RESUMO

China's crude economic development has led to high pollution and inefficiency of urban land use. Environmental regulation (Er) is crucial for governments to promote green growth and efficient land use. Using a dataset of 271 cities in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper investigates the threshold effect of green innovation in science and technology and industrial structure optimization on Er impacts of urban land green use efficiency (Ulee). The results show that (1) Er positively affects Ulee. (2) There is a threshold effect of green innovation in science and technology (Gin) and industrial structure upgrading (Ind) in Er affecting Ulee, and the force decreases as the threshold value increases. (3) Within the examination of heterogeneity, the impact of Er on Ulee is more significant in eastern, high levels of urbanization and large cities, but the force of action is smaller. Based on the nonlinear force of Er, it is crucial to maximize the effectiveness of green land use by giving full play to the interactive synergistic effect of the "combination box" and dynamically and flexibly adjusting the intensity of Er according to the time, place, and state of urban development.

RESUMO

The growth of all-inorganic perovskite single-crystal microstructures on substrates is a promising approach for constructing photonic and electronic microdevices. However, current preparation methods typically involve direct control of ions or atoms, which often depends on specific lattice-matched substrates for epitaxial growth and other stringent conditions that limit the mild preparation and flexibility of device integration. Herein, we present the on-substrate fabrication of CsPbBr3 single-crystal microstructures obtained via a nanoparticle self-assembly assisted low-temperature sintering (NSALS) method. Sintering guided by self-assembled atomically oriented superlattice embryos facilitated the formation of single-crystal microstructures under mild conditions without substrate dependence. The as-prepared on-substrate microstructures exhibited a consistent out-of-plane orientation with a carrier lifetime of up to 82.7 ns. Photodetectors fabricated by using these microstructures exhibited an excellent photoresponse of 9.15 A/W, and the dynamic optical response had a relative standard deviation as low as 0.1831%. The discrete photosensor microarray chip with 174000 pixels in a 100 mm2 area showed a response difference of less than 6%. This method of nanoscale particle-controlled single crystal growth on a substrate offers a perspective for mild-condition preparation and in situ repair of crystals of various types. This advancement can propel the flexible integration and widespread application of perovskite devices.

RESUMO

As China's urbanization accelerates, ecological environmental issues have become increasingly prominent, and how to achieve the synergistic development of urbanization and ecological environment is worth exploring. The paper uses the Super-SBM model and the improved entropy method to calculate the ecological efficiency and the new urbanization in 63 counties in Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2019. Furthermore, the coupling coordination degree between new urbanization and ecological efficiency is discussed with the coupling degree model, Markov chain, and spatial correlation methods, and its influencing factors are explored by the geographic detector. The results show that: (1) The development trends of new urbanization and ecological efficiency in Zhejiang Province counties both present a "U" shape. Their inflection points appeared in 2005 and 2006, respectively. The gap between counties is gradually narrowing. (2) The coupling coordination degree between new urbanization and ecological efficiency in Zhejiang Province counties also develops in a "U" shape with the minimum value appearing in 2006. Its temporal evolution is dominated by advancement towards a higher level and maintenance of the original type, with most countries advancing from General Disorder to Preliminary Coordination. There is a good positive correlation in the spatial distribution, showing significant High-High and Low-Low agglomeration. (3) In detecting the driving factors, the explanatory power of economic development, natural conditions and social conditions diminishes sequentially. The interaction groups mostly are nonlinear enhancements, and the rest are all two-factor enhancements. Social factors are the main interaction objects. (4) The empirical analysis verified the efficacy of the "Two Mountains" theory and the importance of government investment in the regional coordinated development.

RESUMO

Guarantee the initial information of the agri-food supply chain (AFSC) authenticity based on the blockchain is a complex problem. This paper develops an evolutionary game model of AFSC participants based on the blockchain and discusses the impacts of the key parameters on the dynamic evolution process of participants. To verify the theoretical results, simulation experiments and sensitivity analysis were conducted through Matlab 2022b. The study results show that: (1) Guaranteeing the initial information authenticity could become the common belief of all AFSC participants, with the scientific design of parameters; (2) Higher reward and synergistic effect, lower information cost and risk contribute to improving the probability of initial true information sharing. (3) when the default penalty is too severe, the enterprise will evolve into not sharing the initial true information. Finally, this study could provide some suggestions and countermeasures for the leading enterprise in the agricultural supply chain and local governments to guarantee initial information authenticity in China. That is the way to realize the sustainability of AFSC in the long run.

RESUMO

China's high-speed economic growth and severe environmental problems have resulted in a poor Environmental Performance Index and have affected China's sustainable development and ecological welfare improvement. Therefore, exploring whether there is a certain relationship between the two and their influencing factors is an important way and a breakthrough to solve the problems regarding green economic progress and ecological welfare enhancement. To this end, by using the undesirable slack-based measure (SBM) model, this paper measures the ecological welfare performance and the green economic efficiency of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, China, from 2000 to 2019. Through the methods of spatiotemporal evolution, coefficient of variation, coupling coordination degree, and the Tobit model, we found that: (1) The development trend of urban green economic efficiency and ecological welfare performance were both in a "U" shape that first fell and then rose; (2) The coupling coordination degree between green economic efficiency and ecological welfare performance showed a wave-like upward trend as a whole and most cities have entered a more advanced coupling coordination stage during the study period. The coefficient of variation revealed a downward trend; (3) The urbanization level, industrial structure, and government investment can promote the regional coordinated development, while the industrialization degree and the opening level had a negative impact on it; (4) The "Two Mountains" theory was beneficial to the improvement of regional urban green economic efficiency and ecological welfare performance and their coordinated development both in theory and practice. Finally, according to the findings, we offer relevant suggestions on making good use of the country's preferential policies and informatization means from the perspective of the regional coordinated development.

RESUMO

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in biological processes. Designing a sensitive, selective, and rapid method of miRNA detection is crucial for biological research. Here, with a reciprocal signal amplification (RSA) probe, this work established a novel surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-microfluidic approach for the quantitative analysis of miRNA. First, via a DNAzyme self-assemble cycle reaction, two types of SERS signals produce amplified reciprocal changes. The sum of the absolute signal value is first adopted for the quantitative analysis of miRNA, which results in an enhanced response and a reduced blank value. Furthermore, the assay is integrated in an electric drive microfluidic mixing reactor that enables physical mixing and enriching of the reactants for more rapid and enhanced detection sensitivity. The protocol owns the merits of the SERS technology, amplified reciprocal signals, and a microfluidic chip, with a detection limit of 2.92 fM for miR-141 in 40 min. In addition, successful determination of miRNA in a variety of cells proved the practicability of the assay. Compared with the reported strategies for miRNA analysis, this work avoids a complex and time-consuming procedure and enhances the sensitivity and specificity. The method opens a promising way for biomolecular chip detection and research.

RESUMO

The expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) is critical in gene regulation and has been counted into disease diagnosis marks. Precise imaging and quantification of miRNAs could afford the important information for clinical diagnosis. Here, two smart binary star ratio (BSR) probes were designed and constructed, and miRNA triggered the connection of the binary star probes and the reciprocal changes of dual signals in living cells. This multifunctional probe integrates fluorescence and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) imaging, with enzyme-free numerator signal amplification for dual-mode imaging and dual-signal quantitative analysis of miRNA. First, compared with the single-mode ratio imaging method, using fluorescence-SERS complementary ratio imaging, this probe enables more accurate imaging contrast for direct visualization signal changes in living cells. Multiscale information about the dynamic behavior of miRNA and the probe is acquired. Next, via SERS reverse signal ratio response and a novel enzyme-free numerator signal amplification, the amplified signal and reduced black value were achieved in the quantification of miRNA. More importantly, BSR probes showed good stability in cells and were successfully used for accurate tracing and quantification of miR-203 from MCF-7 cells. Therefore, the reported BSR probe is a potential tool for the reliable monitoring of biomolecule dynamics in living cells.
