RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mediating effect of sleep quality between social support and depressive symptoms in pregnant woman at the early pregnancy stage. METHODS: Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), social support revalued scale (SSRS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate the sleep quality, social support status and depression of 269 pregnant women in early pregnancy in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to December 2022. Pearson correlation analyses and Bootstrap were used to test the correlation and mediating effect between variables. RESULTS: The social support scores of pregnant women were inversely proportional to the scores of sleep quality and depression (r = -0.178 and -0.219, P < 0.05). The sleep quality of pregnant woman score was positively correlated with depression symptom score (r = 0.139, P < 0.05). The sleep quality of pregnant women in early pregnancy played a partial mediating role between social support and depressive symptoms, and the mediating effect value was -0.029 (95% CI: -0.057--0.007). CONCLUSION: Social support can affect the occurrence of depression in pregnant woman at the early pregnancy stage, and sleep quality plays a partial mediating role.

Gel polymer electrolytes (GPE) are promising next-generation electrolytes for high-energy batteries, combining the multiple advantages of liquid and all-solid-state electrolytes. Herein, we a synthesized GPE using poly(ethylene glycol)acrylate (PEGDA) in order to understand how the GPE efficiently inhibits lithium dendrite formation and growth. The effects of PEGDA on the solvation shell structure of the lithium ion are investigated using density functional theory (DFT) and ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulations, which are also supported by Raman spectroscopy. The GPE electrolytes with optimal PEGDA concentration exhibit high transference numbers (t Li + ${{_{{\rm Li}{^{+}}}}}$ =0.72) and ionic conductivity (σ=3.24 mS cm-1 ). A symmetric lithium ion battery using GPE can be stably cycled for 1200 h in comparison to 320 h in a liquid electrolyte (LE), possibly owing to the high content of LiF (17.9 %) in the solid-electrolyte interphase film of the GPE cell. The observed concentration/electric field gradient observed through the finite element method also accounts for the good cycling performance. In addition, a LiCoO2 |GPE|Li cell demonstrates excellent capacity retention of 87.09 % for 200 cycles; this approach could present promising guidelines for the design of high-energy lithium batteries.

Objective@#To understand cognitive behavioral responses of college students in Guangxi at the early stage of COVID-19 regarding, and to provide a basis for schools and government to formulate relevant strategies and measures.@*Methods@#An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 69 783 students recruited online from 28 colleges and universities in Guangxi Province, regarding psychological response under public health emergencies.@*Results@#Significant associated were found between the total score of COVID-19 knowledge score and factors scores of optimism, fear, avoidance, help and combat in cognitive behavioral response (r=0.15, -0.01, -0.06, -0.03, 0.28, P<0.05). Gender factors had an impact on all the five factors (Z=-13.67, -2.05, -13.31, -7.15, -24.34, P<0.05). Students with higher education levels and medical students had higher score in optimism and lower score in avoidance.Students with limited activities (β=0.38, 0.38, 0.42, P<0.05) and living in a community with infected cases score higher in factor including fear,escape and turning for help (β=0.14, 0.06, 0.15,P<0.05).optimism was negatively associated with fear among students living in a community with infected cases(β=-0.10,P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Relevant departments need to strengthen science popularization and education, further improve students’ awareness of the epidemic, take scientific prevention and control measures, guide positive cognition, shape positive behavior, strengthen mental health education, and make preparations for the orderly resumption of school after the epidemic.
