RESUMO

We studied 135 people (24 people, apparently healthy, 39 uncomplicated peptic ulcer disease, 42 people with complex forms peptic ulcer, 30 and after the treatment of complicated forms of peptic ulcer disease, both sexes (18-45 y.). In all patients, the diagnosis was confirmed fibrogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Determination of histones and acid soluble fraction (ASF), RNA, DNA, in blood was performed by the method of L. Markusheva. Studies have led to the conclusion that the change in the blood concentration of extracellular nucleic acids in patients with uncomplicated disease and complex shapes can be caused by oxidative stress products and can be a signal for elimination of nucleic acids from cells. We have registered various dynamics of the studied parameters histones in the blood of patients with various forms of peptic ulcer disease, which reflects the degree of metabolic abnormalities that occur in the body, associated with changes in the structure of the nucleus. According to the results of our research in the study of the role of extracellular nucleic acids, histones to assess the extent of violations of metabolic processes at a peptic ulcer, complicated and uncomplicated form, the obtained results can be used as predictors of complications of a stomach ulcer.

RESUMO

There was executed the clinical examination of 225 women of reproductive age, and in all cases there was made blood sampling for the determination of the serum level of TSH, free T. Observed cases were divided into three groups: 18-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years. As a result, a high prevalence of declined thyroid function was found to be in the form of subclinical manifested hypothyroidism, which exceeds by several times the average incidence of these pathologies in the population. It should be noted that the maximum number of women suffering from subclinical (21.33% of observed cases), and the manifested hypothyroidism (9.33% of the study) was seen in a group of women aged of 18-29 years.

RESUMO

The article represents results of studies concerning influence of ionizing radiation on experimental animals under absolutely lethal doses of 8 Gy. In single total irradiation the rats demonstrate changes in lipoperoxic cascade products and suppressed activity of anioxidant defence enzymes in generative cells--that causes metabolic disorders.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: Helminthes have a systemic effect on the human body: the people in infested occur pathological changes in organs and tissues, violated the enzymatic, hormonal function and childbearing, suffering intestinal microflora develops immune deficiency, which affects the body's adaptive capabilities. Research aim: ?stimate endogenous intoxication of helminthiasis at molecular level at people of reproductive age. RESEARCH METHODS: We examined 110 men of reproductive age. Of these, 50 men entered the control group, 60 men suffering with ascaridiasis invasion. To determine the content of middle molecules in the blood of persons investigated using the methodology Kovalevsky A.N. and Nifanteva O.E. RESULTS: Average mass concentration of molecules in the blood of men under 36 years with ascaridiasis invasion ranged from 0.44 to 8.9 standard units, men 36-45 years - from 0.41 to 5.21 standard units 30% of men with ascaridiasis invasion under 36 years, the level of middle molecules in the blood exceeds 3.00 standard units, while men older age group of middle molecules content exceeding 3.00 standard units, was observed only in 11% of cases. CONCLUSIONS: Thus, the concentration of middle molecules in the blood ascaridiasis invasion of men aged 35-45 years were significantly higher than in healthy individuals, indicating that expressed endogenous intoxication caused by helminthes invasions. Endogenous intoxication is more pronounced in those aged 18-35 years, having a larger, compared with the older age group, the reproductive potential. Perhaps this phenomenon is associated with more intense metabolic processes, typical for the age group 18-35 years.
