RESUMO

This study analyzes panel data of Chinese cities from 2003 to 2018 as a sample in the context of the dual circulation strategy in China to ascertain the impact of urban healthcare development on medical collaborative innovation efficiency by using the GS2SLS method. Furthermore, it empirically examines the influence mechanism of regional healthcare development on medical collaborative innovation efficiency by using a threshold regression model. Additionally, we identified the heterogeneity of this impact in different cities. The results show the following: (1) There is a significant positive spatial correlation between regional healthcare development and medical collaborative innovation efficiency; (2) Under the dual circulation strategy, the regional investment level in international circulation has the most significant role in the overall strategy, and domestic circulation has been significantly improved after the launch of the innovation-driven strategy; (3) The results of the threshold test show that while domestic and international circulation promote the efficiency of collaborative innovation by 0.83, the promotion effect is more obvious under a higher regional healthcare development level. The research in this paper can provide specific guidance for the development of China's healthcare industry under the background of dual-cycle strategy, and can also provide valuable reference for developing countries in the world.

RESUMO

Based on its potential bioactivities and sustainable source, polysaccharide (glucuronoxylomannan) from fruit bodies of Tremella fuciformis (TFP) aroused attention in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The present study aimed at revealing its chain conformational and physicochemical properties. By using HPSEC-MALLS-Visc-RI measurement, worm-like cylinder model calculation and AFM observation, we manifested that TFP existed as flexible chains in 0.15 M NaCl (pH 7.4) solution, with the persistence length of 9.20 nm and chain diameter of 0.97 nm. Meanwhile, TFP solution exhibited shear-thinning behavior with C* at 5.3 mg mL-1, owning the feature of entangled polysaccharide. TFP solution changed from liquid-like to solid-like behavior as frequency increases, and the crossover points shifted to lower frequencies with concentration increasing. Besides, the strong moisture retention ability of TFP was evaluated. These characteristics indicated that TFP could be utilized to design microstructure system and applied as stabilizer or moisture holding ingredient in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic system.

RESUMO

Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide (TFP) is an important bioactive substance in Tremella, that contributes to its use as medicine and food. In this study, a novel fungus Tremella fuciformis XY was isolated and introduced to produce macromolecule polysaccharides (TFPB). The fermentation conditions were optimized and results demonstrates that the initial pH, optimal temperature and liquid volume were 6.0, 26 °C and 80 mL in a 500 mL flask, respectively. The maximum yield of TFPB was 9.05 ± 0.05 g/L, which is 59.05% higher than the basic yield (5.69 ± 0.02 g/L). The TFPB, purified by DEAE column, had a molecular weight (Mw) of 1.14 × 103 kDa and consisted mainly of mannose, glucuronic acid, glucose, galactose, xylose, and rhamnose at a molar ratio of 3.5:1.2:2:1.6:1.4:3. The structure of TFPB was preliminarily investigated by methylation analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. The main linkage types were identified as 1,4-xylp, 1,4-manp, 1-xylp, 1-manp, 1,4-glcp, and 1,3,4-galp. Moreover, the antioxidant assays showed that TFPB could scavenge reactive oxygen species and hydroxyl radicals.
