RESUMO

This paper considers solving a class of optimization problems which are modeled as the sum of all agents' convex cost functions and each agent is only accessible to its individual function. Communication between agents in multiagent networks is assumed to be limited: each agent can only interact information with its neighbors by using time-varying communication channels with limited capacities. A technique which overcomes the limitation is to implement a quantization process to the interacted information. The quantized information is first encoded as a binary sequence at the side of each agent before sending. After the binary sequence is received by the neighboring agent, corresponding decoding scheme is utilized to resume the original information with a certain degree of error which is caused by the quantization process. With the availability of each agent's encoding states (associated with its out-channels) and decoding states (associated with its in-channels), we devise a set of distributed optimization algorithms that generate two iterative sequences, one of which converges to the optimal solution and the other of which reaches to the optimal value. We prove that if the parameters satisfy some mild conditions, the quantization errors are bounded and the consensus optimization can be achieved. How to minimize the number of quantization level of each connected communication channel in fixed networks is also explored thoroughly. It is found that, by properly choosing system parameters, one bit information exchange suffices to ensure consensus optimization. Finally, we present two numerical simulation experiments to illustrate the efficacy of the algorithms as well as to validate the theoretical findings.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the positive expression of ATP binding cassette transporter protein F2 (ABCF2) in ovarian cancer tissue and its relationship with chemotherapy resistance. Methods 91 patients with ovarian cancer specimens were selected and 42 cases from the tumor 5cm adjacent tissues as normal controls, ABCF2 expression in each sample was detected by immunohistochemical staining , the relationship between ABCF2 expression and clinicopathological features of patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed .Results The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in ovarian cancer tissue was 68.13%, which was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue (9.52%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression of ABCF2 was not related to the age and organization type of ovarian cancer patients. The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in stage III~IV was 86.54%, which was significantly higher than that of phase I~II (43.59%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of ABCF2 in patients with chemotherapy resistance was 88.89%, which was significantly higher than that in patients with chemotherapy sensitivity ( 59.38%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that ABCF2 positive expression was the independent influencing factor of ovarian cancer drug resistance (OR =4.586,95% CI:1.121 ~3.392,P<0.05). Conclusion ABCF2 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer, which may be associated with chemotherapy resistance in patients with ovarian cancer .

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the application of collaborative care model on self-care ability of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods:A total of 96 patients with cerebral apoplexy from Jan 1, 2015 to Aug 30, 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (48 patients in each) . Control group received the conventional treatment and care. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group received collaborative nursing mode. ESCA was used before and after the intervention in 2 groups to evaluate self-care ability. Results:There was no significance in self-care ability before intervention (P>0.05) .Self-care skills, personal responsibility, self concept and health knowledge levels in the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Collaborative care model as a kind of comprehensive nursing care intervention model used in patients with cerebral apoplexy, can promote the patient and family to jointly participate in nursing,to solve all kinds of health problems, improve patients’self-care ability, improve health outcomes.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: An ideal marked molecule has not been found to detarmine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) so as to make sure the homogenicity.OBJECTIVE: To verify the in vitro differentiation from BrdU-treced MSCs into osteoblasts.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A cytological observation/n vitro was performed in Shanxi Medical University from January to October 2008.MATERIALS: Wistar rats aging 4 weeks old were provided by Experimental Animal Center of Shanxi Medical University.METHODS: MSCs were isolated and cultured by using density gradient cantrifugation combined with attachment culture method. At about 80% confluence, trypsin was used for passage and amplification. MSCs at density of 5×1010/L were inoculated in a 25-mm culture dish with L-DMDM culture medium containing dexamethasone, β -phosphoglycarol, vitamin C, and 10% fetal bovine serum. The third-passaged MSCs were labeled in vitro with 10 μmol/L BrdU tracer. Thereafter, 10 visual fields were randomly selected to calculate numbers of positive and negative ceils so as to obtain BrdU tracing rate under a fluorescence microscope (×200).MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Inverted microscope was used to observe cell morphology; flow cytometry was used to detect cell surface antigen, differentiation into osteoblasts, and BrdU tracing rate in vitro.RESULTS: The purified MSCs which were like fibroblasts were adherent and fusiform. The third-passaged cells were changed equidirectionally and whirlpool-arranged, and the survival rate was more than 95%. The seventh-passaged cells still grew rapidly.CD44, CD71, and CD105 expressions were positive, but CD45 expression was negative. Black particles were visualized in MSCs after Von kossa staining. BrdU tracing rate was more than 90%.CONCLUSION: Density gradient centrifugation combined with attachment culture method can effectively isolate and purify rat MSCs which are cultured in vitro for a long period and differentiated into osteoblasts. BrdU tracer is safe, effective, and convenient to successfully label MSCs.

RESUMO

Objective To assess result with multi-measures operation for adhering otitis media. Methods The operation of 100 cases(110 ears) were used by mauto-bone,absorbable merogel, tympanic chorda nerve as a spring press prostheses etc,and were followed up for example auto-bone cup pole or gung-pole as total and partial ossicular replacement prostheses, scute rebuild. Results 110 ears mean air-bone gap(AB gap) was(38.60?12.70)dB pre-operation.It was(15.28?11.69)dB post-operation.The AB gap closure to with in 20dB as succeed achieved in 70%(77 ears).AB gap closure in 10 dB as best result in 40%(44 ears).Air conduction was under 40dB in 75%(83 ears).AB gap closure not enough 10 dB and air conduction over 40 dB as no effect was 6%(7 ears). Conclusion As long as technique measures is right, even though adhering middle ear has much difficulty in operation, the succeed rate can gain 70%,but still 30% has no satisactory effect, more study is necessary.
