Sodium ion batteries are in great need of electrode materials with high specificity and rate capability being developed. The sluggish reaction kinetics of SnO2-based materials has impeded their applications as anodes of SIBs. Designing electrode materials with high pseudocapacitive contribution can increase the near-surface faradaic reaction, which helps to improve their kinetics and achieve high rate capability. Here, we designed a high-pseudocapacitance sodium storage anode SnO2/N-rGO by downsizing the particle size of SnO2 and constructing an N-doped graphene wrapped structure. The ultrafine structure of SnO2 ensures the high faradaic near-surface reaction, while the N-doped graphene matrix guarantees the superior electron and Na+ diffusion. Meanwhile, the wrapped N-doped graphene acts as a buffer layer to alleviate the volumetric changes of the active SnO2. The obtained ultrafine SnO2/N-graphene composite exhibits a high capacity of 607.6 mA h g-1 at 50 mA g-1 with an impressive rate capability (261.8 mA h g-1 at 2 A g-1) in Na+ half-cells. Furthermore, a good performance with a capacity of 133.3 mA h g-1 at 2.4 A g-1 in Na+ full-cells can also be achieved, which makes it a promising anode material for SIBs.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of measles cases of new genotype D8 in Beijing from January to June, 2013. METHODS: Epidemiological survey and descriptive analysis was conducted. RESULTS: 661 suspected measles were reported from January to June, 2013. 416 were confirmed measles cases by serology and etiology detection. 28 measles cases were caused by genotype D8 measles virus by genotype identification. There were 2 measles outbreak including 14 cases and 14 sporadic cases. The incidence peak was during April and May. 25 cases (89.3%, 25/28) occurred in downtown and suburban districts. 22 cases (78.5%, 22/28) were adults aged 15-39 years and 19 cases (67.9%, 19/28) were migrant population. 12 cases (85.7%, 12/14) in outbreak were migrant population working in clothing sales. There was epidemiological association between 2 outbreaks. CONCLUSION: Measles cases of genotype D8 were found for the first time in Beijing. Genotype D8 virus mainly infected migrant adults and caused local outbreak and endemic.

In the title compound, C(19)H(16)O(4), there are two 4-hy-droxy-benzyl substituents on the oxan-4-one (tetra-hydro-pyran-4-one) ring, which exhibits an envelope conformation. The dihedral angles between pyran-one ring and the two benzene rings are 26.69 (9) and 36.01 (9)° while the benzene rings make a dihedral angle of 20.88 (10)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by inter-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds into a supra-molecular three-dimensional twofold inter-penetrating hydrogen-bonded network.

RESUMO

In the title compound, C(23)H(24)O(8)·H(2)O, the six-membered ring of the oxan-4-one (tetra-hydro-pyran-4-one) ring displays an envelope conformation with the heterocyclic O atom at the flap position. The dihedral angles between the terminal benzene rings is 37.23 (10)°. Classical intermolecular O-H⋯O and weak C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds are present in the crystal structure.
