RESUMO

Currently, conventional dimethoxymethane synthesis methods are environmentally unfriendly. Here, we report a photo-redox catalysis system to generate dimethoxymethane using a silver and tungsten co-modified blue titanium dioxide catalyst (Ag.W-BTO) by coupling CO2 reduction and CH3OH oxidation under mild conditions. The Ag.W-BTO structure and its electron and hole transfer are comprehensively investigated by combining advanced characterizations and theoretical studies. Strikingly, Ag.W-BTO achieve a record photocatalytic activity of 5702.49 µmol g-1 with 92.08% dimethoxymethane selectivity in 9 h of ultraviolet-visible irradiation without sacrificial agents. Systematic isotope labeling experiments, in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier-transform analysis, and theoretical calculations reveal that the Ag and W species respectively catalyze CO2 conversion to *CH2O and CH3OH oxidation to *CH3O. Subsequently, an asymmetric carbon-oxygen coupling process between these two crucial intermediates produces dimethoxymethane. This work presents a CO2 photocatalytic reduction system for multi-carbon production to meet the objectives of sustainable economic development and carbon neutrality.

RESUMO

Background: Obesity, one of the independent risk factors affecting children's physical and mental health, has become a serious public health problem in the 21st century. Given physical anxiety and other psychological factors, obese children experience negative impact on their mental health and intellectual development from their loneliness, unwillingness to communicate with others, and lack of peer interaction. Therefore, exploring an effective psychological intervention model that can relieve loneliness in obese children is necessary. Methods: From February to October 2022, a quasi-experimental study was conducted on obese children recruited from communities in Harbin, China. The children recruited were evaluated with the UCLA Loneliness Scale. According to the evaluation results, one hundred and five children were selected and randomly divided into experiment group (52) and control group (53). The experiment group was given an eight-week solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) intervention based on empowerment theory. The control and experiment groups were measured and compared before and after the intervention. Results: The loneliness score of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001). The self-efficacy score of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). The subjective well-being score of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: SFBT intervention based on empowerment theory has an effective intervention effect on loneliness in obese children and can improve their subjective well-being and self-efficacy. The results of this study provide a new perspective for the intervention on psychological problems in obese children.

RESUMO

Negative capacitance field effect transistors made of Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 (HZO) are one of the most promising candidates for low-power-density devices because of the extremely steep subthreshold swing and high open-state currents resulting from the addition of ferroelectric materials in the gate dielectric layer. In this paper, HZO thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering combined with rapid thermal annealing. Their ferroelectric properties were adjusted by changing the annealing temperature and the thickness of HZO. Two-dimensional MoS2 back-gate negative capacitance field-effect transistors (NCFETs) based on HZO were prepared as well. Different annealing temperatures, thicknesses of HZO thin films, and Al2O3 thicknesses were studied to achieve optimal capacitance matching, aiming to reduce both the subthreshold swing of the transistor and the hysteresis of the NCFET. The NCFET exhibits a minimum subthreshold swing as low as 27.9 mV/decade, negligible hysteresis (∼20 mV), and the ION/IOFF of up to 1.58 × 107. Moreover, a negative drain-induced barrier lowering effect and a negative differential resistance effect have been observed. This steep-slope transistor is compatible with standard CMOS manufacturing processes and attractive for 2D logic and sensor applications as well as future energy-efficient nanoelectronic devices with scaled power supplies.

RESUMO

Terminology facilitates consistent use and semantic integration of heterogeneous, multimodal data within and across domains. This paper presents TBench (Termilology Workbench) for multilingual terminology editing and development within a distributed environment. TBench is a web-service Java tool consisting of two main functionalities that are knowledge construction (i.e.extended model based on ISO25964, batch reusing and constructing multilingual concept hierarchy and relationships) and collaborative control in order to achieve custom extensions, reuse, multilingual alignment, integration and refactoring.

RESUMO

This work describes the design and building of a Chinese clinical terminology (called CCTS). The terminology is similar to an ontology, and will promote the use of Chinese clinical data, such as indexing, retrieval and exchange. The terminology is a TOPL concept framework, which integrates hierarchical structures of Chinese and interenational reference terminology standards for health. Our framework includes 14 subtrees, 2286 classes and 65 relationships.
