RESUMO

The emergence of big data technology continues to innovate and change the world, bringing opportunities and challenges to all walks of life. Against the background of this era, traditional entrepreneurship education requires reform and innovation. This research attempts to explore the ways and practices of applying big data technology to entrepreneurship education so as to improve and perfect traditional entrepreneurship education and achieve its sustainable development. Based on classic theories, such as entrepreneurial theory, strategic management theory, and leadership theory, this paper develops a relatively systematic attribute system of entrepreneurship education under big data technology, comprehensively uses Fuzzy-DEMATEL and ISM methods to explore the relationship between different attributes and their importance, and finally constructs a hierarchical framework for the application of big data technology in entrepreneurship education. The results show that the attributes of entrepreneurship education under big data technology can be divided into four levels, each with different priorities and degrees of importance, and there are complex interactions and constraints among them. This study provides important guidance and suggestions for the development of entrepreneurship education and multiattribute decision-making management under the given resources, which is conducive to the sustainable development of entrepreneurs and new ventures.

Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) is a globally significant forage legume in pastoral livestock farming systems. It is an attractive component of grassland farming, because of its high yield and protein content, nutritional value and ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen. Enhancing its role further in sustainable agriculture requires genetic improvement of persistency, disease resistance, and tolerance to grazing. To help address these challenges, we have assembled a chromosome-scale reference genome for red clover. We observed large blocks of conserved synteny with Medicago truncatula and estimated that the two species diverged ~23 million years ago. Among the 40,868 annotated genes, we identified gene clusters involved in biochemical pathways of importance for forage quality and livestock nutrition. Genotyping by sequencing of a synthetic population of 86 genotypes show that the number of markers required for genomics-based breeding approaches is tractable, making red clover a suitable candidate for association studies and genomic selection.

Ongoing genomics projects of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) and potato (S. tuberosum) are providing unique tools for comparative mapping studies in Solanaceae. At the chromosomal level, bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) can be positioned on pachytene complements by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) on homeologous chromosomes of related species. Here we present results of such a cross-species multicolor cytogenetic mapping of tomato BACs on potato chromosomes 6 and vice versa. The experiments were performed under low hybridization stringency, while blocking with Cot-100 was essential in suppressing excessive hybridization of repeat signals in both within-species FISH and cross-species FISH of tomato BACs. In the short arm we detected a large paracentric inversion that covers the whole euchromatin part with breakpoints close to the telomeric heterochromatin and at the border of the short arm pericentromere. The long arm BACs revealed no deviation in the colinearity between tomato and potato. Further comparison between tomato cultivars Cherry VFNT and Heinz 1706 revealed colinearity of the tested tomato BACs, whereas one of the six potato clones (RH98-856-18) showed minor putative rearrangements within the inversion. Our results present cross-species multicolor BAC-FISH as a unique tool for comparative genetic studies across Solanum species.
