RESUMO

Due to changes in modern classification and nomenclature family Picornaviridae made by the International Committee of Taxonomy of Viruses, conducted genetic and serological reclassification of 36 industrial, typical and laboratory strains porcine enteroviruses isolated in Ukraine. The results of molecular genetic studies of 34 strains assigned to the family Picornaviridae, genus Teschovirus, species Porcine teschovirus, 2 strains of virus did not engage in polymerase chain reaction with species specific primer. In the neutralization reaction of the virus revealed that 23 strains belonging to 1 serotype Porcine teschovirus, 4 strain--PTV-3, 1--to PTV-6, 1 strain--to Porcine sapelovirus, three strains have between typical antigenic properties, and 4 strains--antigenically different from reference strains Porcine teschovirus, Enterovirus G and Porcine sapelovirus.

RESUMO

Research of influence of the probiotic drugs BPS-44 and BPS-L on the state of the antioxidation system by means of experiments on young animals of cattle. The authors have established that the effective functioning of antioxidation system of cattles' blood (a decrease of the products of lipids' peroxidation level and activation of the primary enzymes of antioxidation defense) is provided by the prophylactic use of these probiotics. The most evident positive influence on the antioxidation system of cattle young animals was made by the associate drug BPS-L that causes the essential decrease of malonic dialdehyde, activation of catalase and increase of antioxidation factor value.

RESUMO

Results of creating the home ELISA test-system for diagnostics of enzootic encephalomyelitis (Teschen disease) has been presented. Biological components of diagnosticums has been created and described, reaction stages have been optimized. Sensitivity of the test-system for identification of antibodies to PTV-1 averaged 93%, specificity--100%. In the "sandwich"-variant the strains may be classified as serotype 1.

RESUMO

Optimal methods of purification and concentration of teschevirus strain of the pigs of the first serotype "Chernigivsky-2372" have been chosen for development of the set of Teschen pig discase diagnosticums. It has been established that differential centrifugation with following ultracentrifugation in the gradient of saccharose density permits to deprive viruses from host cell proteins, empty virus capsides and defect virus particles. That is the method fit for purification of virus preparations for the solid-phase immunoenzyme analysis.

RESUMO

Strains of porcine enteroviruses (PEV) (n = 50), have been isolated from different animal species and environment objects: from pigs--19, mice--16, cats--3, rabbits--3, poultry--2, from objects of cattle-breeding premises--7. This testifies to PEV capacity to reproduction in the organism of hosts which are not characteristic of them. Some PEV strains cause cytopathogenic effect in human cell culture. No antigenic relations between 16 investigated strains of porcine enteroviruses and polimyelitis viruses of serotypes 1-3 and Coxsackie B5 were established.
