RESUMO
The article presents performance indicators of the capital day hospitals for the period from 2017 to 2022. The analysis has identified a high demand for this type of medical services in Moscow. A separate analysis focused on indicators of day hospitals subordinate to the Moscow Healthcare Department deployed at outpatient (polyclinic) medical facilities, as well as institutions providing inpatient care. The bed capacity structure and number of treated diseases by pediatric and adult population have been analyzed in detail. The study has identified main trends in dynamics in a number of indicators characterizing the development of hospital-replacing forms of care delivery in Moscow in recent years. The article provides information that allows you to form an idea of the health status of children of different age groups living in Moscow. The sources of information were data on the population size, federal statistical observation form No. 12 «Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of a medical organization¼ for the period from 2016 to 2020. The morbidity analysis was carried out by age groups 0-4, 5-9, 10-14, 0-14, 15-17 years per 100,000 of the corresponding population.

Health service today is on the verge of broad changes. The intensive practical application of the achievements of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics and bioinformatics has significantly deepened and continues to deepen our view of the pathological processes taking place at a level of biostructures. In the nearest future this progress will give medical practitioners the opportunity to focus on a subclinical stage of the disease, i.e. on the earliest stages of the pathological process. This will require the prediction of disease development risks, subclinical diagnostics with the precise staging of the pathological process, and, finally, the application as early as possible of targeted pharmacotherapeutic methods in order to prevent the manifestation of the disease or its progression into more severe stages. All these principles create the framework of a fundamentally new "3P" strategy in medicine: predictive, preventive and personalized medicine.
