Síndrome de respuesta inflamatoria fetal y morbilidad neonatal / Inflammatory response about fetal syndrome and neonatal morbidity

En la Facultad de Medicina de Guantánamo, durante enero a julio de 2016, se sistematizan referentes relacionados con el Síndrome de respuesta inflamatoria fetal y su influencia en la salud perinatal y neonatal, con el propósito de brindar a médicos generales las bases teóricas que sustenten su autopreparación para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de esta entidad. Se connota el valor que para el diagnóstico del síndrome tienen la determinación de mediadores de la inflamación en el plasma fetal y en el líquido amniótico, así como el antecedente materno de infección intraamniótica con o sin membranas ovulares rotas. Se reconoce la necesidad del uso de antimicrobianos, la extracción oportuna del feto, y la atención integral al neonato, para reducir las complicaciones neonatales(AU)

In the Faculty of Medicine Guantanamo, during January to July of 2016, relating related with the fetal inflammatory response syndrome and their influence are systematized in the perinatal and neonatal health, with the purpose of offering general doctors the theoretical bases that sustain their preparation for the diagnosis and treatment of this entity. The value is connoted that have the determination of mediators of the inflammation in the fetal plasm for the diagnosis of the syndrome and in the amniotic liquid, as well as the maternal antecedent of infection intra amniotic with or without ovular membranes broken. It is recognized the necessity of the antibiotics use, the opportune extraction of the fetus, and the integral attention to the newborn, to reduce the neonatal complications

La tarea docente en el desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales en el estudiante de Medicina / The teaching task in the development of professional skills in the medical student

Durante enero a julio de 2015, en la Facultad de Medicina de Guantánamo, se sistematizan referentes teóricos relacionados con la tarea docente como una vía que facilita la labor del profesor encaminada a la preparación del estudiante de Medicina para resolver problemas de salud mediante una atención médica integral. Se define un sistema de tareas para el logro de este propósito(AU)
