RESUMO

Objective To investigate the radiation dose to operators in the process of 241Am-Be neutron source logging, and discuss neutron source management and protective measures for operators in well logging. Methods Through on-site observation and measurement of 241Am-Be neutron source logging in a company, we obtained the surface γ dose rate and neutron dose rate of the neutron source, as well as the operating time and distance of various processes including source taking, transfer, and loading, calculated the radiation dose to operators in various processes, and analyzed the source and proportion of the personal effective dose to operators. Results The effective doses of neutron irradiation and γ irradiation were 94.17 μSv and 2.72 μSv, respectively, for the combined processes of source tank inspection, transfer, and detection; 36.66 μSv and 24.08 μSv, respectively, for source loading and unloading; and 130.83 μSv and 26.80 μSv, respectively, for the whole neutron source logging process. The total annual effective dose of neutron source logging was 15.78 mSv, as estimated by logging 100 times per year. Conclusion In the process of 241Am-Be neutron source logging in the company, the effective dose to operators mainly arises from neutron irradiation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen neutron source management and take effective protective measures against neutron radiation.

RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate the efficacy of metoprolol in the emergency treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.@*Methods@#From January 2016 to September 2018, 300 cases of chronic congestive heart failure with acute attack in Zhoushan Hospital were selected.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional heart failure treatment, the observation group received conventional heart failure therapy combined with metoprolol. The clinical efficacy, heart color ultrasound indicator, 6 minutes walking distance, NT-proBNP level, life quality score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.@*Results@#(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(141/150), which was higher than 87.33%(131/150) of the control group (χ2=7.375, P<0.05). (2) After treatment, the LVEDD[(58.12±3.89)mm], LVESD[(44.39±6.17)mm], NT-proBNP[(378.32±27.82)ng/mL] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=10.646, 9.966, 9.283, all P<0.05), the LVEF[(49.36±6.25)%], SV[(76.29±6.24)mL] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.092, 8.739, all P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance[(452.37±61.75)m] of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(t=7.717, P<0.05). The quality of life scores in the emotional field[(6.47±1.29)points], physical field[(10.46±1.65)points], other fields[(10.51±1.32)points]and comprehensive score[(27.44±4.26)points] of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=9.030, 9.024, 9.299, 9.114, all P<0.05). (3)During the treatment, no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.@*Conclusion@#In the emergency treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure, the application of conventional anti-heart failure treatment regimen metoprolol can effectively improve the patients' heart function, and is conductive to improving their clinical efficacy and quality of life, with fewer adverse drug reactions and good safety.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo measure the agreement, reliability and validity of assessment of multiple systematic reviews (AMSTAR) to assess Chinese systematic reviews on stomatology.

METHODSA comprehensive electronic search was made through Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals and China National Knowledge Infrastructure electronically on March 1st 2011 together with handsearch through 19 stomatological journals to identify published Chinese systematic reviews on stomatology. Each systematic review was assessed by two reviewers with overview quality assessment questionnaire (OQAQ) and AMSTAR. And reliability (interobserver Kappa of the 11 AMSTAR items), interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of the sum scores and construct validity (ICC of the sum scores of AMSTAR compared with those of the OQAQ) were reported.

RESULTSA total of 52 systematic reviews on stomatology were eligible. The reviewers agreement of the individual items of AMSTAR was with a mean Kappa of 0.81 [95% CI(0.73, 0.89)] while the OQAQ was 0.74 [95% CI (0.66, 0.83)]. The ICC of the total score for AMSTAR was 0.98 [95% CI (0.97, 0.99), P = 0.000]. Cronbach' alpha was 0.69 [95% CI (0.56, 0.80), P = 0.000]. And ICC of the sum scores of AMSTAR compared with those of the OQAQ was 0.94 [95% CI (0.90, 0.97), P = 0.000].

CONCLUSIONAMSTAR has good agreement, reliability and validity. AMSTAR can be well used in Chinese stomatology and can bring dentists much convenience when assess the methodological quality of systematical reviews on stomatology.
