RESUMO

In this study, freeze-thaw cycle experiments were conducted on food-grade Pickering emulsions co-stabilized with konjac glucomannan (KGM) and xanthan gum/lysozyme nanoparticles (XG/Ly NPs). The rheological properties, particle size, flocculation degree (FD), coalescence degree (CD), centrifugal stability, Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microstructure of Pickering emulsion stabilized by KGM before and after freeze-thaw were characterized. It was found that as the concentration of KGM increased, the flocculation degree (FD) and coalescence degree (CD) of the emulsion decreased after the freeze-thaw cycle compared to the control sample, and the microscopic images showed that the droplets became smaller and less affected by the freeze-thaw cycles. The rheological and water-holding properties also confirmed that the KGM-added emulsions still had a strong gel network structure and prevented the separation of the continuous and dispersed phases of the droplets after freezing and thawing. Freeze-thaw treatments had a negative effect on the stable emulsion of XG/Ly NPs, while the addition of KGM improved the freeze-thaw stability of the emulsion, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of emulsion products with high freeze-thaw stability.

RESUMO

Objective: In order to improve the refined management of hospitals, promote the scientific development of smart hospitals in medical institutions, and solve the problem of data filling and reporting that is increasing year by year in the country, province, and city. Methods: A total of 84 high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and screened for high-risk pregnant women. Risk pregnant women were divided into a routine intervention group and a DS medical group, with 42 cases in each group. High-risk pregnant women in the routine intervention group received routine intervention, and the DS medical group applied data to serve smart medical services on the basis of routine intervention. The scores of self-care, anxiety, and depression were compared between the two groups, the coping styles were analyzed, the satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse conditions of the high-risk puerperae were recorded, and the delivery methods of the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, the activities of daily living, follow-up, fetal monitoring, and self-protection behaviors in the DS medical group were higher than those in the routine intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the group were lower, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); after the intervention, the scores of negative coping styles in the DS medical group were lower than those in the conventional intervention group, while the scores for positive coping styles were higher than those in the conventional intervention group; the DS medical group had higher risk. The satisfaction of pregnant women was significantly higher than that of the routine intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the overall incidence of adverse maternal outcomes among high-risk pregnant women in the DS medical group was lower than that of the routine intervention group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the DS medical group had a higher number of vaginal deliveries and a lower number of cesarean deliveries, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of data services in a smart medical high-risk maternity-related data management platform enables the promotion of high-risk pregnant women's self-care behaviors and improves negative emotions, enables them to cooperate in delivery with positive behaviors, and reduces the number of cases of cesarean delivery.

RESUMO

Children with autism spectrum disorder often exhibit delays in achieving motor developmental milestones such as crawling, walking and speech articulation. However, little is known about the neural mechanisms underlying motor-related deficits. Here, we reveal that mice with a syntenic deletion of the chromosome 16p11.2, a common copy number variation associated with autism spectrum disorder, also exhibit delayed motor learning without showing gross motor deficits. Using in vivo two-photon imaging in awake mice, we find that layer 2/3 excitatory neurons in the motor cortex of adult male 16p11.2-deletion mice show abnormally high activity during the initial phase of learning, and the process of learning-induced spine reorganization is prolonged. Pharmacogenetic activation of locus coeruleus noradrenergic neurons was sufficient to rescue the circuit deficits and the delayed motor learning in these mice. Our results unveil an unanticipated role of noradrenergic neuromodulation in improving the delayed motor learning in 16p11.2-deletion male mice.

RESUMO

To investigate the detection threshold of Treponema pallidum specific antibody method by chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) in Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP for Syphilis serological test, and compare with the results derived from CMIA, TP-WB and TPPA method. The result can serve as reference for the application of CLIA. In total 30 887 samples screened by Treponema pallidum specific antibody method were collected by Abbott architect i2000 CMIA from July 2018 to July 2019 in Yanda Hospital of Hebei Province. We selected 153 patients with the ratio of sample absorbance to critical value (S/CO) of 1-9 by CMIA screening of Treponema pallidum specific antibody as the research objects. The reverse sequence of syphilis serological detection was adopted, and TP-WB and TPPA were used as the confirmation methods respectively. MedCalc software was used to analyze the results of ROC curve, and the cut-off value was obtained. Chi square test was used to test the difference significance of counting data. The detection results of Treponema pallidum specific antibody in the same batch of serum samples were unequal by different methods. There was no significant difference between CLIA method and TPPA method, but significant difference between CLIA method with TP-WB method and CMIA method was found. TPPA test results and TP-WB test results were taken as gold standards, ROC curve analysis showed that the best diagnostic cutoff value of CLIA method was 4.01 and 16.06, respectively, and the area under the curve was 0.961 and 0.838. The suggested cutoff value of CLIA method is quite different when using different syphilis serological test methods as the gold standard, Therefore, when the S/CO value determined by CLIA is between 1.00 to 16.06, TP-WB method should be recommended as the first choice in laboratory serological test for recheck and confirmation to avoid clinical misdiagnosis.

RESUMO

Two copper(II)-carboxylate disulfide coordination polymers [Cu2((O2CPhS)2)2(H2O)2] n (1, 2) and one copper(I)-thiolate coordination polymer [Cu( p-SPhCO2H)] n (3) have been synthesized using either the 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (HSPhCO2H) or the 4,4'-dithiodibenzoic acid ((SPhCO2H)2) as ligand. These three compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR, and thermogravimetric analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 are polymorphs with the presence, for both, of dinuclear paddle-wheel copper(II)-carboxylates. In 1, the adjacent dimeric Cu2 units are linked by two (O2CPhS)2 ligands generating a cyclic loop chain, and in 2, each pair of Cu (II) atoms is linked by four ligands to create 2D networks, that are 2-fold interpenetrated. Compound 3 presents a lamellar structure, with an exceptional thermal and chemical stability, and exhibits intrinsic multiple emission between 485 and 660 nm. The different intensities of these bands generate a cyclic luminescence thermochromism from yellow to green to yellow.
