In recent years, laser cladding technology has been widely used in surface modification of titanium alloys. To improve the wear resistance of titanium alloys, ceramic-reinforced nickel-based composite coatings were prepared on a TC4 alloy substrateusing coaxial powder feeding laser cladding technology. Ti (C, N) ceramic was synthesized in situ by laser cladding by adding different contents (10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%) of TiN, pure Ti powder, graphite, and In625 powder. Thisestudy showed that small TiN particles were decomposed and directly formed the Ti (C, N) phase, while large TiN particles were not completely decomposed. The in situ synthetic TiCxN1-x phase was formed around the large TiN particles. With the increase in the proportion of powder addition, the wear volume of the coating shows a decreasing trend, and the wear resistance of the surface coating is improving. The friction coefficient of the sample with 40% TiN, pure Ti powder, and graphite powder is 0.829 times that of the substrate. The wear volume is 0.145 times that of the substrate. The reason for this is that with the increase in TiN, Ti, and graphite in the powder, there are more ceramic phases in the cladding layer, and the hard phases such as TiC, Ti(C, N) and Ti2Ni play the role in the structure of the "backbone", inhibit the damage caused by micro-cutting, and impede the movement of the tearing point of incision, so that the coating has a higher abrasion resistance.

Recycling solid waste for preparing sulfoaluminate cementitious materials (SACM) represents a promising approach for low-carbon development. There are drastic physical-chemical reactions during SACM calcination. However, there is a lack of research on the flue gas pollutants emissions from this process. Condensable particulate matter (CPM) has been found to constitute the majority of the primary PM emitted from various fuel combustion. In this study, the emission characteristics of CPM during the calcination of SACM were determined using tests in both a real-operated kiln and laboratory experiments. The mass concentration of CPM reached 96.6 mg/Nm3 and occupied 87% of total PM emission from the SACM kiln. Additionally, the mass proportion of SO42- in the CPM reached 93.8%, thus indicating that large quantities of sulfuric acid mist or SO3 were emitted. CaSO4 was one key component for the formation of main mineral ye'elimite (3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4), and its decomposition probably led to the high SO42- emission. Furthermore, the use of CaSO4 as a calcium source led to SO42- emission factor much higher than conventional calcium sources. Higher calcination temperature and more residence time also increased SO42- emission. The most abundant heavy metal in kiln flue gas and CPM was Zn. However, the total condensation ratio of heavy metals detected was only 40.5%. CPM particles with diameters below 2.5 µm and 4-20 µm were both clearly observed, and components such as Na2SO4 and NaCl were conformed. This work contributes to the understanding of CPM emissions and the establishment of pollutant reduction strategies for waste collaborative disposal in cement industry.

To investigate the influence of irisin on endometrial receptivity of rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). PCOS rats were randomly divided into PCOS group and irisin group, and normal rats were used as control group. The PCOS group and control group were injected intraperitoneally with normal saline while the irisin group with recombinant irisin. The serum and uterus were obtained. Detect serum sex hormones, including Testosterone (T), Estradiol (E2), Progesterone (P), and glucose, insulin levels. Observe endometrial morphology by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Then evaluate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and integrin αvß3 in endometrium using ELISA, immunohistochemistry and Real-time PCR. (1) Levels of serum T, glucose and insulin in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in control and irisin group. (2) For the endometrial morphology, levels of equivalent diameter, area of uterine glands and gland cavity and endometrial average thickness were lower in PCOS group than those in control and irisin group. (3) LIF and integrin αvß3 mRNA were basically consistent with protein expression. Levels of LIF and integrin αvß3 were decreased in PCOS group when compared with control and irisin group. Irisin may improve endometrial receptivity by promoting expression of LIF and integrin αvß3.
