RESUMO

Objective To investigate the febrile diseases "prevention before disease, which lead to disease; Fuzhengquxie, Tongfu Xiedu, anti change" theory applied in clinical prevention and control of children with HFMD in significance. Methods A randomized controlled way from January 2013 to December 2016 of infection of HFMD 2000 cases of outpatient medical records were divided into two groups, each of 1000 cases, the control group with western medicine treatment method: antiviral, prevention of infection, symptomatic infusion treatment. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The time of fever, the time of herpes removal and the time of outpatient treatment of the observation group were all lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the foot mouth disease, traditional Chinese medicine "Fuzhengquxie, Tongfu Xiedu, anti Chuan" theory can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the rate of hospitalization, worthy of clinical application.
