[Immunoglobulins M, G and A as prognostic criteria of the treatment outcome in uveal melanoblastoma]. / Izuchenie immunoglobulinov M, G, A kak kriteriev prognoza iskhoda lecheniia uveal'nykh melanoblastom.

The level of immunoglobulins M, G, A in 30 patients with uveal melanoblastomas has been compared with results after treatment, different cellular types of uveal melanomas before enucleation and in various terms after it. It was found that for prognosing the outcomes of tumors the determination of the level of immunoglobulins M and G proved to be informative. It becomes lower after combined treatment; higher in spindle cell melanomas, than in mixed and epithelioid ones; lower in the patients survived, than in cases with a lethal outcome.
