RESUMO
A method was suggested for identifying reladorm and donormil in pharmaceutical drugs and biological objects. The above substances are isolated by 96% ethanol or by mixture of chloroform and isopropanol. 7 color reactions, 3 microcrystalloscopic reactions and chromatography in thin sorbent layer are suggested for identification.

A method for identification of captopress and novopassit in drugs and biological objects is suggested. These agents are isolated by 90% ethanol or chloroform mixture with isopropanol. 11 color tests and thin-layer chromatography are suggested for identification. The threshold level of captopress detection is 0.1 mg%, that of novopassit 5 mg%.

According to printed research results, the endogenic level of ethanol in blood amounts to 0.001-0.3%, the physiological level amounts to 0.01-0.4% and the lethal level amounts to 3-17.6%. It was established experimentally that the absolute lethal level of ethanol in blood does not exceed 15%. Criteria of incidental contamination of analyzed blood sample with ethanol are described.

Autopsy data indicate that urolithiasis is found in 3.6% of 100 autopsies, most frequently in men (62 cases) over 40 years of age. In 2/3 of patients the length of the disease was under 8 years, rarer over 15 years. In most cases renal involvement was bilateral (72 patients). In more that 70% two or three operations were performed. A pathogenetic relationship was found between urolithiasis and malformations of the kidneys and ureters, urinary stasis in disorders of innervation of lesser pelvis organs, hyperplasia of the prostate and disorders of the mineral metabolism.

Upon the analysis of 50 cases of cancer of the stomach, the authors compared the size and composition of stromal cellular infiltrate, the size of active vascular bed in the tumor, mitotic activity of the tumor cells, the severity of regression in adenocarcinomas and signet ring cell polymorphocellular carcinoma of the stomach. The authors established the necessity of a comprehensive investigation of the tumor parenchyma and specificities of parenchymal blood supply for determination of local immune response in the tumor in relation to its efficiency.
