RESUMO

TNF-α has been confirmed to promote tumor growth in LSCC. PGE2 expression in LSCC tissues was significantly higher than in tumor-adjacent tissues. In the present work, we aimed to discover the combined role of TNF-α and PGE2 in LSCC progression and its potential mechanisms. TNF-α and PGE2 were quantified by ELISA. TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot. UM-SCC-11A cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8, and cell migration and invasion were determined by transwell assay. GRK2/TRAF2 interaction was tested by Co-IP. The results showed that TNF-α, PGE2, TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 expressions were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in tumor-adjacent tissues. Higher expressions of TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 were associated with poorer prognosis of LSCC. Combined TNF-α with PGE2 promoted UM-SCC-11A cell proliferation, migration and invasion. The interactions of TRAF2 and GRK2, as well as MMP-9 expression, were upregulated in response to TNF-α and PGE2 co-stimulation. In conclusion, we found crosstalk between PGE2 and TNF-α signaling pathways, and the interaction between GRK2 and TRAF2 led to the activation of TNF-α-TRAF2-MMP-9 signaling and resulted in the progression of LSCC.

RESUMO

A dynamic metal-organic framework that consists of d-champhorate-based homochiral protuberant-grid-type networks can successively participate in gate-opening and closing processes for many cycles, which were triggered by the stimuli of the adsorption and desorption of CO2 to highly and specifically recognize CO2 over N2 and H2 with a high CO2 uptake of 90 mg g-1 under 35 bar at 298 K. It is highly thermally stable and the structure remains intact at least for ten reversible gate-opening and -closing processes. Thus, it is a potential candidate for industrial CO2 capture and facile release.

RESUMO

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy between the endoscopic thyroidectomy by complete areola approach and the conventional open thyroidectomy.Method:One hundred and twenty-one cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy by complete areola approach or conventional open thyroidectomy patients were reviewed retrospectively, whose operation time, median blood lose, volume of postoperative drainage, incision scar formation rate and patient satisfaction were observed and compared.Result:There were obvious advantages in the median blood lose, volume of postoperative drainage, incision scar formation rate and patient satisfaction in the group of endoscopic thyroidectomy by complete areola approach comparing conventional open thyroidectomy. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The method of endoscopic thyroidectomy by complete areola approach is obviously better , which has many advantages, such as Less bleeding, less volume of wound drainage and small skin incision scar. The patients were satisfied with the treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
