RESUMO

Overexpression of Glycine max disease resistant 1 (GmDR1) exhibits broad-spectrum resistance against Fusarium virguliforme, Heterodera glycines (soybean cyst nematode), Tetranychus urticae (Koch) (spider mites), and Aphis glycines Matsumura (soybean aphids) in soybean. To understand the mechanisms of broad-spectrum immunity mediated by GmDR1, the transcriptomes of a strong and a weak GmDR1-overexpressor following treatment with chitin, a pathogen- and pest-associated molecular pattern (PAMP) common to these organisms, were investigated. The strong and weak GmDR1-overexpressors exhibited altered expression of 6098 and 992 genes, respectively, as compared to the nontransgenic control following chitin treatment. However, only 192 chitin- and 115 buffer-responsive genes exhibited over two-fold changes in expression levels in both strong and weak GmDR1-overexpressors as compared to the control. MapMan analysis of the 192 chitin-responsive genes revealed 64 biotic stress-related genes, of which 53 were induced and 11 repressed as compared to the control. The 53 chitin-induced genes include nine genes that encode receptor kinases, 13 encode nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat (NLR) receptor proteins, seven encode WRKY transcription factors, four ethylene response factors, and three MYB-like transcription factors. Investigation of a subset of these genes revealed three receptor protein kinases, seven NLR proteins, and one WRKY transcription factor genes that are induced following F. virguliforme and H. glycines infection. The integral plasma membrane GmDR1 protein most likely recognizes PAMPs including chitin and activates transcription of genes encoding receptor kinases, NLR proteins and defense-related genes. GmDR1 could be a pattern recognition receptor that regulates the expression of several NLRs for expression of PAMP-triggered immunity and/or priming the effector triggered immunity.

RESUMO

Skin aging refers to a degenerative process that can be affected and regulated by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The mesenchymal stem cell secretome covers a considerable number of regenerative molecules with anti-aging effects in a wide variety of circumstances. However, it is complex, time-consuming, and costly to identify specific compounds from thousands of natural molecules using conventional methods. With the development of computational biology and machine learning, an efficient workflow was generated to identify novel peptides with anti-aging and skin restoration potential. One of the candidate peptides was discovered and subsequently truncated to a novel peptide named EQ-9, with promising anti-aging effects for topical applications at a concentration of 10 ppm validated by experimental validation. The above-described paradigm is expected to be further applied to the virtual screening of novel peptide molecules targeting specific biological functions from a wide variety of natural resources.

RESUMO

@#Objective    To summarize the efficacy of robot-assisted thoracic surgery (RATS) and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in the treatment of left upper lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods    The clinical data of patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent left upper lobectomy with RATS or VATS in our center from January 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to surgical methods: a RATS group and a VATS group. The baseline clinical data and results were compared between the two groups. Results    A total of 145 patients were included. There were 78 males and 67 females with a mean age of 59.9 years. There were 63 patients in the RATS group and 82 patients in the VATS group. There was no death within 30 days after operation in both groups. In the RATS group, the drainage volume on the second postoperative day (233.49±83.94 mL vs. 284.88±120.21 mL, P=0.003), total operative time (126.94±29.50 min vs. 181.59±61.51 min, P=0.000), intraoperative resection time of the left upper lobe (76.48±27.52 min vs. 107.23±47.84 min, P=0.000), intraoperative blood loss (P=0.000), and conversion rate to thoracotomy (P=0.018) were significantly better than those in the VATS group. The group (5.41±0.94 groups vs. 4.83±1.31 groups, P=0.002) and number (18.27±7.39 vs. 12.76±6.54, P=0.000) of dissected lymph nodes in the RATS group were significantly more than those in the VATS group. The differences in the drainage volume on the first day after operation, postoperative intubation time, postoperative hospital stay or postoperative complications between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion    The application of RATS in the left upper lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer is safe and feasible, and has obvious advantages over VATS.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the value of the 8-channel eye surface phased array coil in improving image quality and demonstrating ocular masses on 3.0 T MR scanner. Methods:From July 2018 to January 2020, the data of orbital MRI in 692 patients with ocular masses on 6 medical centers were prospectively collected. The patients were simple randomly assigned into 8-channel eye surface phased array coil group (413 patients) or 8-channel head phased array coil group (279 patients), with the same MRI sequences. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were calculated in orbital anatomy structures and masses (eyelid mass, intraocular mass, lacrimal mass and orbital mass). The image quality scores including motion artifact, mass margin, the relationship between the mass and adjacent structures, and overall image quality were recorded. The differences of image quality between the two groups were compared by two independent sample t-test or Wilcoxon rank test. Results:The SNR and CNR were higher in eye surface coil group than those in head coil group ( P<0.05). The scores of ocular movement artifacts were higher in head coil group than those in surface coil group ( P<0.05). The scores of intraocular mass margin, the relationship between the mass and adjacent structures, and overall image quality were higher in surface coil group than those in head coil group ( P<0.001). There were no significant differences in mass margin, the relationship between the mass and adjacent structures, and overall image quality scores of eyelid, lacrimal gland, and orbital mass between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:3.0 T MR scanner combined with the 8-channel eye surface phased array coil can improve the SNR and CNR of orbital MR images, the demonstration of the intraocular mass margin and the relationship between the mass and adjacent structures.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the mediating role of self-perceptions of aging between frailty and cognitive function in community-dwelling older adults. Methods:From February to July 2021, a total of 528 elderly people in Xinxiang community were investigated with the frailty phenotype, the brief self-perceptions ageing questionnaire and the Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) scale.According to the MMSE total score and education level, the subjects were divided into cognitive impairment group (illiteracy≤17, primary school≤20, junior high school and above≤24, n=74) and cognitive normal group( n=454). SPSS 25.0 software was used for common method deviation test, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, while AMOS 24.0 software was used to build structural equation model and Bootstrap method was used for intermediary effect test. Results:(1)The prevalence of cognitive impairment among the elderly in the community was 14.1%. The differences between the cognitively normal group and cognitively impaired group were statistically significant in terms of age, education, number of chronic diseases suffered and depression ( χ2=59.21, 6.53, 9.84, 25.47, all P<0.05). The differences were statistically significant in terms of frailty( χ2=75.65, P<0.001) and self-perceptions of aging ( t=77.67, P<0.001). (2)Self-perceptions of aging in the cognitively impaired group (47.39±8.66) was higher than that in the cognitively normal group (38.22±8.24) ( t=77.67, P<0.001) .Frailty score in cognitively impaired group (2.00 (1.00, 3.00)) was higher than that in the cognitively normal group (0.00 (0.00, 1.00))( Z=-8.63, P<0.001) . (3)Frailty was negatively correlated with cognitive function ( r=-0.492, P<0.01), and positively correlated with self-perceptions of aging ( r=0.540, P<0.01). Self-perceptions of aging was negatively correlated with cognitive function ( r=-0.541, P<0.01) . After controlling the influencing factors such as age, education level, chronic diseases and depression, the correlation was still significant (all P<0.01) . (4) Self-perceptions of aging played a partially mediating role in the relationship between frailty and cognitive function, the mediating effect accounted for 58.5% of the total effect. Conclusion:Frailty and self-perceptions of aging have a significant impact on the cognitive function of the elderly in the community, and self-perceptions of aging plays a partial intermediary role between the frailty and cognitive function of the elderly in the community.

RESUMO

Bone substitute material implantation has become an important treatment strategy for the repair of oral and maxillofacial bone defects. Recent studies have shown that appropriate inflammatory and immune cells are essential factors in the process of osteoinduction of bone substitute materials. Previous studies have mainly focused on innate immune cells such as macrophages. In our previous work, we found that T lymphocytes, as adaptive immune cells, are also essential in the osteoinduction procedure. As the most important antigen-presenting cell, whether dendritic cells (DCs) can recognize non-antigen biomaterials and participate in osteoinduction was still unclear. In this study, we found that surgical trauma associated with materials implantation induces necrocytosis, and this causes the release of high mobility group protein-1 (HMGB1), which is adsorbed on the surface of bone substitute materials. Subsequently, HMGB1-adsorbed materials were recognized by the TLR4-MYD88-NFκB signal axis of dendritic cells, and the inflammatory response was activated. Finally, activated DCs release regeneration-related chemokines, recruit mesenchymal stem cells, and initiate the osteoinduction process. This study sheds light on the immune-regeneration process after bone substitute materials implantation, points out a potential direction for the development of bone substitute materials, and provides guidance for the development of clinical surgical methods.

RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate the changes of ambient dose equivalent rate in 99mTcO4- single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) of the thyroid among patients with hyperthyroidism, so as to provide insights into radiation protection guidance.@*Methods@#Patients with hyperthyroidism who underwent 99mTcO4- SPECT of the thyroid in a tertiary hospital were enrolled. The ambient dose equivalent rate was measured at different time points following 99mTcO4- infection and at sites with different distances from patients' neck, and the effects of time post-injection, distance from patients' neck, 24-hour thyroidal radioiodine uptake and thyroid weight on the ambient dose equivalent rate were examined using a generalized linear mixed model.@*Results@#Totally 100 patients with hyperthyroidism were enrolled, including 24 men and 76 women and with a mean age of (38.5±14.0) years. The generalized linear mixed model was statistically significant (F=6 610.165, P<0.001), and patients' thyroid weight, time post-injection and distance from patients' neck significantly affected the ambient dose equivalent rate (F=57.967, 15 988.574, 11 200.645, all P<0.001), and the ambient dose equivalent rate positively correlated with patients' thyroid weight and negatively correlated with time post-injection and distance from patients' neck.@*Conclusions@#The ambient dose equivalent rate is affected by patients' thyroid weight, time post-injection and distance from patients' neck among patients with hyperthyroidism undergoing 99mTcO4- SPECT of the thyroid. Delay in contact with patients or keeping distance from patients may be effective for radiation protection.

RESUMO

This study explores the influence of the power of family business successors on firm innovation under the theory of social embeddedness. Based on the 2000-2019 unbalanced panel data of listed Chinese family enterprises, this study empirically examines the differences in the influence of the implicit and explicit power of successors on incremental and radical innovation respectively. Our findings show that explicit power has a more positive impact on incremental innovation, while implicit power is more conducive to promoting radical innovation. In addition, the study finds that the reason why the explicit power of succession does not have a significant impact on radical innovation, that is, the reason why board dissent is not related to radical innovation, is that some of the major innovation decisions in the enterprise are not all made at formal meetings. The research conclusions not only extend the theoretical application of social embeddedness in family enterprises, but also provide certain practical guidance for promoting enterprise innovation.

RESUMO

There is limited information describing the course and severity of illness in subjects infected by the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant, especially in children. In this population-based cohort study, subjects with Omicron variant infection during the outbreak between January 8 and February 12, 2022 in Tianjin, China were included. The main outcomes were the distribution of illness severity and clinical courses. Of the 429 subjects (113 [26.3%] children; 239 [55.7%] female; median age, 36 years [IQR 15.0 to 55.0 years]), the proportion (95% CI) of symptomatic subjects on admission was 95.6% (93.2%, 97.2%), including 60.4% (55.7%, 64.9%) mild, 35.0% (30.6%, 39.6%) moderate, and 0.2% (0.0%, 1.3%) severe. Compared with adults, children had lower proportion of moderate Covid-19 (8.8% vs 44.3%). The median (IQR) length of hospital stay was 14.0 (12.0, 15.0) days. Symptomatic and moderate Covid-19 in Omicron infections was common in adults and children.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the application value of Hisense computer-assisted surgery system (CAS) three-dimensional reconstruction in the precision treatment of pediatric liver tumors. Methods:The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 82 children with liver tumors who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2013 to September 2021 were collected. There were 39 males and 43 females, aged 13(19)months. Children underwent upper abdominal dynamic enhanced computed tomography (CT) examination, and three-dimensional reconstruction was performed on CT images of arterial, equili-brium and venous phases with Hisense CAS. Surgical feasibility and scheme were evaluated and conducted based on the results of upper abdominal dynamic enhanced CT examination, and then revised according to three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS. Observation indicators: (1) comparison of surgical scheme between two-dimensional enhanced CT images and three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS; (2) intraoperative and postoperative situations; (3) follow-up. Follow-up was conducted by outpatient examination to detect postoperative compli-cations and residual liver compensation up to November 2021. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M(IQR) or M(range). Count data were described as absolute numbers or percentages. Results:(1) Comparison of surgical scheme between two-dimensional CT images and three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS. ① Based on the two-dimensional CT images, 42 cases of 82 children could undergo one-stage resection and 40 children could not. However, based on the three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS, 48 cases of 82 children could undergo one-stage resection and 34 children could not. There were 6 children with one-stage resection feasibility based on the three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS rather than the two-dimensional CT images. For the 34 children undergoing chemotherapy firstly, 31 cases had surgical feasibility after chemotherapy based on the two-dimensional CT images and 3 cases could not undergo surgery because of unapparent tumor regression or tumor surrounding impor-tant vessels. However, the 34 children had surgical feasibility after chemotherapy based on the three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS. The revision rate of surgical feasibility was 11.0%(9/82) for the 82 children. ② Based on the two-dimensional CT images, 15 cases of 82 children underwent liver left lobectomy, 21 cases underwent liver right lobectomy, 7 cases underwent mesohepatectomy, 13 cases underwent extended left hemihepatectomy, 23 cases underwent extended right hemihepatectomy, 3 cases underwent segmental hepatectomy. However, based on the three-dimensional reconstruction results of Hisense CAS, 20 cases of 82 children underwent liver left lobectomy, 29 cases underwent liver right lobectomy, 7 cases underwent mesohepatectomy, 7 cases underwent extended left hemihepatectomy, 14 cases underwent extended right hemihepatectomy, 5 cases underwent segmental hepatectomy. The revision rate of surgical scheme was 36.6%(30/82) for the 82 children. (2) Intraoperative and postoperative situations. The operation time, volume of intraoperative blood loss, duration of postoperative hospital stay of the 82 children were (182±18)minutes, 20(10)mL, (10.2±1.9)days, respectively. (3) Follow-up. All the 82 children were followed up for 10 (range, 2?18)months. There was no obvious complication occurred to the 82 children after surgery, and the residual liver can satisfy the liver compensation of body. All the children survived well.Conclusion:Three-dimensional reconstruction of Hisense CAS is conducive to judging the surgical feasibility and formulation of accurate surgical plan of children with liver tumors.

RESUMO

Objective:To analyze and summarize the application and significance of the computer-assisted surgery system in precision surgery of mediastinal tumors in children. Methods:The clinical data of 54 children that underwent mediastinal tumor resection surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from August 2008 to November 2021 were collected.According to whether the Hisense CAS computer-assisted surgery system was used before the operation, the patients were divided into three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction group (29 cases, 53.70%) and two-dimensional (2D) CT group (25 cases, 46.30%). The surgical indicators, postoperative hospital stay, and the incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups. The t-test, Mann- Whitney U test, χ2 test or Fisher′ s exact test were carried out for statistical analysis.Simulated surgery and actual surgery were compared for both 3D reconstruction and 2D CT groups. Results:There were no significant differences in gender, age, height, weight, maximum tumor diameter and tumor location between the 3D reconstruction group and 2D CT group (all P>0.05). The operation time of the 3D reconstruction group was [(125.14±41.37) min] was shorter than that of the 2D CT group [(149.24±44.53) min] ( P=0.044). The intraoperative blood loss in the 3D reconstruction group [15.00(13.50, 25.00) mL] was less than that in the 2D CT group [36.00(30.00, 75.00) mL] ( P<0.001). In addition, the indwelling time the closed thoracic drainage tube [4.00 (3.00, 5.50) d] and postoperative hospitalization days [(8.83±3.39) d] in the 3D reconstruction group were shorter than those in the 2D CT group [7.00(5.00, 11.50) d, (11.00±4.10) d] ( P=0.001, 0.038). No significant difference in postoperative complication rates was found between the 3D reconstruction group and 2D CT group ( P>0.05). The simulated operation was consistent with the actual operation in the 3D reconstruction group. Conclusions:3D reconstruction by the computer-assisted surgery system can truly reveal the anatomical relationship between tumors and surrounding organs and blood vessels, and improve the accuracy and safety of surgical resection of mediastinal tumors in children.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the value of periodically rotated overlapping parallel lines with enhanced reconstruction (PROPELLER) in improving ability of demonstrating ocular masses on 3.0 T MR scanner. Methods:This study was a multi-center prospective study involving 6 centers. From July 2018 to January 2020, totally 413 patients with ocular masses from 6 centers were prospectively enrolled, and all of them underwent T 1WI and T 2WI, PROPELLER T 1 FLAIR and T 2WI, and contrast-enhanced scans. The signal intensity of eyelid, vitreous body, lacrimal gland, intraorbital segment of optic nerve, and orbital masses of eyelid, intraocular, lacrimal gland and retrobulbar were measured by two radiologists, and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast noise ratio (CNR) were calculated. The 5-point scoring method was used to evaluate the motion artefacts, tumor edges and the relationship between the tumor and adjacent structures, and the overall score of image quality was calculated. Paired t-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the image quality between PROPELLER and non-PROPELLER images. Results:The SNR and CNR of PROPELLER T 2WI were higher than those of non-PROPELLER T 2WI (all P<0.001). The SNR and CNR of PROPELLER T 1 FLAIR were lower than those of non-PROPELLER T 1WI (all P<0.05). The scores of artefacts and overall image quality in PROPELLER images were higher than those in non-PROPELLER images (all P<0.001). The tumor edge and the relationship between the tumor and adjacent structures scores of eyelid, intraocular, and lacrimal gland masses in PROPELLER images were higher than those in non-PROPELLER images (all P<0.001),while compared to non-PROPELLER images, retro-global masses in PROPELLER images showed no significant differences (all P>0.05). Conclusion:PROPELLER can reduce ocular motion artefacts, effectively improve image quality and ability of demonstrating anterior (eyelid, intraocular, and lacrimal gland) masses.

RESUMO

To investigate the duration of humoral immune response in convalescent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients, we conduct a 12-month longitudinal study through collecting a total of 1,782 plasma samples from 869 convalescent plasma donors in Wuhan, China and test specific antibody responses. The results show that positive rate of IgG antibody against receptor-binding domain of spike protein (RBD-IgG) to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in the COVID-19 convalescent plasma donors exceeded 70% for 12 months post diagnosis. The level of RBD-IgG decreases with time, with the titer stabilizing at 64.3% of the initial level by the 9th month. Moreover, male plasma donors produce more RBD-IgG than female, and age of the patients positively correlates with the RBD-IgG titer. A strong positive correlation between RBD-IgG and neutralizing antibody titers is also identified. These results facilitate our understanding of SARS-CoV-2-induced immune memory to promote vaccine and therapy development.

RESUMO

Understanding the relationship between air quality, pollution emission control measures, and meteorological conditions is important for developing effective air quality improvement policies. In this study, we used pollution monitoring and meteorological data from January to May 2020 to analyze the air quality characteristics during the COVID-19 lockdown in Wuhan, which lasted from January 23 to April 8, 2020. Compared with the same period in 2019, the air quality in 2020 was significantly better. The total excellent and good air quality rates increased by 17.58%-90.08% in 2020; concentrations of NO2, particulate matter with a diameter <10 µm (PM10) and <2.5 µm (PM2.5), and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) also decreased by 38.23%, 30.25%, 32.92%, and 39.80%, respectively. Moreover, the number of days with NO2, PM10, and PM2.5 as the primary pollutants decreased by approximately 10%, 9%, and 15%, respectively. We compared the wind direction, wind speed, temperature, and relative humidity in January-April 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017 and found no obvious correlation between meteorological factors and improved air quality during the 2020 lockdown. The implementation of strict lockdown measures, such as home quarantining, traffic restrictions, and non-essential enterprise shutdowns, was the dominant cause for the substantial air quality improvement during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown in Wuhan.

RESUMO

Objective:To compare the tropism of different adeno-associated virus (AAV) serotypes in retinal cells. Methods:The plasmids pFastBacDual-inCap and pFastBacDual-ITR-CMV-EGFP were constructed for AAV packaging with the baculovirus expression system.Recombinant adeno-associated virus type 2(rAAV2), 6, 8 and 9 serotypes were packaged, and the infectivity of rAAV was evaluated by infecting HEK293T cells at multiplicity of infection(MOI)2000.Twenty-five C57BL/6 mice were divided into five groups, with five mice per group. In the three experimental groups, both eyes of each mouse were injected 1 μl rAAV intravitreally, and 1 μl phosphate buffered saline (PBS) for the eyes of the control group. Two weeks after injection, the retinal tissues were collected for preparing flat mounts and cryosections.Enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene expression was observed via fluorescence microscopy and laser scanning confocal microscopy. The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology. Results:The infection efficiency of the recombinant virus to HEK293T cells was rAAV2>rAAV6>rAAV8>rAAV9, and the transduction efficiency was 39.5%, 18.4%, 8.7% and 4.6%, respectively. In mouse retinal transduction, rAAV2 and rAAV6 were highly expressed in the ganglion cells, and rAAV8 and rAAV9 were highly expressed in the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and photoreceptor cells.rAAV2-mediated EGFP expression in retinas was stable within three months after injection. Conclusions:Different rAAV serotypes have varying tropism and transduction efficiencies in retinal cells through intravitreal injection, rAAV2 has a high transduction efficiency and it can be stably expressed in retinas within three months after injection.

RESUMO

F-box only protein 8 (FBX8), as a critical component of the SKP1-CUL1-F-box (SCF) E3 ubiquitin ligases, has been associated with several malignancies through interacting with a member of proteins. However, the substrates of FBX8 for destruction in the progression of colorectal carcinoma (CRC) need to be explored. Here, we show that loss of FBX8 accelerates chemical-induced colon tumorigenesis. FBX8 directly targets GSTP1 for ubiquitin-mediated proteasome degradation in CRC. GSTP1 promotes the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of CRC cells. Furthermore, GSTP1 is upregulated in CRC tissue samples and predicts poor prognosis of CRC patients. The inactivation of FBX8 negatively correlated with increased levels and stability of GSTP1 in clinical CRC tissues and FBX8 knockout transgenic mice. These findings identify a novel ubiquitination pathway as FBX8-GSTP1 axis that regulates the progression of CRC, which might be a potential prognostic biomarker for CRC patients.

RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical operation combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on squamous cell carcinoma in elderly patients.@*Methods@#Forty-six patients with squamous cell carcinoma visiting dermatology department of our hospital from January 2011 to July 2014 were enrolled. They were randomizely divided into two groups: the control group(n=23)receiving a microsurgical treatment and the observation group(n=23)receiving liquid nitrogen cryotherapy as add-on to a microsurgical operation. All patients were followed up for 1-3 years.Clinical efficacy, 1-year recurrence rate, 1-year transfer rate and the survival rate were compared between the two groups.@*Results@#The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(91.3% vs.82.6%, P<0.05). The 1-year recurrence rate and 1-year transfer rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group(13.4% vs.17.4%, 4.3% vs.8.7%, P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#The surgery combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and transfer rate after operation and prolong the survival time, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
