RESUMO

Trajectory tracking is a key technology for precisely controlling autonomous vehicles. In this paper, we propose a trajectory-tracking method based on model predictive control. Instead of using the forward Euler integration method, the backward Euler integration method is used to establish the predictive model. To meet the real-time requirement, a constraint is imposed on the control law and the warm-start technique is employed. The MPC-based controller is proved to be stable. The simulation results demonstrate that, at the cost of no or a little increase in computational time, the tracking performance of the controller is much better than that of controllers using the forward Euler method. The maximum lateral errors are reduced by 69.09%, 47.89% and 78.66%. The real-time performance of the MPC controller is good. The calculation time is below 0.0203 s, which is shorter than the control period.

RESUMO

Drought and salt are two major abiotic stresses that severely impact plant growth and development, as well as crop production. A previous study showed that OsOSCA1.4, one of eleven rice OSCAs (OsOSCAs), complements hyperosmolality-induced [Ca2+]cyt increases (OICIcyt), salt stress-induced [Ca2+]cyt increases (SICIcyt) and the associated growth phenotype in Arabidopsis osca1 (reduced hyperosmolality-induced [Ca2+]cyt increase 1). In this study, Except for OsOSCA2.3 and OsOSCA4.1, we generated independent transgenic lines overexpressing eight other OsOSCAs in the osca1 to explore their functions in osmotic Ca2+ signalling, stomatal movement, leaf water loss, and root growth in response to hyperosmolality and salt stress. Similar to OsOSCA1.4, overexpression of OsOSCA1.1 or OsOSCA2.2 in osca1 complemented OICIcyt and SICIcyt, as well as stomatal closure and root growth in response to hyperosmolality and salt stress treatments, and drought-related leaf water loss. In addition, overexpression of OsOSCA1.2, OsOSCA1.3 or OsOSCA2.1 in osca1 restored OICIcyt and SICIcyt, whereas overexpression of OsOSCA2.5 or OsOSCA3.1 did not. Moreover, osca1 overexpressing these five OsOSCAs exhibited various abiotic stress-associated growth phenotypes. However, overexpression of OsOSCA2.4 did not have any of these effects. These results indicated that multiple members of the OsOSCA family have redundant functions in osmotic sensing and diverse roles in stress adaption.

RESUMO

In this study, the chemical graft method was used to connect modified graphene oxide (GO) and Fe3O4 through covalent bonds. To make full use of the tribological properties of graphene, aligned graphene oxide@Fe3O4/waterborne polyurethane (GO@Fe3O4/WPU) was prepared in a magnetic field and tribological experiments were carried out on it. The GO@Fe3O4 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and a transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The characterization results show that Fe3O4 is successfully loaded on the surface of GO and GO@Fe3O4 has better dispersibility in WPU. Among the coatings without alignment inducement of GO@Fe3O4, 0.5 wt % GO@Fe3O4/WPU has the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate. In addition, the 0.5 wt % aligned GO@Fe3O4/WPU composite coating has the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate compared with nonaligned and pure WPU coatings. The excellent tribological properties of the aligned composite coating come from its ability to quickly form a uniform and continuous transfer film on the friction counterpair, which avoids direct friction between the friction counterpair and the coating.

RESUMO

Flour whiteness and colour are important factors that influence the quality of wheat flour and end-use products. In this study, a genome wide association study focusing on flour and dough sheet colour using a high density genetic map constructed with 90K single nucleotide polymorphism arrays in a panel of 205 elite winter wheat accessions was conducted in two different locations in 2 years. Eighty-six significant marker-trait associations (MTAs) were detected for flour whiteness and the brightness index (L* value), the redness index (a* value), and the yellowness index (b* value) of flour and dough sheets (P < 10-4) on homologous group 1, 2, 5 and 7, and chromosomes 3A, 3B, 4A, 6A and 6B. Four, three, eleven, eleven MTAs for the flour whiteness, L* value, a* value, b* value, and one MTA for the dough sheet L* value were identified in more than one environment. Based on MATs, some important new candidate genes were identified. Of these, two candidate genes, TraesCS5D01G004300 and Gsp-1D, for BS00000020_51 were found in wheat, relating to grain hardness. Other candidate genes were associated with proteins, the fatty acid biosynthetic process, the ketone body biosynthetic process, etc.

RESUMO

In this work, the effect of modified graphene oxide and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on the tribological and anticorrosion properties of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was studied. The modified graphene oxide (MGO) was obtained by the surface functionalization modification of graphene oxide (GO) with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), and MGO/WPU composite coating and MGO-PTFE/WPU composite coating with different mass fractions of MGO were prepared. The tribological and electrochemical experiment results demonstrated that the tribological properties of the coating and the corrosion resistance of the worn coating were effectively enhanced under the synergistic effect of MGO and PTFE. Finally, a mechanism was proposed to explain the improvement in anticorrosion performance of the worn coating.

RESUMO

Spike-related traits such as spike length (Sl), fertile spikelet number (Fsn), sterile spikelet number (Ssn), grain number per spike (Gns), and thousand-kernel weight (Tkw) are important factors influencing wheat yield. However, reliably stable markers that can be used for molecular breeding in different environments have not yet been identified. In this study, a double haploid (DH) population was used for quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping of five spike-related traits under four different nitrogen (N) supply dates in two locations and years. Seventy additive QTLs with phenotypic variation ranging from 4.12 to 34.74% and 10 major epistatic QTLs were identified. Eight important chromosomal regions on five chromosomes (1B, 2B, 2D, 5D, and 6A) were found. Sixteen stable QTLs were detected for which N application had little effect. Among those stable QTLs, QSl.sdau-2D-1, and QSl.sdau-2D-2, with phenotypic variation explained (PVE) of 10.4 and 24.2%, respectively, were flanked by markers Xwmc112 and Xcfd53 in the same order. The QTLs QSsn.sdau-2B-1, QFsn.sdau-2B-1, and QGns.sdau-2B, with PVE ranging from 4.37 to 28.43%, collocated in the Xwmc179-Xbarc373 marker interval. The consistent kernel wheat QTL (QTkw.sdau-6A) on the long arm of chromosome 6A, flanked by SSR markers Xbarc1055 and Xwmc553, showed PVE of 5.87-15.18%. Among these stable QTLs, the two flanking markers Xwmc112 and Xcfd53 have been validated using different varieties and populations for selecting Sl. Therefore, these results will be of great value for marker-assisted selection (MAS) in breeding programs and will accelerate the understanding of the genetic relationships among spike-related traits at the molecular level.

RESUMO

Hydrothermally synthesised single crystal NiS nanosheets with an exposed (0001) surface exhibited a light conversion efficiency of 8.62% as an electrocatalyst for dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSCs), significantly higher than that of Pt-based DSSCs (7.36%). The theoretical calculations revealed the exposed (0001) surface with superior catalytic activity owing to the existence of sulfur vacancies.
