RESUMO

Objective To explore the efficacy and prognostic independent factors of modified island flap(OIF)and urethroplasty(tip)in the treatment of hypospadias in children. Methods The 164 children with hypospadias analyzed retrospectively were treated from February,2013 to February,2021.They were divided into two groups according to the operation method.82 patients in tip group were treated with tip and 82 patients in OIF group were treated with OIF.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Then they were divided into two groups according to the cure condition, namely, the good prognosis group(cured by operation,151 case)and the poor prognosis group(not cured by operation,13 case).Independent factors affecting the prognosis of children were analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results The cure rate of OIF group was 96.34%,which was higher than that of the tip group(87.8%),and the incidence of postoperative complications in OIF group was 7.32%,which was lower than that of the tip group(23.17%,P<0.05).The operation time in tip group(95.95±12.35)min,which was shorter than that of the OIF group(P<0.05).At the same time, the binary logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of hypospadias and the classification of barcat were the prognostic factors of children with hypospadias. The degree of penis bending, the width of penis head and the method of operation were suspicious factors. Conclusion OIF and tip have good effects in the treatment of hypospadias in children.OIF has a higher success rate, tip has a shorter operation time and fewer postoperative complications. However, the independent factors affecting the prognosis of children are preoperative hypospadias classification and barcat classification. This operation method is not an independent factor affecting the prognosis.

RESUMO

Error self-detection based on error-related potentials (ErrP) is promising to improve the practicability of brain-computer interface systems. But the single trial recognition of ErrP is still a challenge that hinters the development of this technology. To assess the performance of different algorithms on decoding ErrP, this paper test four kinds of linear discriminant analysis algorithms, two kinds of support vector machines, logistic regression, and discriminative canonical pattern matching (DCPM) on two open accessed datasets. All algorithms were evaluated by their classification accuracies and their generalization ability on different sizes of training sets. The study results show that DCPM has the best performance. This study shows a comprehensive comparison of different algorithms on ErrP classification, which could give guidance for the selection of ErrP algorithm.

RESUMO

The performance of the cochlear implant (CI) deteriorates rapidly in the presence of background noise, and the conventional spectral subtraction speech enhancement method used in the CI can not remove the non-stationary noise well. In order to improve the audio perception ability of the CI users, an improved spectral subtraction method is proposed, which divides the power spectrum of the noisy speech according to the Bark bands and estimates the noise by using the minima controlled recursive averaging method in every individual band when the speech frame is present. Then the adaptive spectral subtraction parameters are used in the algorithm. The proposed spectral subtraction method has been applied in CI, and the simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm may extract the speech features more correctly and the CI synthesized sound is of higher quality.

RESUMO

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of curative effects of Guben Fangchuan capsule (固本防喘胶囊) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: Using double blind control method , 86 elderly COPD patients in in acute exacerbating stage were divided into treatment group and control group (n=43 in each group). The conventional treatment of the two groups was the same. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group were given Guben Fangchuan capsules orally. The levels of interleukinCD*28 (ILCD*28) and eotaxin in phlegm were detected by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA). Chymase activity in phlegm was determined by spectrophotometry. They were compared before and after treatment. Results: ①The activity of chymase, the levels of ILCD*28, eotaxin, neutrophil (NEU) and eosinophil (EOS) in phlegm in patients with intermediate and severe COPD patients were lower after treatment in treatment group than those of the patients before treatment and control group (all P

RESUMO

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Jiawei Glutinous decoction on gouty nephropathy. Methods54 patients with gouty nephropathy were randomized into two groups, 31 patients in the treated group were treated with Jiawei Glutinous decoction, and 23 patients in the control group were treated with allopurinol. Blood uricacid (BUA), renal function, β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and 24 h urine protein of patiens in two groups were measured before and after treatment.ResultsImprovements of symptoms and renal function as well as decreasing of BUA, β2-MG and 24h PRO in the treated group was superior to those in the control(P<0.05).ConclusionJiawei Glutinous decoction present good effect in treating gouty nephropathy.
