RESUMO

This research aimed to study the effect of Uremic Clearance Granules on chronic kidney disease in SD rats by using the methods of microbial functional genomics combined with metabolomics, and to preliminarily explore its mechanism. The SD rat model of chronic kidney disease was established by the adenine-induced method. After the model was successfully induced, the animals were randomly divided into a negative control group, a Uremic Clearance Granule treatment group, and a normal control group, with 8 rats in each group. After 4 weeks of administration, animal feces and serum were collected, and 16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to analyze the abundance, diversity, and function prediction of intestinal microorganisms. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) technology was used to perform high-throughput sequencing to detect animal serum metabolites. The MetPA database was used to screen out potential biomarkers of chronic kidney disease in rats and conduct the enrichment analysis of metabolic pathways. Spearman's method was used to analyze the correlation between the two omics. The results showed that Uremic Clearance Granules effectively improved the body weight loss and renal function-related biochemical and appearance indicators in rats with chronic kidney disease. The results of 16S rDNA sequencing showed that Uremic Clearance Granules regulated the diversity and composition of the intestinal flora in rats with chronic kidney disease. The changes in the intestinal flora affected functional metabolic pathways such as amino acid biosynthesis and metabolism, lipid metabolism, and carbohydrate metabolism. The results of LC-MS showed that as compared with the negative control group, 15 metabolites were reversed in the Uremic Clearance Granule treatment group, among which 11 potential marker metabolites were significantly up-regulated and 4 potential marker metabolites were significantly down-regulated. Five amino acid metabolic pathways were mainly involved, which were significantly correlated with changes in the intestinal flora. Therefore, Uremic Clearance Granules can improve the renal function of rats with chronic kidney disease, and the mechanism may be related to its effect on the amino acid metabolism pathway by regulating the intestinal flora.

RESUMO

With the development of the internet, applications have become complicated, and the relevant technology has diversified. Compared with medical applications, the significance of information technology has been expanding to include clinical auxiliary functions of medical information. This includes electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions, medical information systems, etc. Although research on the data processing structure and format of various related systems is becoming mature, the integration is insufficient. An integrated medical information system with security policy and privacy protection, which combines e-patient records, e-prescriptions, modified smart cards, and fingerprint identification systems, and applies proxy signature and group signature, is proposed in this study. This system effectively applies and saves medical resources-satisfying the mobility of medical records, presenting the function, and security of medicine collection, and avoiding medical conflicts and profiteering to further acquire the maximum effectiveness with the least resources. In this way, this medical information system may be developed into a comprehensive function that eliminates the transmission of manual documents and maintains the safety of patient medical information. It can improve the quality of medical care and indispensable infrastructure for medical management.

RESUMO

This paper reports the photoluminescence (PL) properties of InGaN/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) light-emitting diodes grown on silicon substrates which were designed with different tensile stress controlling architecture like periodic Si δ-doping to the n-type GaN layer or inserting InGaN/AlGaN layer for investigating the strain-controlled recombination mechanism in the system. PL results turned out that tensile stress released samples had better PL performances as their external quantum efficiencies increased to 17%, 7 times larger than the one of regular sample. Detail analysis confirmed they had smaller nonradiative recombination rates ((2.5~2.8)×10-2 s-1 compared to (3.6~4.7)× 10-2 s-1), which was associated with the better crystalline quality and absence of dislocations or cracks. Furthermore, their radiative recombination rates were found more stable and were much higher ((5.7~5.8) ×10-3 s-1 compared to [9~7] ×10-4 s-1) at room temperature. This was ascribed to the suppression of shallow localized states on MQW interfaces, leaving the deep radiative localization centers inside InGaN layers dominating the radiative recombination.

RESUMO

Pet markets involve in great commercial possibilities, which boost thriving development of veterinary hospital businesses. The service tends to intensive competition and diversified channel environment. Information technology is integrated for developing the veterinary hospital cloud service platform. The platform contains not only pet medical services but veterinary hospital management and services. In the study, QR Code andcloud technology are applied to establish the veterinary hospital cloud service platform for pet search by labeling a pet's identification with QR Code. This technology can break the restriction on veterinary hospital inspection in different areas and allows veterinary hospitals receiving the medical records and information through the exclusive QR Code for more effective inspection. As an interactive platform, the veterinary hospital cloud service platform allows pet owners gaining the knowledge of pet diseases and healthcare. Moreover, pet owners can enquire and communicate with veterinarians through the platform. Also, veterinary hospitals can periodically send reminders of relevant points and introduce exclusive marketing information with the platform for promoting the service items and establishing individualized marketing. Consequently, veterinary hospitals can increase the profits by information share and create the best solution in such a competitive veterinary market with industry alliance.
