BACKGROUND: The gut microbiota can be influenced by lipid metabolism. We aimed to evaluate the impact of lipid-lowering medications, such as proproteinconvertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors, Niemann-Pick C1-like protein (NPC1L1) inhibitors, and 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase (HMGCR) inhibitors, on gut microbiota through drug target Mendelian randomization (MR) investigation. METHODS: We used genetic variants that were associated with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in genome-wide association studies and located within or near drug target genes as proxies for lipid-lowering drug exposure. In addition, expression trait loci in drug target genes were used as complementary genetic tools. We used effect estimates calculated using inverse variance weighted MR (IVW-MR) and summary data-based MR (SMR). Multiple sensitivity analyses were performed. RESULTS: Genetic proxies for lipid-lowering drugs broadly affected the abundance of gut microbiota. High expression of NPC1L1 was significantly associated with an increase in the genus Eggerthella (ß = 1.357, SE = 0.337, P = 5.615 × 10-5). An HMGCR-mediated increase in LDL-C was significantly associated with the order Pasteurellales (ß = 0.489, SE = 0.123, P = 6.955 × 10-5) and the genus Haemophilus (ß = 0.491, SE = 0.125, P = 8.379 × 10-5), whereas a PCSK9-mediated increase in LDL-C was associated with the genus Terrisporobacter (ß = 0.666, SE = 0.127, P = 1.649 × 10-5). No pleiotropy was detected. CONCLUSIONS: This drug target MR highlighted the potential interventional effects of lipid-lowering drugs on the gut microbiota and separately revealed the possible effects of different types of lipid-lowering drugs on specific gut microbiota.

Harmful algal bloom (HAB) formation leads to the eutrophication of water ecosystems and may render recreational lakes unsuitable for human use. We evaluated the applicability and comparison of metabarcoding, metagenomics, qPCR, and ELISA-based methods for cyanobacteria/cyanotoxin detection in bloom and non-bloom sites for the Great Lakes region. DNA sequencing-based methods robustly identified differences between bloom and non-bloom samples (e.g., the relative prominence of Anabaena and Planktothrix). Shotgun sequencing strategies also identified the enrichment of metabolic genes typical of cyanobacteria in bloom samples, though toxin genes were not detected, suggesting deeper sequencing or PCR methods may be needed to detect low-abundance toxin genes. PCR and ELISA indicated microcystin levels and microcystin gene copies were significantly more abundant in bloom sites. However, not all bloom samples were positive for microcystin, possibly due to bloom development by non-toxin-producing species. Additionally, microcystin levels were significantly correlated (positively) with microcystin gene copy number but not with total cyanobacterial 16S gene copies. In summary, next-generation sequencing-based methods can identify specific taxonomic and functional targets, which can be used for absolute quantification methods (qPCR and ELISA) to augment conventional water monitoring strategies.

Caragana sensu lato (s.l.) includes approximately 100 species that are mainly distributed in arid and semi-arid regions. Caragana species are ecologically valuable for their roles in windbreaking and sand fixation. However, the taxonomy and phylogenetic relationships of the genus Caragana are still unclear. In this study, we sequenced and assembled the chloroplast genomes of representative species of Caragana and reconstructed robust phylogenetic relationships at the section level. The Caragana chloroplast genome has lost the inverted repeat region and wascategorized in the inverted repeat loss clade (IRLC). The chloroplast genomes of the eight species ranged from 128,458 bp to 135,401 bp and contained 110 unique genes. All the Caragana chloroplast genomes have a highly conserved structure and gene order. The number of long repeats and simple sequence repeats (SSRs) showed significant variation among the eight species, indicating heterogeneous evolution in Caragana. Selective pressure analysis of the genes revealed that most of the protein-coding genes evolved under purifying selection. The phylogenetic analyses indicated that each section forms a clade, except the section Spinosae, which was divided into two clades. This study elucidated the evolution of the chloroplast genome within the widely distributed genus Caragana. The detailed information obtained from this study can serve as a valuable resource for understanding the molecular dynamics and phylogenetic relationships within Caragana.

INTRODUCTION: The postoperative recurrence of gastric cancer has a significant impact on the overall prognosis of patients. Therefore, accurately predicting the postoperative recurrence of gastric cancer is crucial. METHODS: This retrospective study gathered data from 2,813 gastric cancer patients who underwent radical surgery between 2011 and 2017 at two medical centers. Follow-up was extended until May 2023, and cases were categorized as recurrent or non-recurrent based on postoperative outcomes. Clinical pathological information and imaging data were collected for all patients. A new deep learning signature (DLS) was generated using pretreatment CT images, based on a pre-trained baseline (a customized Resnet50), for predicting postoperative recurrence. The deep learning fusion signature (DLFS) was created by combining the score of DLS with the weighted values of identified clinical features. The predictive performance of the model was evaluated based on discrimination, calibration, and clinical usefulness. Survival curves were plotted to investigate the differences between DLFS and prognosis. RESULTS: In this study, 2813 patients with gastric cancer (GC) were recruited and allocated into training, internal validation, and external validation cohorts. The DLFS was developed and assessed for its capability in predicting the risk of postoperative recurrence. The DLFS exhibited excellent performance with AUCs of 0.833 (95% CI, 0.809-0.858) in the training set, 0.831 (95% CI, 0.792-0.871) in the internal validation set, and 0.859 (95% CI, 0.806-0.912) in the external validation set, along with satisfactory calibration across all cohorts (P>0.05). Furthermore, the DLFS model significantly outperformed both the clinical model and DLS (P<0.05). High-risk recurrent patients exhibit a significantly poorer prognosis compared to low-risk recurrent patients (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The integrated model developed in this study, focusing on GC patients undergoing radical surgery, accurately identifies cases at high risk of postoperative recurrence and highlights the potential of DLFS as a prognostic factor for GC patients.

The Northern Hemisphere temperate forests exhibit a disjunct distributional pattern in Europe, North America, and East Asia. Here, to reveal the promoter of intercontinental disjunct distribution, Fraxinus was used as a model organism to integrate abundant fossil evidence with high-resolution phylogenies in a phytogeographic analysis. We constructed a robust phylogenetic tree using genomic data, reconstructed the geographic ancestral areas, and evaluated the effect of incorporating fossil information on the reconstructed biogeographic history. The phylogenetic relationships of Fraxinus were highly resolved and divided into seven clades. Fraxinus originated in western North America during Eocene, and six intercontinental dispersal events and five intercontinental vicariance events were occured. Results suggest that climate change and vicariance contributed to the intercontinental disjunct distribution pattern of Fraxinus. Moreover, results highlight the necessity of integrating phylogenetic relationship and fossil to improve the reliability of inferred biogeographic events and our understanding of the processes underlying disjunct distributions.

Intrinsic water evaporation demands a high energy input, which limits the efficacy of conventional interfacial solar evaporators. Here, we propose a nanoconfinement strategy altering inherent properties of water for solar-driven water evaporation using a highly uniform composite of vertically aligned Janus carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The water evaporation from the CNT shows the unexpected diameter-dependent evaporation rate, increasing abnormally with decreasing nanochannel diameter. The evaporation rate of CNT10@AAO evaporator thermodynamically exceeds the theoretical limit (1.47 kg m-2 hour-1 under one sun). A hybrid experimental, theoretical, and molecular simulation approach provided fundamental evidence of different nanoconfined water properties. The decreased number of H-bonds and lower interaction energy barrier of water molecules within CNT and formed water clusters may be one of the reasons for the less evaporative energy activating rapid nanoconfined water vaporization.

Objective: The aims of this survey were to investigate the public awareness of drug clinical trials (DCTs) and willingness to participate the DCTs, and provide references for propaganda and science popularization of DCTs. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire named "an online survey questionnaire on public awareness of DCTs" was used to conduct an online survey from January to March 2022. The demographic characteristics and the response of participants to the awareness and willingness to participate the DCTs were collected. The factors affecting the public awareness of DCTs were analyzed by single factor and binary logistic regression analysis. Results: One thousand three hundred eighty valid questionnaires were collected, and the respondents' awareness rate of DCTs was 61.1%. Thirteen demographic characteristics including age, gender, education, occupation, work fields, household type, marital status, city type, income, medical insurance, medical expenditure, pressure to seek medical care, financial pressure, both significantly affected the qualified rate of participants' awareness of DCTs (p < 0.001) by single factor analysis. Binary logistic regression analysis indicated that education level, work fields, city type, medical insurance, and medical expenditure affected independently the participants' awareness rate of DCTs (p < 0.001). 52.9% of the participants were willing to take part in DCTs. "to promote medical progress" (54.4%) or "believe doctors" (31.1%) were the most frequent reasons for subjects participating in DCTs. Conclusion: The public awareness rate of DCTs and the willingness to participate in drug clinical were significantly affected by the demographic characteristics of subjects. Thus, targeting the needs of the public, propaganda, and science popularization of DCTs should be carried out and served public health.

Escherichia coli serves as a proxy indicator of fecal contamination in aquatic ecosystems. However, its identification using traditional culturing methods can take up to 24 h. The application of DNA markers, such as conserved signature proteins (CSPs) genes (unique to all species/strains of a specific taxon), can form the foundation for novel polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests that unambiguously identify and detect targeted bacterial taxa of interest. This paper reports the identification of three new highly-conserved CSPs (genes), namely YahL, YdjO, and YjfZ, which are exclusive to E. coli/Shigella. Using PCR primers based on highly conserved regions within these CSPs, we have developed quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays for the evaluation of E. coli/Shigella species in water ecosystems. Both in-silico and experimental PCR testing confirmed the absence of sequence match when tested against other bacteria, thereby confirming 100% specificity of the tested CSPs for E. coli/Shigella. The qPCR assays for each of the three CSPs provided reliable quantification for all tested enterohaemorrhagic and environmental E. coli strains, a requirement for water testing. For recreational water samples, CSP-based quantification showed a high correlation (r > 7, p < 0.01) with conventional viable E. coli enumeration. This indicates that novel CSP-based qPCR assays for E. coli can serve as robust tools for monitoring water ecosystems and other critical areas, including food monitoring.

INTRODUCTION: Previous studies have suggested a correlation between hearing loss (HL) and cortical alterations, but the specific brain regions that may be affected are unknown. METHODS: Genome-wide association study (GWAS) data for 3 subtypes of HL phenotypes, sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), conductive hearing loss, and mixed hearing loss, were selected as exposures, and GWAS data for brain structure-related traits were selected as outcomes. The inverse variance weighted method was used as the main estimation method. RESULTS: Negative associations were identified between genetically predicted SNHL and brain morphometric indicators (cortical surface area, cortical thickness, or volume of subcortical structures) in specific brain regions, including the bankssts (ß = -0.006 mm, P = 0.016), entorhinal cortex (ß = -4.856 mm2, P = 0.029), and hippocampus (ß = -24.819 cm3, P = 0.045), as well as in brain regions functionally associated with visual perception, including the pericalcarine (ß = -10.009 cm3, P = 0.013). CONCLUSION: Adaptive changes and functional remodeling of brain structures occur in patients with genetically predicted HL. Brain regions functionally associated with auditory perception, visual perception, and memory function are the main brain regions vulnerable in HL.

Depression is one of the most common forms of psychopathology, which is associated with gut microbiota dysfunction. Dihydroartemisinin (DHA) has been shown to regulate gut microbiota and ameliorate neuropathies, but whether it can be used to treat depression remains unclear. Our study found that DHA treatment raised the preference for sugar water in chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS)-induced mice and reduced the immobility time in open field, forced swimming and tail suspension experiments, and promoted doublecortin expression. Additionally, DHA up-regulated the diversity and richness of intestinal microbiota in depression-like mice, and restored the abnormal abundance of microbiota induced by CUMS, such as Turicibacter, Lachnospiraceae, Erysipelotrichaceae, Erysipelatoclostridium, Eubacterium, Psychrobacter, Atopostipes, Ileibacterium, Coriobacteriacea, Alistipes, Roseburia, Rikenella, Eggerthellaceae, Ruminococcus, Tyzzerella, and Clostridia. Furthermore, KEGG pathway analysis revealed that gut microbiota involved in the process of depression may be related to glucose metabolism, energy absorption and transport, and AMPK signaling pathway. These results indicated that DHA may play a protective role in CUMS-induced depression by mediating gut-microbiome.

High levels of intra-specific polymorphism and frequent hybridisation make it difficult to define species and correctly apply their scientific names. Populus L. is a challenging genus with plentiful natural and artificial hybrids. This study is a part of the project 'Flora of Pan-Himalaya' and aims to determine the taxonomic identity of P.gonggaensis N. Chao & J.R. He and to find out whether it is of hybrid origin. Whole-genome sequencing data were obtained from 57 samples. The SNP matrix was developed for phylogenetic reconstruction, ABBA-BABA statistics, PCA and ADMIXTURE analysis. The results indicate that P.gonggaensis is a spontaneous hybrid between P.lasiocarpa and P.cathayana. This study points out the importance of SNP data and comprehensive analyses for discovering the potential interspecific hybridisation and clarifies the usage of the name. In addition, the lectotype of P.gonggaensis was designated.

This article aims to precisely evaluate the catalytic impact of digital inclusive finance on economic growth, enhance the implementation of policies pertaining to digital inclusive finance, and foster high-quality economic development. Based on China's provincial panel data and the digital inclusive finance index from 2011 to 2021, this research investigates the influence of digital inclusive finance on high-quality economic development and the associated underlying mechanisms. The findings suggest that digital inclusive finance exerts a notable spatial impact on high-quality economic development. Moreover, there is heterogeneity in the spatial effects between different dimensions of digital inclusive finance and high-quality economic development. Through the threshold model and intermediary effect model, it is found that the Internet penetration rate has a dual-threshold effect on the impact of digital inclusive finance on promoting high-quality economic development. Specifically, digital inclusive finance contributes to elevating the level of high-quality economic development through its role in promoting the transformation of consumption structure. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for countries aiming to attain high-quality economic development through the enhancement of digital inclusive finance.

BACKGROUND: Fecal bacterial densities are proxy indicators of beach water quality, and beach posting decisions are made based on Beach Action Value (BAV) exceedances for a beach. However, these traditional beach monitoring methods do not reflect the full extent of microbial water quality changes associated with BAV exceedances at recreational beaches (including harmful cyanobacteria). This proof of concept study evaluates the potential of metagenomics for comprehensively assessing bacterial community changes associated with BAV exceedances compared to non-exceedances for two urban beaches and their adjacent river water sources. RESULTS: Compared to non-exceedance samples, BAV exceedance samples exhibited higher alpha diversity (diversity within the sample) that could be further differentiated into separate clusters (Beta-diversity). For Beach A, Cyanobacterial sequences (resolved as Microcystis and Pseudanabaena at genus level) were significantly more abundant in BAV non-exceedance samples. qPCR validation supported the Cyanobacterial abundance results from metagenomic analysis and also identified saxitoxin genes in 50% of the non-exceedance samples. Microcystis sp and saxitoxin gene sequences were more abundant on non-exceedance beach days (when fecal indicator data indicated the beach should be open for water recreational purposes). For BAV exceedance days, Fibrobacteres, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, and Clostridium sequences were significantly more abundant (and positively correlated with fecal indicator densities) for Beach A. For Beach B, Spirochaetes (resolved as Leptospira on genus level) Burkholderia and Vibrio sequences were significantly more abundant in BAV exceedance samples. Similar bacterial diversity and abundance trends were observed for river water sources compared to their associated beaches. Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) were also consistently detected at both beaches. However, we did not observe a significant difference or correlation in ARGs abundance between BAV exceedance and non-exceedance samples. CONCLUSION: This study provides a more comprehensive analysis of bacterial community changes associated with BAV exceedances for recreational freshwater beaches. While there were increases in bacterial diversity and some taxa of potential human health concern associated with increased fecal indicator densities and BAV exceedances (e.g. Pseudomonas), metagenomics analyses also identified other taxa of potential human health concern (e.g. Microcystis) associated with lower fecal indicator densities and BAV non-exceedances days. This study can help develop more targeted beach monitoring strategies and beach-specific risk management approaches.

CrAssphage or crAss-like phage ranks as the most abundant phage in the human gut and is present in human feces-contaminated environments. Due to its high human specificity and sensitivity, crAssphage is a potentially robust source tracking indicator that can distinguish human fecal contamination from agricultural or wildlife sources. Its suitability in the Great Lakes area, one of the world's most important water systems, has not been well tested. In this study, we tested a qPCR-based quantification method using two crAssphage marker genes (ORF18-mod and CPQ_064) at Toronto recreational beaches along with their adjacent river mouths. Our results showed a 71.4 % (CPQ_064) and 100 % (ORF18-mod) human sensitivity for CPQ_064 and ORF18-mod, and a 100 % human specificity for both marker genes. CrAssphage was present in 57.7 % or 71.2 % of environmental water samples, with concentrations ranging from 1.45 to 5.14 log10 gene copies per 100 mL water. Though concentrations of the two marker genes were strongly correlated, ORF18-mod features a higher human sensitivity and higher positive detection rates in environmental samples. Quantifiable crAssphage was mostly present in samples collected in June and July 2021 associated with higher rainfall. In addition, rivers had more frequent crAssphage presence and higher concentrations than their associated beaches, indicating more frequent and greater human fecal contamination in the rivers. However, crAssphage was more correlated with E. coli and Enterococcus at the beaches than in the rivers, suggesting human fecal sources may be more predominant in driving the increases in E. coli and Enterococcus at the beaches when impacted by river plumes.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), one of the highest causes of cancer-associated death, has effective treatments, especially for patients with advanced HCC. Circadian rhythm participates in several important physiological functions, and its chronic disruption results in many disordered diseases, including cancer. However, the role of circadian rhythm in the overall survival (OS) of patients with HCC remains unclear. Methods: We investigated the expression, copy number variation (CNV), and mutation profiles of core circadian clock genes in normal and tumor tissues. We developed and validated a messenger RNA signature (mRNASig) based on prognostic circadian clock genes. A set of bioinformatic tools were applied for functional annotation and tumor-associated microenvironment (TME) analysis. Results: Core circadian clock genes were disrupted in terms of the transcription and CNV of HCC samples. The mRNASig, including NPAS2, NR1D1, PER1, RORC, and TIMELESS, was constructed. We divided patients with HCC into high-risk group and low-risk group based on the median value of the risk score. The high-risk group had a poorer prognosis than the low-risk group. The high-risk group was associated with malignant processes (e.g., proliferation, oncogenic pathway, DNA repair), metabolism, and tumor mutational burden (TMB). Surprisingly, the low-risk group was associated with enriched angiogenesis and was linked to enhanced response to sorafenib. Moreover, the high-risk group showed poor infiltration of CD8 T cells and natural killer cells accompanied by higher expression of CTLA4, PDCD1, TIGIT, and TIM3. Additionally, the mRNASig was associated with TMB. Conclusions: The mRNASig based on core circadian clock genes is a potential prognostic signature and therapeutic strategy and is significantly associated with the malignant biology of HCC.

Depression is a common mental illness. Ferroptosis is a form of cell death that may be responsible for neurological disease, but the role of ferroptosis in depression remains unclear. tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNA) is an emerging non-coding small RNA, making it an important medium for studying neurological diseases. Chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) was used to construct the depression model in mice, which was treated with ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1). Classical behavioral test, immunofluorescence and small RNA sequencing were used to detect depression-like behaviors, neuronal proliferation and the expression profile of tsRNAs in mice, respectively. The primary neuronal cell damage model was constructed by corticosterone (CORT), and the function of key tsRNA was investigated by quantitative real-time PCR, western blot and CCK-8 assays. Here, Fer-1 reduced the depression-like behavior of CUMS-induced mice and promoted neuronal growth. In addition, CUMS caused the disorder of tsRNA expression profile in hippocampal tissues of mice, and Fer-1 alleviated the abnormal tsRNA expression, among which tsRNA-3029b was an effective target. In vitro experiments manifested that ROS accumulation and decreased expression of SLC7A11 and GPX4 were found in CORT-induced depression-like cell model, suggesting that ferroptosis was involved in neuronal injury. However, inhibition of tsRNA-3029b suppressed neuronal cell ferroptosis and facilitated neuronal regeneration. In conclusion, Fer-1 showed an antidepressant effect in CUMS-induced mice and alleviated the abnormal expression profile of tsRNA. tsRNA-3029b was a key target in depression, and silencing of tsRNA-3029b reduced the occurrence of ferroptosis and protected neurons from injury, which may provide novel target for the treatment of depression.

BACKGROUND: The integration of photodynamic therapy with a chemical drug-delivery system has displayed great potential in enhancing anticancer therapy. However, the solubility and non-specific biodistribution of both chemotherapeutic agents and photosensitizers continue to pose challenges that hinder their clinical applications. METHOD: A polypeptide-based nanoscale drug delivery system was fabricated to address the prementioned issues. An amphiphilic polymer was formed by conjugating the photosensitizer chlorin e6 (Ce6) onto a polypeptide poly-(L-lysine)-b-polyphenylalanine (PKF) for encapsulating the model drug dimeric camptothecin (DCPT), and the nanoparticles (PCD) with high drug loading efficiency were further modified with acid-sensitive polyethylene glycol (PEG) to yield the drug delivery sytem (PPCD). RESULTS: The DCPT and Ce6 encapsulation efficiency were analyzed as 99% and 73.5%, respectively. In phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution at a pH of 7.4, the PEG shell improved the stability of micelles and shielded their positive charge while in the acidic tumor microenvironment, the pH-sensitive PEG layer was removed to expose the cationic nanoparticles, thus facilitating the cellular uptake of PPCD micelles. Benefiting from the enhanced cellular internalization, the amount of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) treated with PCD and PPCD micelles were obviously increased. Furthermore, the enhanced anti-cancer efficacy prompted by PPCD micelles was validated through cellular and animal study. CONCLUSION: This study presents a promising method to promote the solubility and biodistribution of both chemotherapeutic agent and photosensitizer, thereby facilitating the further application of chemo-photodynamic cancer therapy.

Despite having a generally conserved structure, chloroplast genome data have been helpful for plant population genetics and evolution research. To mine Pueraria montana chloroplast genome variation architecture and phylogeny, we investigated the chloroplast variation architecture of 104 P. montana accessions from across China. P. montana's chloroplast genome showed high diversity levels, with 1674 variations, including 1118 single nucleotide polymorphisms and 556 indels. The intergenic spacers, psbZ-trnS and ccsA-ndhD, are the two mutation hotspot regions in the P. montana chloroplast genome. Phylogenetic analysis based on the chloroplast genome dataset supported four P. montana clades. P. montana variations were conserved among and within clades, which showed high gene flow levels. Most P. montana clades were estimated to have diverged at 3.82-5.17 million years ago. Moreover, the East Asian summer monsoon and South Asian summer monsoon may have accelerated population divergence. Our results show that chloroplast genome sequences were highly variable and can be used as molecular markers to assess genetic variation and relationships in P. montana.

We experimentally investigate the frequency down-conversion through the four-wave mixing (FWM) process in a cold 85Rb atomic ensemble, with a diamond-level configuration. An atomic cloud with a high optical depth (OD) of 190 is prepared to achieve a high efficiency frequency conversion. Here, we convert a signal pulse field (795 nm) attenuated to a single-photon level, into a telecom light at 1529.3 nm within near C-band range and the frequency-conversion efficiency can reach up to 32%. We find that the OD is an essential factor affecting conversion efficiency and the efficiency may exceed 32% with an improvement in the OD. Moreover, we note the signal-to-noise ratio of the detected telecom field is higher than 10 while the mean signal count is larger than 0.2. Our work may be combined with quantum memories based on cold 85Rb ensemble at 795 nm and serve for long-distance quantum networks.

Nowadays, the convergence of intelligent computing technique and education has been a hot concern for both academia and industry, producing the conception of smart education. It is predictable that automatic planning and scheduling for course contents are the most practical important task for smart education. As online and offline educational activities are visual behaviors, it remains challenging to capture and extract principal features. To breakthrough current barriers, this paper combines the visual perception technology and data mining theory, and proposes a multimedia knowledge discovery-based optimal scheduling approach in smart education about painting. At first, the data visualization is carried out to analyze the adaptive design of visual morphologies. On this basis, it is supposed to formulate a multimedia knowledge discovery framework which can implement multimodal inference tasks, so as to calculate specific course contents for specific individuals. At last, some simulation works are also conducted to obtain analysis results, showing that the proposed optimal scheduling scheme can work well in contents planning of smart education scenarios.
