RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy of Shenshao capsules in the treatment of unstable angina(UA)of coro-nary heart disease, and its effects on heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial consumption of oxygen (MCO),serum levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9. METHODS:77 UA patients with coronary heart disease selected from our hospital during May 2014-May 2016 were divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to random number tablet. Control group received rountine treatment. Observation group was additionally given Shenshao capsule 1.2 g,tid,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption, serum levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment;stopping and reduced rate of nitroglycerin, and therapeu-tic efficacy of ECG ST segment were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption, serum levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, above indexes of 2 groups were decreased significantly, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The stopping and reduced rate of nitroglycerin, total response rate of ECG ST segment were 82.1%,87.2%in observation group, which were better than 63.2%,78.9%in control group, with statis-tical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Shenshao capsules is effective for coronary heart disease UA,and can effectively re-duce heart rate, blood pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption, serum levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational use of TCM injections. METHODS:487 medical records using TCM injection in our hospital from Jul. to Dec. 2014 were selected as control group, another 500 from Jan. to Jun. 2015 were inter-vention group. Utilization, rationality and adverse reactions of TCM injection between 2 groups were compared. RESULTS:Accord-ing to the intervention by clinical pharmacists, the sales amount and utilization rate of top 10 TCM injection in our hospital were lower significantly. The irrational utilization rate of 5 types (totally 26 varieties) in intervention group decreased (21.60% vs. 43.33%),incidences of adverse reactions reduced(3.00% vs. 7.39%),compared with control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant (P<0.05). Treatment cost per capita [(217.17 ± 22.64) yuan vs. (480.77 ± 21.35) yuan] and hospitalization time [(6.50 ± 1.99)d vs. (10.02 ± 3.25)d] in intervention group were significantly lower or shorter than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Implementing pharmaceutical interventions can strengthen the sense of clinicians’rational use of TCM injection, raise the level of rational use of drugs and reduce adverse reactions and medical errors.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical character of antibiotic associated diarrhea(AAD)in order to provide reference for prevention measures. METHODS: Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze 488 inpatients treated with antibiotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2008,of which 42 AAD cases were analyzed in terms of clinical manifestation, utilization of antibiotics, therapy and prognosis, etc. RESULTS: The incidence of AAD arrived at 8.6%. The reason that incidence of AAD was higher than that of control group was above 7 days of antibiotics treatment, broad-spectrum antibiotic, more than two kinds of antibiotics and over 70 years old. CONCLUSION: The key point of preventing AAD is rational use of antibiotics.
