The patients enrolled in the study were treated for more than one year by sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) using Dermatophagoides farinae drops and were divided into a monosensitized group (n = 20) and a polysensitized group (n = 30). Total nasal symptom scores of patients before and after SLIT were analyzed to evaluate the curative effect. The phylogenetic tree of dust mite allergens as well as other allergens that were tested by skin prick test was constructed to help the analysis. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the efficacy of SLIT between dust mite monosensitized and polysensitized patients. CONCLUSIONS: Both dust mite monosensitized and polysensitized patients could be cured by SLIT using Dermatophagoides farinae drops. This study provides a reference for the selection of allergens to be used in immunotherapy for polysensitized AR patients.

RESUMO

An effective active heterostructured photocatalyst of porous SnO(2)-pillared tetratitanate nanocomposite is synthesized by assembling tetratitanate nanosheets with SnO(2) nanoparticles via an exfoliation-restacking route. The nanocomposite was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscope, thermogravimetric analysis, UV-vis DRS, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and N(2) adsorption-desorption measurements. It was found that the pillared nanaocomposite is mesoporous with a gallery height of about 2 nm and a specific surface area of 154 m(2)/g. The pillared nanaocomposite exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity in the photodegradation of Rhodamine B under UV light irradiation. The improved performance is attributed to the electronic coupling between the host and the guest components, as well as its high surface area and mesoporosity.

RESUMO

A novel, simple, and rapid method to fabricate thermoresponsive micropatterned substrate for cell adhesion, growth, and thermally induced detachment was developed. Thermoresponsive polymer, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm), was grafted onto the surface of polystyrene (PS) film with microstructure by plasma-induced graft polymerization technique. The thermoresponsive micropatterned films were characterized by attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance ((1) H NMR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). These results indicated that the grafting ratio of PNIPAAm increased with increasing roughness of PS film. However, the microstructures on the substrate were not affected by grafted PNIPAAm. The optimal grafting conditions, such as plasma treatment time, monomer concentration, graft polymerization time, and graft medium were investigated. The thermoresponsive micropatterned films were investigated with the fibroblast cell (L929) adhesion, proliferation, and thermally induced detachment assay. The microstructure on the thermoresponsive micropatterned substrate facilitated cell adhesion above the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PNIPAAm and cell detachment below the LCST. Moreover, it can be used to regulate cell organization and tissue growth.

RESUMO

Fe-doped cesium titanate was obtained by a solid state reaction with a mixture of Cs(2)CO(3), TiO(2), and Fe(2)O(3). ZnO-pillared doped titanate nanocomposite was successfully fabricated by exfoliating doped titanate and restacking its nanosheets with ZnO nanoparticles. The resulting nanocomposite was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, N(2) adsorption-desorption measurement, thermogravimetric analysis and UV-vis spectroscopy. It was revealed that the present nanocomposite exhibits greatly increased specific surface area with mesoporous texture and that there exists an electronic coupling between the host sheets and the guest nanoparticles in the pillared system. The results of degradation of methylene blue under visible light radiation suggest that doping iron ions improves the material spectral response region and that hybridizing with ZnO nanopillars can suppress the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.

RESUMO

Lithium intercalated tungsten disulfide Li(x)WS(2) with x>1 was solvothermally obtained. It was revealed that Li(x)WS(2) can remain mostly unchanged under vacuum (about 4 kPa) for 5 days. The pH dependences of surface zeta potential for single molecular layers of WS(2) were determined, illustrating that its isoeletric point is approximately at pH 3. The polypyrrole/WS(2) layered nanocomposites were prepared via the combination of the exfoliation-restacking technique and in situ oxidative polymerization. The intercalation of PPy into the host galleries resulted in an interlayer expansion of about 3.7 A, which suggested that the intercalated polymeric chains are in a monolayer arrangement with the pyrrole rings lying parallel to the WS(2) host layers. The resulting material shows good thermal stability with the decomposition of the interacted chains within the disulfide galleries occurring at around 400 degrees C. The electrical conductivity of PPy/WS(2) nanocomposite was found to be high in the order of 10(-2) S cm(-1) at ambient temperature.

RESUMO

A new pentadentate N-isobutyrylsalicylhydrazidate ligand (H(3)ibushz, C(11)H(14)N(2)O(3)) and a self-assembly synthesis of the first 24-azametallacrown-8, [Fe(8)(C(11)H(11)N(2)O(3))(8)(CH(3)OH)(8)].0.5CH(2)Cl(2).7.5CH(3)OH.3.5H(2)O, have been reported. Eight Fe(III) ions and eight deprotonated ibushz(3)(-) ligands construct a planar 24-membered ring based on the M-N-N-M linkage. The chiralities of the iron atoms on the 24-azametallacrown-8 ring alternate between the Lambda and Delta forms. The title octanuclear azametallacrown has no crystallographic centrosymmetry, while all the known metallacrowns and azametallacrowns with an even nuclear number have crystallographic centrosymmetry. The study of (1)H NMR spectra suggests that the title compound retains its metallacrown structure in solution at room temperature over a period of at least three months. There exists a strong antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the iron paramagnetic centers.

RESUMO

The structure of [Co(H(2)O)(4)][VO(PO(4))](2) is composed of [VO(PO(4))] layers and interlayer tetrahydrated Co(2+) ions. Alternating VO(5) square pyramids and PO(4) tetrahedra share O-atom vertices, thus forming the vanadyl phosphate layers. Two vanadyl oxo groups from neighbouring layers are coordinated to each Co atom in a trans fashion, with Co-O distances of 2.157 (4) A, thus generating a three-dimensional framework structure.
